After the first night in our recently purchased home in Sun City Summerlin our main sewer line clogged from years of solidified grease and an incorrectly installed sewer line (originally built without proper slope to the street). We came home from errands to a river of sewage in our house. Jerry was out at the house within hours (on a Saturday). He unclogged the line, rinsed out and cleaned the tub and toilet and diagnosed the problem in the line. Additional mitigation efforts determined that the only way to fix the problem for good was to excavate and install a new line (properly this time). Jerry provided a bid the next day. Jerry and his team had 60+ feet excavated (including under the house to an interior closet where they jack hammered through the floor to find the pipe) in a couple of days. They installed the new sewer line (we also had him replace our main water line while he was already digging up the yard), tested everything, and had it inspected within another day or two. Since we couldn't be living at the house Jerry was kind enough to send me photos and videos of the work in progress. After they covered everything back up and spread the landscaping rocks you couldn't even tell they had been there.
It's hard to find contractors or service providers that are accessible, thorough, hard working, conscientious, and honest but we've found one who will be our plumber for life. This rather complex job was performed faster and cheaper than either my wife or I could have expected. We're thrilled with the results. Jerry, we hope to never need your services again but if we (or anyone we know) needs a plumber you'll the only one we call! Thanks for everything!

Excellent service! On time and works fast. Billy is a genuine guy and shows up smiling even at 6am! It's nice to know they can come out on such short notice.

Called Larry regarding a leak in our bathroom sink. He came out to inspect the sink and advised it had to be replaced. On his recommendation, I went to a plumbing supply store and purchased 2 faucets. Upon checking online I realized I was overcharged by a considerable amount. When Larry arrived (exactly on time) to install I explained what happened and he immediately called the store and I was given a credit to match the price I found. Larry did a wonderful job installing the faucets. In the 21 years I have lived in Las Vegas this was the most positive experience I have ever had with any kind of tradesman. He will be our plumber for any future needs and we will not hesitate recommending him to others. A true professional

I had a water leak on Sunday, went on Google and yelp, searching for a plumbing company. And came across LV Expert. from the beginning to the end this company took care of the issue, they were 100%, professional, reliable, with good prices for Sunday job. Not to mention, they arrived, and fixed everything the same day

Broke the hose bib copper piping and Dignity responded to my Yelp quote in 30 seconds. Attached pictures and a quote was given. Scott arrived in about 30 minutes and even though scope of the job was bigger than originally thought, the quote stayed the same. Scott was friendly, professional and fast. Had my pipe back to normal in no time!

Our main water pipe had a leak by the meter box. We received multiple estimates. Not only was MCS plumbing the most inexpensive, they were also the most professional. Honest and on-time. Jon was incredible Plumber! If needed, definitely will use these guys in the future. Highly recommend.

Dan is the man! Would choose him over anyone in town, or in Vegas for that matter. He even went as far to tell me hello, as he saw me in town, a few days after he worked on my toilet. So friendly, quick, reliable, and will not rip you off. Happy with my services!

I've used this company a few times. My girlfriend and I have a couple rental properties that have required repairs along with using them on completing repairs on some client's homes prior to and after closing.
We had Robert out to our personal home to replace a water heater and small leak under the kitchen sink. Robert was extremely personable and professional. He completed the needed repairs quickly and explained items of concern to watch out for in the future. My girlfriend and I have worked with Phil on a few projects as well. The service and quality this company provides is second to none along with the employees who represent it. Thanks to Neli, Robert and Phil. They get it.

Can't help but really LIKE these guys. Nahinu came to our rescue to deal with a water heater leak. He got us a water heater lickety split and set it up on a temp stand til the restoration company got the damage fixed. Hey, best part is that he gave me some great advice about choosing the new unit and maintaining it against future damage. Thanks Nahinu, Mana, and Rob! (pssst - this is a full-service plumbing outfit.)

