This was the second time using Drain Bears. The first time was last year for main water line, this time was to repipe the entire house. They are quick to respond & get the job done right. Jeff and Tim came out this afternoon to replace my kitchen sink.  Of course the sink we purchased did not fit.  Jeff got on the phone and explained to the sales associate where we bought the sink what the problem was and what was needed.  Making a long story short Jeff and Tim stayed while my husband went back to the store (less than a mile away), made the exchange and they installed the sink.  I am grateful that they stayed because the company had cancelled and rescheduled our original appointment which was no fault of the plumbers.

Robert Scott was quick to respond and was nothing but professional and courteous. He went above and beyond the call of duty to resolve our plumbing issue. Due to his efforts Superior Plumbing has a customer for life and will be recommended to all our family, friends, and neighbors. It is refreshing to find an honest and trustworthy plumber in Robert Scott!!!

I called at 5am and got an answer and appt set up along with a few followups before 6am. Thats an amazing level of communication and I believe it was the actual owner talking to me.

Adaven was recommended by the tile company that did my shower upgrade. Initially, they were professional and expedient with doing what needed to be done to the plumbing in the wall and drain areas. When the tile work was completed, Adaven returned to install the shower head and trim kit. I called them back out because the handle on the trim was not straight. Using a clock as an example, the handle should point to the 6. The handle sits short of 6. After informing Adaven of the issue, they sent someone to fix it. The guy they sent set the handle to the direction of the 4 on a clock. I explained that the handle should be straight at 6. He said it wouldn't sit straight at 6 because of some piece in the wall. He was not able to set the handle straight at 6. I called American Standard, the company that made the trim kit, and I was informed that the piece in the wall needs to be turned so that the cogs line up in a way that allows the handle to sit straight. The result is that Adaven did not install the trim kit so that the handle sits at 6 and they have shown no interest in correcting the situation. As for the work in the wall and drain, I can only hope that it was done better than the trim kit. Fingers crossed that I don't experience any leaks!

Billy saved the day. I had water running down the street from a leak in my main. He came out on a Saturday with almost no notice and fixed it quickly and had the water in my house back on. Really appreciate the response .

Noticed a water stain on the garage ceiling. Called a couple places and they were the fastest to not only answer my call but were able to send someone out within 2 hours. Cody was very patient with finding exactly where the leak was coming from. Scott came by and fixed the problem less than a hour the following day. Pricing was fair and reasonable. Will definitely use them again for any more plumbing issues. Thank you!

I scheduled an appointment online for my tankless water heater on a Saturday night. Unfortunately, their online appt system does not work. I called the following morning and the person who answered the phone scheduled my appointment for later that day. My tech Juan showed up about six hours later. When he came, however, he did a fantastic job. He was quick, professional, and thorough. I very much appreciated his help and he did a great job fixing my heater. I will absolutely work with this company again!

Can't help but really LIKE these guys.  Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak.  He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed.  Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage.  Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob!  (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

I did service last week pay about $500
And they're saying free of charge for week my sewer got clogged again and now  they're saying I need to do jet clean for almost $900 they were ripping me off

The air conditioner wasn't working in the master and living room. I called and was able to get same day service. The technicians called even to see if they could arrive a couple minutes earlier than our time slot which was great! Both technicians were kind and told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it with a timely manor. The technician I received business card for was Chris Simpson. Great guys! Professional and informative.

Hot water heater went out and was under warranty still and was given Rakeman as a point of contact who honors warranties. I couldn't get through reading off the first three letters of serial number before the sloppy communicator on the other side interrupts me to proudly announce this type of water heater is not something they will service....smh...I needed it replaced not services; but it was obvious this company isn't looking to provide the best service.

I have been doing business with Butter Plumbing for several years now (I can't even remember how long!). This most recent job was for installing 4 bathroom sink faucets and 1 kitchen faucet, along with all the angle stops, and a toilet in my guest bath. I purchased the faucets elsewhere, using Butter angle stops (100-year warranty!) and Butter toilet (with warranty!). Kenneth and Terrence did an excellent job. It took 2 days, due in part to their prior commitments, but they did not skimp on their commitment or their professionalism. They also replaced a cartridge in the master bath tub. After all the removals and replacements, they thoroughly tested all systems to ensure a proper job. After discovering an unexpected leak in one bathroom faucet, they kept at it until the issue was resolved. I highly recommend Butter Plumbing, specifically Kenneth and Terrence, and Melissa on the other end of the phone line for an appointment. Owner/operator Shawn is always a pleasure to do business with.

Mike and Marco are a godsend! We've been having problems with the central heat & water heater since the new water tank was installed (by another company).
As it turns out, the workers who did the water tank install reconnected the pipes backwards!
Thanks to Mike & Marco, everything is fixed!
It's great to finally have hot water running in the two bathrooms  without having to turn the central air off.
And it's great to have heat during these still-cold days & nights, knowing that we can have a nice, warm shower instead of the surprise of cold water. Brrr!

Whoever was driving this vehicle fails to yield to emergency vehicles. If they don't obey the law what kind of work will they do on your house? This person hauled ass passed an ambulance with lights engaged on lake mead  and Nellis. Tisk tisk.

More like 1 Star Plumbing.  This company is the worst.  Do not use them even if your home warranty company - Fidelity - tries to make you.  You will end up paying more for the repairs than you paid for the home warranty.  They came out and attempted to fix a leak in our master shower.  The shower had a small leak upstairs and leaked into the ceiling which caused the ceiling to bubble and fall in in the kitchen.  Fidelity used this plumbing company to come out. First of all the plumber spoke absolutely no English whatsoever.  Just trying to explain the issue was impossible.  He used a bunch of black plumbers putty instead of replacing the part in the shower that was leaking.  We then had to pay a restoration company to remove mold and repair the ceiling.  The cost was $1000  6 months later the same exact issue happened.  When I called Fidelity to handle it they sent out a different plumber.  They said the part should have been replaced. We then had to pay another $1000 to have the ceiling restored. Fidelity wouldn't take responsibility and said I had to go directly to 5 Star Plumbing and try to get them to cover it. What a nightmare.  Henry at 5 Star acted like he was really trying to help.  He kept putting me off and after 3 months and many ignored texts and excuses he offered $100. I really wonder how these people stay in business and how do they sleep at night?  It is just not right to treat people this way.
