Jose came out to replace our garbage disposal (within 24h of my original call!), and immediately noticed the pipes under the sink were corroded and actually started leaking during the replacement! He had all the parts he needed in his truck to do the plumbing replacement/upgrade to all PVC (in addition to installing our new garbage disposal) and he was in and out in under an hour for all of it! He also made sure to explain how to troubleshoot the new disposal for the various ways it might cause issues in the future.
Jose was incredibly responsive, kind, and professional -- highly recommend!

I had an area behind my bathroom vanity treated, because there once was a leak. I thought it best to hire a plumber to ensure there were no leaks before reattaching the vanity. I hired these guys, big mistake!
I counted on their service to diagnose plumbing issues and let me know what needed work needed to be done. I'm very disappointed. The technician used some rubber in the P-Trap to reattach it to the sink. Once the water turned back on I noticed it was draining slowly. The technician said it was due to the position of the P-trap but it had never drained slowly before. Within three days the sink was completely backed up and unusable.
The technician seemed unprofessional from the start. I do not recommend them at all, he made nearly $200 in under and hour and then told me the back up was my problem because all he did was reinstall the vanity. These people are crooks don't use them and always verify the technician is licensed first.

My toilet needed replacing and when I looked up plumbers, Real Plumbers came up first. They already had great reviews and they responded quickly to a quote and had availability the next day. Freddy and Alfredo came by this morning. They were great and quickly replaced my toilet. We encountered a problem with it fitting it in because of part of my wall stuck out a little too much. So they went ahead and improvised and took the part off my wall that made it so the toilet fit. They did a great job and had a great attitude. I will definitely use them again for any issues I have. Our shower would not stop running and Real Plumbers was able to come out within 30 minutes to stop the water, identify what needed to be repaired, and come out the next morning to make the necessary repairs. They were very punctual and responsive throughout the process and upfront and clear about the cost and timeframes.
Basement water heater started gushing water and Jose showed up within a half hour to stop the water and get it up and running again. He did a full assessment before leaving to make sure all else was working smoothly before leaving. Would 10/10 recommend!

Jose came to help replace a faucet, snake a drain, and replace a broken check valve. He is an exceptional plumber - courteous, responsible, punctual and fairly-priced. During one of the repairs, a hot water recirculation pump had a glitch and stopped working - he promptly came back the following morning to get it sorted out. That sort of responsibility and prompt fix is what sets Jose apart. Don't waste time looking for other plumbers - Jose and company is the best.

I requested a quote for water heater maintenance on Yelp and got a response from Jose right away. At first I was scheduled for the following day, but Freddy was finishing a job in my area so he was able to come to my house the same day. I found both Jose and Freddy to be friendly and easy to communicate with. My project was not very complicated -- just a regular flush of the system -- but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for a different project.
My bathroom sinks' plumbing line was clogged somewhere past my unit's plumbing and Real Plumbers were able to come within 2 hours of me calling them! They were quick and easy to communicate with and it seems they did a great job. They weren't able to snake the drain from my sink and had to remove and then replace a pip below one of my sinks, but they finished the work in about an hour.
Bonus: they're dog friendly and were kind to my anxious 10 pound dog.

I have hired Jose to find a leak in my house in Santa Monica. The contractor came out and found a leak. However, he couldn't tell me where it is so I had to schedule a second visit. After I ask about a quote on the leak so that I can submit it to my home warranty, Jose said he doesn't want to take the job anymore because of the way my voice sounded... I had to pay for the leak detection fee regardless. He initially told me that he can apply the leak detection fee to the repair cost, but since he doesn't want to take the job, there's no way to do that. In the end I'll have to find another plumber and pay them again to come out. It's a waste of my time and money.

Found these guys highly rated on Yelp and called them when I had a clogged sink drain. They came out within a couple hours and had the job done quickly and professionally. Very nice people to deal with and reliable for all of your plumbing needs.
Great service. We just used the Jose for the first time to fix a leaking wall-mounted faucet. We have older and unique fixtures which a prior plumber did not want to be bothered with. Jose was quick to respond, quickly assessed the issue and was able to sort within an hour. Fairly priced and a pleasure to deal with throughout. We will certainly use again for any plumbing issues.

