Terrance came out to my mothers house on a warranty call today while she was at work so I showed up to let him in.  First of all the warranty call was in my opinion not their fault in the least but they honored it anyways.  Terrance was very professional and efficient.  My wife called them in the morning and we are the ones who had to ask for a later time because of appointment conflicts.  We had an appointment window of 3:00-5:00 and Terrance was there right at 3:00 ready to go.  If we or anybody we know ever needs drain help this is who I am recommending.  12 yrs plumbing experience here so I know what I am watching, If I can hire it out I'm done getting my hands dirty LOL!

Recently I referred another client to him, they are an older couple, unfortunately, they were taken advantage of.

The operator first told my client that the valve wasn't properly connected.
I called for the details for my client, she then told me the valve was actually fine, just wasn't turned on all the way...

So I asked:  $175 to just turn on the valve?
The operator:   No it was the service fee to send out the technician.
I asked:  $175 to just send out a technician? Most importantly, you never disclosed it?
The operator:  ...our technician spent time to get there...it was 1.5 hours...
At this point, what she said didn't make sense anymore.

I felt really bad to referred my client such a dishonest company, so I paid for their service fee.

I will not be needing the $50 coupon because neither my clients nor I will ever use this company again.

I had a clog in the downstairs bathroom in the toilet and the sink. They thought it could be the main drain but it ended up being coincidental. He quickly and efficiently cleared both drains. Price was within what was quoted through messaging on Yelp and included a warranty/guarantee.

I called this guy years ago and he came out and cleared my sewer line with a water jet. Then he explained the cause of the clog. It was the flapper valve that prevents back flow into my sewer pipe from the sewer main. Since then I've had a couple more clogs and my neighbor had one that I unclogged myself with a grabber tool to pull the wads of toilet paper out. (I recommend an alligator claw type grabber). Not only is this guy honest and fair in his pricing, but he's helpful, like a good neighbor. I didn't post a review until now, because I just opened a yelp account.

DO NOT GO HERE.. called this man out told him of a pre existing issue before service he charged me then instead of using a snake basically stuck a water hose down my main line. Then gave me a thirty day guarantee, we left on vacation not using the facilities at all. Upon returning my home smell like sewage none of the facilities are working so I called him back because he gave me a 30 day guarantee and now he wants to charge me $200 to run a camera down my line when in fact that's what he should have done in the first place. Be aware better off calling Roto-Rooter

Rented a snake myself but it wasn't long enough so next time I'll know better and just call Discount Drain. Professional and fixed our drain clog at a good price so I'd highly recommend them !

Came home to a clogged toilet, sink, and bathtub tonight and called a plumber only to be told the job was too much for them to handle and to contact a drain cleaner instead. Don't let Discount in the name fool you. The work ethic and knowledge of Walter and his crew was incredible. I have been dealing with sewer issues due to cast iron pipes. I contacted this company after reading reviews here as well as checking with the Better Business Bureau where they carry an A+ rating. Walter was very responsive and up front with me in regards to what the initial cost would be to accurately assess my situation. He did not try to push any up sell to me at this time, instead, he told me once we knew exactly what he was dealing with, then he would discuss some options and plans with me. They have all of the gadgets which honestly made all of the difference as they didn't have to blindly guess and dig and ruin my yard because they offer pipe rehabbing as well. When they rehab your sewer line, they clean, descale and line your current cast iron pipes with an epoxy liner that they shoot into the pipes. Walter provided an accurate assessment of what I needed as well as a price and warranty information. He and his guys did a great job. The area they needed to dig up was minimal and everything is working great. Thank you so much Walter and Raul and the other guys I didn't get to meet. I would absolutely recommend these guys for any sewer issues you might be having, especially if you've got cast iron. And yes, they'll do work in the Boulder City area.

I noticed a clump of hair just below the drain cover in our shower and wanted to dispose of it, but could not remove one of the screws holding the cover in place -- so I decided to have the drain cleaned professionally even though it was still draining well. I contacted six drain cleaning companies with a request for a price quote, but four of them declined to provide a quote, instead wanting me to schedule a visit for them to give me an estimate. A fifth company that has very positive reviews gave me an estimate of over $200, which I considered expensive for a simple drain cleaning. By contrast, when I phoned Discount Drain Cleaning, they gave me a quote that was $100 less, and I saw that they had a lot of positive reviews, so I scheduled a service visit.

Julian, the Discount Drain Cleaning plumber who came to our house, was friendly and efficient. He was able to remove the stuck screw with a drill, then snaked out the shower drain several times to be sure it was clear. He also wiped up the shower floor after securing the drain cover when he was finished, with the whole service visit completed within half an hour.

I would not hesitate to call Discount Drain Cleaning again whenever we next need drain cleaning or other plumbing services.

