Best Air Filter Cleaning in Henderson NV

I had a water emergency on Sunday of course resulting in water completely cut to my house.  After calling several companies, Alaskan was the only company that was actually truly 24/7 and willing to come on Sunday.  The on-call plumber was Luis.  He was wonderful and came within 1 hour to fix my plumbing problem.  He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.  Because of him, I will keep Alaskan as my plumbing and HVAC company.  Their prices are better than other companies too.

I was in a pinch with a plumbing issue and Tomich Handyman service came in and saved my ass! Thank you so much for the clear communication, fast response, and reasonable rates.

I have used Active Plumbing many times.  They are always prompt, know what they are doing, and are compassionate.  Chris is great

HUGE shout out to Troy & Thor Industries for their quick response as our HVAC decided to malfunction last night shortly after I left for work. My husband called Troy & our HVAC was repaired first thing this morning even before I arrived home after working a 12-hour night shift which was a godsend! Thank you so very much especially since we are in for another heat wave this week

I love that once you call  them they know you by name and can look up the past info . The phone service is a nice person and not a robot or recording.  They are my go to for any and all plumbing needs.  I always get several bids and you get what you pay for...With them quality work and great service and they stand behind their work. while the appt window is large I'm not really stuck at home because they simply text you 45 mins out. I will never let contractors etc touch anything with plumbing- leave that to plumbing experts  as I do flying to pilots.

These guys arrived on time and completed the work with no hiccups. Saved me money and time. Zhuliyan communicated well with us and  stopped the water leak from the meter. Great service and fast efficient work !!

Michael from 702 came out the day after I had reached out and explained the minor leak I had as well as the fix for it and that he could handle it quickly! BUYER BEWARE!!! I contacted Hawthorne Plumbing on 9/1/20 reference an advertisement they sent me through the mail reference a flush of my water heater. I set up appointment from 10-12 on 9/2/20. 1)They contacted me later on 9/1/20, via voicemail, to correct the price of the service. 2) they contacted me the next day on 9/2/20 about 40 minutes before the arrival time (10-12) to tell me the time was now 11-2. I called them back & they told me 3) it was now gonna have to be re-schedule for the next day, 9/3/20. I asked them 4) what about today from 11-2? they denied they ever made that call yet I have them on tape making it. And, they told me that all the appointments for today, 9/2//20, were full.  Yet, they called me only a few minutes before to tell me it was from 11-2 on 9/2/20.   I told them to forget it.  How can u trust that they'll show up the next day, 9/3/20,  when they are so confused and don't even know whether they even called me or not & can't get the times & dates straight.

These guys are the real deal! Very professional and know their craft.  I had issues with 2 of my AC units in the same week and Jeremy sent out one of his guys the same day to me to fix both issues I had.  Very qualified group on this team and I highly recommend for any and all home services they have to offer.

The experience I had was great. They didn't pressure me to make a decision and allowed me the time to shop around. The other companies that came to my home were a bit pushy and wanted to charge double what nationwide estimated. Their estimate was on point and they fixed my water leak in a timely manner.

I got my water heater replaced yesterday through this company based on all the great reviews, but I do not recommend this company.  

The overall service was okay, and they were quick to respond to your call.  However, when they replaced the water heater, the technician damaged the dry wall and the paint where the water heater stands.  So I pointed out to the technician and his response was oh, this happens all the time.  Okay, so if it happens all the time why don't they use a towel or some thing to prevent it from happening?  Not sure about others, but I don't expect to have people come over to fix something but break something at the same time.  Especially when I paid $1035 for the service.  

I've asked to speak with the manager, and he too said the same thing...that it happens all the time.  Okay, then fix it!  The manager said he'll call me back to schedule an appointment later to come and fix the damage.  Of course, he sounded a little irritated like I ruined his day.  

This company might have good reviews but I wouldn't use them again.  How can they call them professional when they damage your place when they are just replacing the water heater.  And if it happens all the time, then have the supplies ready to fix it.  To me that's the sign of professionalism....especially when you paid them $1035.

Now I'll see if they will actually call me back to fix the damage.  May be they will if they see this review.  I'll update in the future.

Update:  They came back a week after and fixed the problem.  Very prompt and courteous.

We decided to go with Bumble Breeze this year for our spring AC tune up.  We have used different companies, and have also had annual plans with other companies. Every single time they came to do the service on the contract, they would try to sell us new appliances or services, claiming there was not much life left in the appliances they were servicing. Bumble Breeze did not do that to us.

They emailed and text us reminders about our appointment. They had our tech call before they arrived to our house, and also emailed us a picture and a  profile of who was coming over. Our tech Aaron showed up on time, was friendly, polite and courteous the entire time. He was at our house for a tune up for a total of 1 hour. When he finished he did not try to tell us our unit needed to be replaced, did not say we would be lucky if it worked though summer. All he suggested was to get the annual plan for us to be able to use the other services and tune ups they offer, and took payment. He gave positive feedback on our unit, and advised my husband we should be good for a good summer with our unit.

I am confident we will use Bumble Breeze in the future, and we are extremely open to having an annual plan with them to take advantage of all they have to offer for their customers. If you're looking for quick, efficient, friendly service, give Bumble Breeze a call!

Really disappointing. Air Conditioning went out and did not want to mess with it... So I called Goettl... Because they do things right...

The guy threw an amp meter on the system and said... yep... not working. You need a new system..... $20K...

I had been talked into their Preventive Maint program i paid $200+... I guess they check the water softener... RO... things like that too..

I found a capacitor for less then $30 bucks and had it going in 5 minutes.
I asked the tech if that could be the problem. He did his best to convince me that was not it.

I called to get a refund on the maint contract. If they tried to sell me a new HVAC system that i did not need...was my water softener next? or my RO?  Two weeks+ later... no refund...

Called today...They said they were going to charge me $50 for the tech's visit... well. i complained...

Maybe they will refund the $50 too... I don't know.

But for someone that touts doing things the right way I just don't think they did.

From first contact to final fix (all within 5 hour time frame) the service was stellar!  The technician Mike was professional, knowledgeable and quick.  I was concerned as it was an older unit but he had the parts!  I was refered to this great little team and will be referring others.

Our 10 year old water heater gave out and started leaking. I requested repair service around 6am through my home warranty company and received a call from Air Squad around 7:45am to schedule an appointment.

Our plumber, Karson, was friendly and informative. My husband and I had questions about the process of replacing the water heater, and he was very patient with us.

The following day, Heather, informed us our new water heater was ready and scheduled installation for the following day. Out of curiosity I asked her what brand it was, but would have to confirm with Karson. She gave me a call back and left a voicemail since I was away from my phone.

Overall, our experience went smoothly. Definitely 5 stars for customer service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! First and foremost they're not complying with Covid-19 regulations with PPE. Secondly, the technicians are the absolute worst when it comes to services and attitude. They came to my residence twice (and late might I add) just to waste time and say there is nothing they can do. Even to ask a simple question they immediately get defensive and angry. When asked if they could do a temporary fix or what do they recommend we do the response is well who's going to pay me for that?! Like my bad sir? I was gonna pay you whatever it takes to get the problem fixed! But okay then go off. Even when telling them they will be paid for the extra services all they do is you know what I got other houses to go to. Not my problem How in gods name are you guys still in business when you won't do anything to help resolve the problem!
Never ever do business with this company!