Jose communicates with my from the very beginning since this was a rental property we were unable to be on site but he made sure he told me all the problems and quoted me a price that he stuck too, even when he found a mistake he made he honored the price. Kitchen sink backed up over holidays. Real Plumbers responded same day and quickly and fixed the problem in less than one hour. Appreciated the quick service and attention to detail.
I am a real estate agent and I am representing the buyer on a house. The house had a gas leak so the gas was turned off, and we needed to get somebody out there immediately to assess the situation. Horrible service. We had an appointment between 10-12. The van parked outside our house for about ten minutes and then drove away. They claimed they called and yelled to get our attention (front door was open), but neither me nor my wife ever received a call or heard them. I noticed the van as it drove away, and I tried to wave down and yell to the driver, but he just ignored me. I then called shortly thereafter, and the plumber said it wasn't going to work out. When my wife called him a few minutes later, he claimed he had waited outside the house for 90 minutes, which is false and contradicted what he had told me just a few minutes earlier, that he had been parked outside for ten minutes. I don't normally bother leaving bad reviews, but this plumber was extremely rude and unprofessional.
To respond to the comments below, all it would have taken for both parties to win in this instance would have been to (i) call one of us to let us know you had arrived; (ii) ask one of the workers present in our home to let us know you had arrived; (iii) not ignore me when I tried to wave you down as you drove away; (iv) not be extremely rude and untruthful when my wife and I called to ask why you drove away; or (v) agree to come back at a later time, at your convenience, rather than refusing to provide service entirely merely because you were impatient and failed to try any of the options above. Any of these would have resulted in a win.
I called yesterday to get an estimate. They came at 2 today. The owner was really nice. It was a newly done kitchen and we had a leak. He told me he would charge $160 for the call. THERE is the problem. I made the mistake of not calling a second plumber right then. But no one should charge that kind of fee when they are bidding on a job. Yes that fee does apply to the job if you hire them BUT then you are locked into following your money. They bid the job at $395.
Lesson learned - I called a second plumber. Roto rooter came 1.5 hours later for no charge. $305 with parts out the door. Job complete. Thank you roto rooter.
We had a toilet that was not working due to a down-line clog.
The job necessitated removing the toilet (not easy, as it had been grouted in place), cleaning the line, replacing the wax plug and reinstalling the toilet and replacing the shut-off valve which was old.
The job was done in only a little over an hour, including recaulking.
They left the place clean and they saved me a lot of grief and future problems. Not cheap, but worth every penny.

I called Jose and immediately found a professional I could have confidence in. Jose is the owner, manager and leader who ensures you receive quality trustworthy service. Freddy did the inspect and was thorough, considerate and took his time to be sure everything is in working order. It was clear from my experience that Real Plumbing takes pride in their work.
My window was between 8:30-9am because Jose was squeezing me into an already tight workflow which I appreciated. At 9:07am no one had arrived so I called Jose and learned his team was running a little behind. Jose was gracious, apologized which was not necessary from my view because we all run late and over. He shared that he was already in contact with Freddy who was on his way. I mention this because I see negative reviews below about being late. I get that waiting on appointments is frustrating. So is traffic and unexpected plumbing issues so it's good to kindly call and inquire about delays and when I did I was met with more great customer service.
When Freddy arrived he was very respectful. Had shoe coverings, asked before moving things and took very great care of the space and left it clean as if he was never there. I do appreciated how aware he was.
I highly recommend Real Plumbing and am grateful they were my first call! Thank you Jose and Freddy for the peace of mind! If I ever need a plumber again I am coming to you!

I called Real Plumers at 8am this morning begging for a same-day appointment and Jose was able to squeeze me in to his schedule to take a look at a leak in my kitchen sink. He and his team were on time, extremely sweet, honest, and super knowledgeable. My entire garbage disposal needed to be replaced due to a crack and they got the part and fixed it within the hour.

I had a leaking toilet and called Jose, hoping to get a same day appointment , Luckily there was an open window and they happened to be in my area , 2 guy showed up within 15 minutes. They were professional, found the reason for the leaking toilet and explained the work that needs to be done. They left the bathroom clean very clean. I would call and highly recommend Real Plumbers again for future repairs.
Real Plumbers (and Jose) is fantastic. I reached out to install an RO/DI system on Yelp, and Jose was extremely quick to respond and worked to accommodate my schedule. Jose was very professional, and was immediately clear the moment he stepped through my door that he's very good at his job. Jose went above and beyond to make sure the installation worked for my use case (carnivorous plants and a small reef aquarium).
The quote for the installation was extremely reasonable, and when all was said and done the price was at the very low end of the initial estimate. Hiring a professional is always a crap shoot, but I'm extremely happy with Real Plumbers and will be calling them with any plumbing needs in the future!