I called Phillips Plumbing last week for dishwasher hook up. Spoke to Gary's wife who was kind and provided me his phone # as he maintains his own schedule. He confirmed that he could come out the same morning and do the job for $90. I texted him shortly after as I also had a refrig to install - he said sure. When they got there I explained I had a kitchen leak and just installed a new wood floor ($5000 value) and that I had just sold the home. When he got there they didn't have booties to protect the flooring and simply rolled the dishwasher across the new wood floor - no protection for their feet or the appliance - I had cardboard all over the house as I was getting ready to move - but surely a Licensed plumber should take precautions to ensure they don't damage someone's home. They had trouble getting the dishwasher installed, but ultimately did install it. When it was time for the fridge he said I don't want to roll it across the floor - I responded and said here, I have cardboard - they used it and installed it with no problem.
Here comes the list of problems and a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy:
1. As he was about to leave, he walks me over to the wood floor where the dishwasher was installed and notifies my there are some scratches - actually his carelessness caused gouges in my completely brand new floor! Just installed the day prior! Imagine how you would feel!? He then goes on to tell me there would be no charge (the $90) because of the damage. Can you imagine the nerve? He doesn't offer to have it repaired. Doesn't say it was my fault I should have protected your floor. Instead he says the wood is really soft! Really? Soft wood huh - how dishonest! Moments later he rolled a large refrig across the same floor with no damage, simply by taking the time and thoughtfulness from using a piece of cardboard to protect the floor (I had to offer the cardboard). He damaged my floor trying to push and shove a dishwasher in a space that was too tight and needed some minor adjustments (which his assistant figured out). He was careless and negligent - but even worse, he felt he was being honest by pointing out the damage just as he was leaving - but in reality he was dishonest by calling it soft wood and not taking full responsibility by owning the problem he created and fixing the floor. He then tried to leave without providing me an invoice which I need in case there is a problem with the plumbing connections for the new owners - these new owners are taking over the home in a couple days - so I ran out to his van to get the invoice.
2. Later that evening as I reflect on the entire situation and after speaking to my realtor - I call him back to notify him that he must take responsibility for the damage - He was so rude and condescending saying you think I was negligent?! No good deed goes unpunished - he felt like he was doing me a good deed by not charging me for the installs - when I attempted to ask him how would you feel if you just installed a $5,000 new wood floor to have someone damage it - he interrupted me, talked over me and tried to bully his way through the situation and ultimately hung up on me. .
3. Later, after realizing his error, rather than picking up the phone and calling me like a gentleman and a professional should, he texted me telling me he would pay the difference of the cost of the repair and his fee which was now $180 (fine) which was to install a dishwasher and a refrigerator.
I've decided not to send Gary a bill for the damaged floor - the estimate is $540 (way more than the $180 install charge) - while the gouges are obvious I decided not to send him a bill as the new owners waived their final walk through.
Be careful with this company - the true measure of great contractors is how they handle problems when they arise - anyone can be decent in a smooth transaction.

I highly recommend George. He was amazingly responsive and on time. He came over to give me an estimate and started working on my project right away. I was really impressed on how detailed and thorough he was in order for it to look perfect. He exceeded my expectations. I am already recommending him to everyone!

Awful experience. They couldn't find the leak in our pool and still charged an arm and a leg to make repairs that didn't matter! Total rip off artists. Stay clear.

Handy Dan showed up on time, was very knowledgable and courteous. Upon looking at the three plumbing issues at hand, he recommended measures that I take in order to get the items repaired. Now, I am not an expert by any means on home repairs, so he took the time to explain everything to me, which was enlightening and refreshing. A true pleasure to work with, I would recommend this place of business to anyone with home repair issues or anything of the sort... they do anything from painting and electrical to audio visual! Go Handy Dan!

If I could give this company a zero it still wouldn't be an adequate representation of their terrible service. They were referred by the home warranty company and they should not be allowed to service the contract. Unprofessional, rude, discourteous, and despicable.
