We just bought a house in Las Vegas and soon enough, we noticed a major plumbing issue. After much research and getting the runaround from most other plumbing services, I finally found LV ROOTER DAN! I called and was immediately greeted by a sweet woman who was eager to help me. When I told her that my toilets were overflowing and the drains weren't working properly, she said she will send someone right away! It was such a relief to find someone who finds our plumbing issue just as serious as we do. Rooter Dan showed up that day and immediately found the issue - we had years of grease build-up in our main pipe which was blocking everything else from smoothly flowing through the drain/pipe. Within 1 hour, our issue was resolved through a special hydrojetting service that Rooter Dan suggested. Not only was the service rapid, but it was also extremely affordable. Prior to agreeing to the hydrojetting service, I called a couple of other reputable plumbers in the area and they quoted me at least double what Rooter Dan quoted. Rooter Dan also threw in a 2-year warranty, should the problem arise or persist. Overall, I am truly happy to have found this gem of a plumber and will be retaining them for all plumbing needs!

These guys came out and fixed a botched water heater installation done by the previous company in our rental.  They were sent by our property manager and also fixed a couple other items found on inspection of the unit.  Stoylan was very helpful and so was his tech Jason.  They did the job right and on time and went above and beyond.  I recommend this company now to family and friends.

We went with Alaskan for a re pipe of hot and cold water, they put our water lines touching each other so my water has temperature issues, due to the lines next to each other, I'm not a plumber but the law of thermodynamics never changes, unless you work for Alaskan, they have had several chances to make it right and both times they said nothing is wrong, they also were supposed to put in a checkvalve since the way they ran the pipes are now turning on and off my water heater so I had to turn off my pool filler, I also was told that I would get new fixtures, but because my bathrooms are being re constructed they didn't put them on, they took the copper that they cut out, maybe that's why it was cheaper?
Anyway this company sucks, go with Geottl they take responsibility.

Good news!  Bad news!  Bad news was a water main pipe break in the front yard.  The really great news was finding SUPERIOR plumbing as our silver lining.  Walking out to see standing water was the last thing we wanted to see, however, Superior Plumbing made for the best experience under the worst circumstances.  I'm no stranger to plumbing issues having been a homeowner for longer than I care to say.  It could have been a disaster but it was not.  We were very fortunate to get their name from a trusted friend.  We placed the call.  They were out in a very efficient amount of time.  Unfortunately, the water had to be off overnight as it was too late and too dark to fix the pipe at that hour, but they came back exactly when they said they would the following morning.  Got it fixed and they even put the garden rocks back like they were.  It was the best possible outcome--all things considered.  Superior is a very fitting name for this plumber!

My A/C broke down during one of the hottest days of the year. My family and I woke up in a pool of sweat. I called Thor Industries and they were accommodating which I appreciate during a moments notice. The service men were awesome! Troy & Keith were so polite and efficient. Our capacitor and motor went out! They knew what the problem was and fixed it. I'm very happy with the cost as well. I called other companies and they wanted arms and legs to come out to our home. Billy did a great job installing a new water heater for us.  He had had a long day but fit us in anyway!!  Will call him again if we need a plumber!

Did a great job installing my remodel shower fixtures. David was not intimidated and took on the challenge of installing high end Hansgrohe Shower components.
Also installed hansgrohe faucets, japanese toilet, repaired a copper line behind the shower, flushed the water heater and replaced a valve on it. Spend a good day at the house completing the entire job. Thank you for your hard work!

Called plumbing pros this morning in regards to my water heater. Talked to Larry. He came out this afternoon and flushed my water heater (for free). Any other company would have probably made me buy a new water heater. Larry gave me some great advice. Would totally recommend them to everyone I know.

I needed to replace 3 faucet fixtures ASAP and Dignity Plumbing came out right away. Fernando was very professional and thorough with explaining the leaks I was having and the best way to fix it. Yesterday Jan 10 2020 between 3:30 & 4;00 pm one of their employees pulled right out in front of me on Las Vegas Boulevard South & Ford Street.  I drive a small Fiat & it was a good sized work vehicle, I could have been killed!  Please teach your drivers how to drive safely!!

Quality & Professional Company - I found Adaven plumbing advertised in our church bulletin. I am so glad I did. We had an unusual situation as we were completing an inspection during home buying process we noticed a dripping valve in the laundry room. I called Adaven spoke to Nancy, she was very pleasant and helpful, requested some photos of the valves. She worked with the technician and was able to  quote a reasonable price and appointment was set quickly. Steven and Carlos arrived on time very polite and professional. Turns out they were able to examine the issue and fix it without changing out the valves. We also had them change out the rain shower/hand held combo fixture in the master shower. The pricing was was reasonable, the technicians were an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company for quality work and professional service.

We had a toilet angle-stop break and water was running like crazy from the second floor to below. This was at 9:00 pm. I called 3 other plumbing companies that advertised they were 24/7. 2 didn't even pick up the phone and the 3rd didn't have anyone available. ACTION PLUMBING came out right away and ROCKY was AWESOME!!! Completed the work through EXCELLENT service and a reasonable price!!! We will definitely utilize ACTION again!!! Highly recommend!!!

We recently purchased a new water heater from Lowe's and this company installed it.   They arrived half an hour earlier than estimated and was done in about an hour!  They have installed other items in our house via Lowe's a few years prior.   We hired them directly to repair/replace plumbing for one of our showers.  They've been consistently professional,  prompt, and proficient!

I don't understand the bad reviews.   We have been using Hawthorne for about 3 years now.  Yes, they are more expensive than some other companies but their employees are all background checked and we have never had a complaint about their work.   They have always been on time, very professional and they take the time to explain everything.  Yes, they do have a sales pitch on certain products but they aren't overly pushy.

I found their ad on a Church news paper. They came out 3 times to fix the same issues. Their business model is they charge $70 for service call unless there's an expensive repair in which they waive the $70. Long story short, I couldn't afford the $500 repair and was charged $70 for the issues. Consumers beware of the we are plumbers not sale people BS.

I never met anybody so rude in my life this business should be reported to the better business burial! Guy hung up on me in middle conversation it wasn't even a dispute just ask for quote karma is a b !!

Horrible!  Rude tech!  Was rude to my daughter and then got on the phone with me and said he wasn't rude to my daughter.  He was being rude to me while he was telling me this!  Incredible! We hired another plumber who actually fixed our issue in one visit AND didn't charge us.  This dude came out twice and didn't fix a thing.
