My husband came home and noticed corrosion on  the water heater. We had our garage doors previously repaired by Sun City Garage doors which is their sister company and since they did a great job, my husband called Vegas Plumbing from a magnet they left on our old water heater.
Matt answered his service call within half an hour and did a wonderful job replacing the complete unit within 1 hour and a half on a 110 degree day! He was very professional and courteous and did a very neat job! We strongly recommend this company and they've been in business since 1959! Awesome job!

We live in an old home and had a major flood coming from our bathroom. I called several businesses and S & A was the only business to get back to me in a timely manner. They were fast to come out and give me an estimate. Sam and his team were amazing!  They worked hard, fast, and efficiently. The team is professional and friendly and did A++++ quality work.   I really appreciate that they were in contact the entire time, letting me know what was going on the with the work process. They also returned all my calls and answered any questions I had (which were a lot). S & A are also very reasonably priced, and there were no surprise charges! I looked up on Yelp for a Drain Cleaning service.  I lucked out, I phoned on a Sunday afternoon, spoke with Walter and was assured the service would be taken care of in the morning, and by G-d it was.  Walter showed up at my rental property in Southern Highlands as promised.  The drain in fact was plugged and I also had the drain water jetted to prevent further problems.  That is in fact as long as the tenant does NOT keep putting non-disposable items down the drain.

These guys came out and fixed a botched water heater installation done by the previous company in our rental.  They were sent by our property manager and also fixed a couple other items found on inspection of the unit.  Stoylan was very helpful and so was his tech Jason.  They did the job right and on time and went above and beyond.  I recommend this company now to family and friends.

I had the home warranty company out twice before I got sick of having idiots show up not knowing what they were doing. I found Dan on yelp and so happy I did.  I have an old large one story home. Dan through deductive reasoning and some hard work was able to figure out what was going on with my drain.  He explained exactly what was going on and fixed the problem.  I don't leave reviews often but if you have a drain issue save yourself some time and just call Dan!

The old house had several issues and my biggest concern was the bathroom. They replied, answered my questions quickly and the quote was reasonable. They scheduled the very next day and the bathroom issue was resolved. Then I asked about other issues like dish washer, outside irrigation system etc. so all of the plumbing area and actually they helped with extra (smoke detectors etc.) were also fixed very promptly. I highly recommend! Thank you very much Israel!

My familly and I we just moved in to a condominium that was build on 2003.  the toilets and the kitchen sink were the originals.  we call Daniel Attridge to replace 2 toilets and our kitchen sink.  he replace the toilets and the water valves that are by the wall because the one i had they looked like they were going to brake soon.  he did an awesome job there.  then he started to replace the sink and we found a few problems.  the valves were so bad that when he tried to shut them off one of them broke, and it was getting moldy too.  but when he finished the job, we were amazed how clean it looks now.  not just over the counter but under the sink, the pipes and the water valves look so clean and very spacious.  I really recommend him, he really knows what he is doing.  And he likes to use real quality parts.  
I have other friends that know plumbing, but i rather pay Daniel to do it right.

Whitney @ Drain Busters did an excellent job of finding me a tech for a last-minute inspection. They were upfront about their fees and delivered fast, professional service. I especially appreciated the reminders and responsiveness of the office.

I got a message from my tenant at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Cool Tech and he responded right away and sent Juan Carlos to save the day!  The hot water was taken away, replaced and my tenant was able to shower before 2:00 p.m.!  
Highly recommend!