We recently had repairs completed on our house and over a short period of time encountered a back-up that could have quickly turned out much worse.  I worked for a homebuilder for many years and know what needs to be done to identify and address the source.

We called at around 8 a.m. They got a Tech out to us within 1 hour.
Great customer service and on-time.
We had a main line blockage.
Technician advise me if I would like to have a camera inspection as well for an additional charge, however I didn't think it was needed in this situation and he agreed, super knowledgeable and trustworthy company.
They invoiced us the same amount that over the phone quote was.
Great quality work definitely five stars.

I looked up on Yelp for a Drain Cleaning service.  I lucked out, I phoned on a Sunday afternoon, spoke with Walter and was assured the service would be taken care of in the morning, and by G-d it was.  Walter showed up at my rental property in Southern Highlands as promised.  The drain in fact was plugged and I also had the drain water jetted to prevent further problems.  That is in fact as long as the tenant does NOT keep putting non-disposable items down the drain.

After 3 failed attempts to have my bathroom unclogged by 3 different companies I contacted Walter. Walter came, he saw and he conquered! Since living in Vegas I've learned it's next to impossible to find honest companies out here. Prior to contacting Walter I was quoted $5600 to unclog my bathroom by a big named company who spent all of 2 minute trouble shooting before telling me my whole bathroom needed to be dug up. Please be aware of this dishonest plumbing  company. Over the phone they quoted me $150 to clean my sewer line at a 30 day guarantee, and for an extra $100, if needed, they would use the camera. When the tech was done, he stated it would be $350. When I called the manager and told him he quoted me only $150, he told me that I had misheard him. I did not because I wrote it down while he said it initially. Make sure any quote you receive over the phone is in writing. He agreed to the initial $150 quote but rudely told me to never call them again. Like I'm going to call them again after this occurred. Please be aware if you have an accent with getting quotes on the phone! Ask them to email or give you a written quote when they come to do the job.

Called them with a clogged master drain pipe outside of my house. They came and had it fixed all within an hour! Pleasant and professional service and reasonable price. Highly recommend!

I called Walter at Discount Drain Cleaning and he responded quickly and diagnosed the problem immediately.  Walter gave me good advice about not putting egg shells and flushable wipes (they don't break down) down the drain.  He was very professional and showed me exactly what he was doing and why.  The price was very reasonable compared to the 1st Co I talked to.

I made the mistake of having another company, that drain cleaning wasn't their  main business, come out to access my blocked drain.   I wasted 2 hours negotiating prices with them and realized they instilled no confidence in their work.  He showed up not having any equipment on his van to do the drain cleaning job.  Their prices were 3 to 4 times higher that Discount Drain Cleaning plus they miss diagnosed the problem and charged $69.00 to do so.

When we called, the phone operator never disclosed any service fee.

Today, we were hit with $175 receipt.

At first, we were told the valve was not connected, after asked for specific detail, turned out it was just the valve wasn't turned all the way.

When questioned the $175 just to turn on the valve, the phone operator changed the story, saying it is the service fee.
She said it is 1.5 hours to send the technician out, so $175 is justified.

We have never had any companies charge such high service fee, let alone whiteout any disclosure.

I am so impressed with the company.  Walter, Leo and Matt were very professional, prompt and helpful.  I had a broken tub drain which displaced my renters and they quickly assessed the problem and fixed it.  They put up plastic and put down paper to keep the condo clean during demolition and were easy to work with start to finish.  I definitely recommend the company and will use them again.

We are on a septic system which backed up.  We called our septic service to clear the clog. But that was not the total problem. I wanted to check the drains for tree roots etc on my new house so I called around for estimated. Most companies wouldn't quote over the phone and the ones that did seemed very pricey.  Not to mention no one was overly friendly either.

The sewer line of my main residence had recently experienced a main line backup. Walter examined the situation by camera, saw that my line was pretty damaged at various points by massive pine tree roots pressing against the line.

The price was reasonable to replace all of the damaged line, and replace the shutoff to my water line that I felt was too rusted out. The roots even screwed up the slope of the line, which Walter's guys made much better and now it has a much smoother flow when water and waste enters the pipe.

These guys worked long and hard to get the job done, while always being careful to avoid any damage to the water line, which was running very close to the sewer line.. He even sent in the secret weapon, Miguel, better known in plumbing circles as 'el leon de Tijuana,' to handle the backfill portion of the work. Having numerous investment properties in town, I've used a lot of vendors over the years and I would not hesitate in using Walter's crew again.

He did a good job doing my plumbing stuff cant ask for anything else, sure i would call him again, he also do other job for me whenever i need it. The price is cheaper then most guy out there, i would recommend walt to anyone that need his service.

Discount Drain Cleaning saved me thousands of dollars by giving me an honest, fast, and professional inspection of my sewer pipes.