Jose Cabrales/Real Plumbers, Inc. responded within 30 minutes of my call.
He was professional, pleasant, efficient, and accommodating. He came in and fixed the problem fast. He also took the time to talk to me about a project that I am lining up that requires the assistance of a plumber.
I would definitely use this company in the future.
For months we had two toilets that were constantly running and no matter what I did to adjust them, I just managed to make the situation worse. The last plumbers we used turn out to be not so reliable and overcharged us, which is part of why I waited so long. I finally broke down and realized I needed a pro so I went to Yelp and I just want to say there's a reason these guys have so many 5-star reviews. They gave me a great price, arrived exactly when they promised, and the two gentlemen were in and out of the house within an hour, installing brand new parts that fixed each toilet. They were courteous, wore masks, and even wore shoe covers in the house. Next time I run into a plumbing issue, these guys are going to be my go-to plumbers.

Once again Jose and his team to the rescue! Can't believe we needed them twice in just the first few months living in our new place, but they were just as fantastic with our shower issue as they were our toilet problem! Definitely our go-to helpers!
One of the bathroom's faucet was leaking and in another bathroom the water wasn't diverting properly. When the shower knob was turned on, water continued to flow from the bathtub spout as well. Jose responded to my inquiry the same day and we got something on the books right away. He arrived on time, explained what the problem was and fixed it in a short amount of time. Jose is courteous, professional, and a great communicator. I highly recommend Real Plumbers!

Absolutely the best plumbers you can find!! We just had two big floods in a row and Jose was here within 30 minutes each time, stopping the leak, fixing the issue and getting disaster clean up on the spot immediately. Even before these issues, they were already our go to plumbers! They did repairs on a new purchase with a lot of issues and worked on some big projects. Everything went smoothly and Jose was very informative, patient and most importantly persistent about fixing anything that needed fixed. He even found a replacement fixture that was very difficult to locate! The crew is amazing!!! If I could post more than one review, I would! These guys are truly REAL PLUMBERS!!!
I've used Real Plumbers twice in the past two weeks, first to fix a running toilet, then to replace some showerheads. In both cases, they were easy to schedule, arrived on time, did quality work and cleaned up completely. Very personable over the phone and while here in our home. I will definitely call them again next time I have a plumbing issue.
I feel taken advantage of by this company. My tankless water heater stopped providing hot water when the gas was temporarily cut off for a short interval. When the gas was restored (by me) there was still no hot water. Jose at the company stated that tankless water heaters are supposed to be automatic, but failed to mention that you only have to unplug and replug the water heater cord for the hot water to come back on. Instead of informing/allowing me to try this, he sent out a crew to unplug/replug the water heater cord (that's all it took to make the hot water come back on); to the tune of a charge of $160! It is hard to believe that he had my best interests at heart!
My initial review wasn't too positive. The owner saw the review, contacted me, and wanted to make things right. We made an appointment. The owner, Jose, actually came and was on time, and fixed the problems. He was sincere, genuine, very nice, and concerned everything was working the way it was supposed to work. To me, choosing a repair company is a crapshoot. I read the reviews, and hope I'll be as happy as most of the glowing reviews are. Now I know I can rely on this company for future plumbing work. It's nice to know there are still people who are honest, professional, and do the right thing. My rating for them just leaped to 5 stars. Thank you, Jose.

The technician named Freddy looked as he didn't know what it was or how to go about repairing it he was here for 2 minutes and charged 89 bucks for nothing!

Gave me a low flat rate bid based on photos, showed up the same day, repiped wonky kitchen drain lines, took Zelle payment, and lickety-split - it's done! Doesn't get any easier than that.
They are clean, friendly, efficient, and show up when they say they will. They thought and I though the problems were fixed. A few days later, clogged kitchen sink returned. Called about it. Jose came out, fixed it and improved a couple of other things on top of that. Maybe I have tough plumbing problems that can't always be fixed on the first try. It's great to know you can trust this company to stand behind their work. Highly recommended. If there is an award for nicest professional plumber, Jose would be tough to beat.
I own a rental and needed some work done. Freddie and his assistant were very easy to talk to and knew exactly what needed to be done. He also gave me a range of pricing in case the scope of work was going to be larger. My shower was not putting out hot water and I was worried it was going to be a bigger job. After looking at it he figured out the installer had not put it in properly. It was an easy fix. I have no knowledge of plumbing issues and he could've just said it was going to be a bigger job but he didn't. I'm grateful to find Real Plumbers. I'd say they are Real and Honest Plumbers! Thanks to the owner Jose for setting it up and they didn't charge for a consultation fee either. I've booked them already next month to service my tankless water heater. I can highly recommend Real Plumbers and Freddie!
These guys are great. My kid flushed a toy down the toilet and it over flowed. I couldn't for the life of me get it out.
Real plumbers were the first guys I found on the internet and I called them in a panic. They were able to come out relatively quick. They also didn't charge me an arm and a leg.
I really appreciate you guys not over charging me and coming out so quick. I could usually fix things like this. This time I was having trouble, but Real Plumbers took care of me.
What is not to like about these guys. They come right after you call them. They arrive on time. They diagnose complex problems correctly and fix them competently. Their prices are reasonable. They test thoroughly before they leave and tidy things up nicely. Highly recommended!