An interesting experience. I was having an issue where the A/C was working, keeping the temp set correctly in the house, but the fan was noisy and running when the a/c wasn't on. I had this company come out and at first the repair man was confused. He was wondering if the noise I was hearing was my next door neighbor's A/C but I told him I know the difference. Then he was hearing the noise himself, when the A/C wasn't on, and he was in the hall when the fan kicked on and we were right below it. In fact nothing was on at this time, except the fan was running and he could hear it. It was an extremely raggedy noisy fan. He was really puzzled at the fan running when the unit wasn't on. He had taken off the thermostat in the hall and verified nothing was active. It took a few trips to the roof when he finally came down with a small controller in hand and said sometimes a corrosiveness stick happens and he replaced that part.
The reason for the IFFY 3 out of 5 stars is because he fixed the problem, but he made a point of telling me some long story about an older woman who complained about hot and cold drafts in her home and he assured her (and me) there was nothing wrong. In fact, he was putting it down to her imagination or woman's problems, and there was no reason for him to be telling me this story except he was trying to say if the fan was operating when the unit wasn't on again, that would be a woman's problem (or my imagination). But, he's telling me all this prior to leaving, having replaced the part he thought was the issue, and also after he was listening to the fan earlier while it was running when the a/c wasn't on! (He was up and down from the roof a few times trying to figure this fan business out.) It was like he was telling me it was all my imagination when he was an ear witness to it. Anyway, that left a bad impression.
However, I can tell you now that a new season of A/C has commenced the A/C is working fine and the fan no longer is noisy or active when it has no reason to be. So was the technician afraid he hadn't fixed the problem? I don't know. But an allusion to a woman's issue was a bit much when he was well aware the problem existed.

Had a water heater failure and called Friday at 4pm and inquired about a new 75 gallon power vent. Was told they could pick 1 up and install Saturday morning. As promised,  Saturday the old tank was hauled out and new one installed.  They followed through on what was proposed and was done in a timely manner. Would recommend.

I moved to a new house in Las Vegas 2018 but The builder installed a regular garbage disposal and Delta kitchen faucet with sensor. They are working well but I don't like the style. I like modern & simple kitchen faucet. I found 3 company and RC Handyman (Ramon) answered my questions and gave me great estimate. So I scheduled with him right away. He came on time this morning with a great smile!

First, I was kinda nervous because he doesn't have any review but after I met him in person, he is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He has been in the business for 15 years from Los Angeles. That's make me feel very good knowing everything is going to be PERFECT!

He installed my brand new Delta Kitchen Faucet and Garbage Disposal without any problems and I gave him all the older Delta kitchen faucet & garbage disposal. They are still working well but I gave them to him so he could use it for him.

I'm definitely going to use him with any home projects in the future and refer him to all my friends, family & neighbor's. If you want an excellent Handyman for kitchen, plumbing, cleaning, etc., please give him a call, You won't regret it!

Kitchen and bathroom faucets replaced, supplied one myself and they supplied other. First appointment was canceled due to a earlier appointment was taking more time than they expected. I did have to call to reschedule but they promptly showed for the next appointment. Professional and friendly! I apologize for not getting their names. I would definitely recommend for the job and affordable cost!

If I had an option to give zero stars I would. Was quoted a 2p-6p install for a water heater. Was called at 4:30 to say they had to push back estimated time from 6p-8p. Got another call at 7:30p from tech saying he would be there by 9p. At 9:30 my husband called the tech asking what his eta was. He said he had just finished his last job. Didn't even give us a courtesy call. Absolutely the worst service I have ever received by any type of establishment. Not to mention they charge $500+ for installation.

The service was fine. The plumber, Ian, was great. The price quoted was very high, but with a leaking pipe in a multi-unit condo I couldn't let it go overnight or I would have gotten another quote. That is a professional opinion as I am a retired general contractor and facilities maintenance professional.

Update:
The service manager called me a couple of days after the service regarding my initial lower rating  and said that they had mis-classified the charges for my service and I would be getting a $298 refund on the $708 initial bill. This is more in line with what the charge should have been. I have received the refund and I am now very satisfied with this transaction.

Awesome service ! Had a water heater installed by another lesser company who wouldn't come out and fix it inside the warranty period without charging me on top !! Staff who helped me with thewarranty were excellent (Wendy) and Rakeman sent a technician (Junior) out within a few hours who was fantastic. First rate job, very professional and will definately use them from now on !!

Horrible!  Rude tech!  Was rude to my daughter and then got on the phone with me and said he wasn't rude to my daughter.  He was being rude to me while he was telling me this!  Incredible! We hired another plumber who actually fixed our issue in one visit AND didn't charge us.  This dude came out twice and didn't fix a thing.