I have been using Jose for 20 years and he has always done a fantastic job. From water heater replacement, leaking gravity heater, clogged drains and faucet replacement. Our house is 100 yrs old and Jose is able to take care of all our issues. He is very responsive and most importantly, trustworthy. We had to leave town and needed work. We gave him our code and key and came home to the work done and cleaned up. I will never use another plumber. Jose can do anything and do it well.

Got a call that our buildings water heater was leaking.. as the treasurer of our HOA, the responsibility fell on me to find a plumber and get everything squared away.
I called Real Plumbers Inc and Jose answered and said he could be here in 20 minutes. True to his word, 20 minutes later Jose was here and within 10 minutes of that had identified the problem. Luckily it was not the water heater, but a pipe leading FROM it. He patched it immediately so I was able to turn the water back on and we made an appointment to complete the repair in the next couple of days.

We had used this service previously and luckily had saved the number as they were excellent the first time after a disappointing visit from Mike Diamond plumbing company. We called and were able to get a same day appointment. Freddie and his co-worker were able to come even earlier than promised. Again they were professional and thorough and explained exactly what they needed to do. The work was completed quickly and they cleaned up the laundry area completely before they left. I will continue to only use them for all my plumbing needs.

I called several plumbers on Saturday morning when a leak was discovered under our kitchen sink. Most said they could come by on Monday or Tuesday but Jose from Real Plumbers said he could come by in an hour or so. Because we had a birthday party at our home at noon, I was very happy that Jose showed up and had all of the necessary parts with him in order to repair the leak, and he was finished by noon. The price was very fair and the service was excellent. I would call Real Plumbers again for any plumbing issue we encounter in the future.

Very satisfied with this plumber. They came to fix a kitchen sink clog the next day after I called. Courteous, professional and cleaned up the area afterwards. Will use again.
Jose picked up the phone- on a Saturday! He is professional, articulate & genuinely concerned. He suggested I text him a photo of my leaky bathroom faucet. He gave instructions on what kind of new faucet was needed, so I immediately got a new one at Home Depot, and he arrived exactly when he said he would to install the new bathroom faucet & fix the leak.
He even found a 2nd leak underneath (an obvious one I was unaware of) and made me aware of it. He was able to fix both issues on the same day & within the timeframe he said it would and made it all happen within a reasonable quote.
Jose suggested I save money by scheduling the repair on Monday or a weekday, considering that weekend rates are generally more, but I appreciated that he made me aware of that & allowed me options for time & financial commitment. I went for the weekend rate & it was worth the immediate attention and professional care... and the peace of mind!
Delighted to have a great LOCAL & experienced plumber for these situations!

Showed up on short notice, the problem was sorted out quickly, couldn't ask for more efficient and fairly priced service. BTW, a previous plumber could not fix this issue.
Jose and his team at Real Plumbers are great! I've reached out a couple of times and he's always been very responsive and quick to get the job done. The first time I worked with him, I needed someone to swap out an old garbage disposal and sink faucet with new ones - nothing too complicated but I really appreciated how speedy he was and that he also took covid safety measures seriously (mask, gloves, booties, etc.). Most recently, we had a leak in our water heater and he managed to get his guys over to our place in 15 minutes! They identified the problem, ran to the store to get the necessary replacement parts, and finished the job all within 1 hour. It was such a relief to have that problem fixed so quickly. They will be our go-to plumbers from here on out!
Jose, Freddie and the rest of the team are polite, super friendly and very competent! We had some challenging plumbing issues and they were like good detectives until they found the root of it, and did an excellent job repairing it. So grateful !

These guys are the real deal!!!! Reliable, honest, responsive, clean, Covid conscious and just wonderful..... They told us what was broken and why and what was okay and why. I will never use another plumber again. Thank y'all at real plumbers for being so helpful, kind and decent in a world that's generally gone mad.
Jose and his team were great. Simple job, a deep clog in our master bathroom which they took care of in less than 30minutes. They also provided an estimate of both time and money for a separate dishwasher installation (apparently the hot water valve was unsafe, a recalled part from a long time ago that never got replaced). Friendly, efficient, didn't make me wait a long time, and gave no excuses or other nonsense. No need to shop around, will be calling these guys from here on out!
We called Jose because we had a couple running toilets and a leak on the side of the house. He was very easy to communicate with and was able to come quickly. When I showed him the pipe on the side of the house that had been leaking, he immediately knew what was wrong. Jose and his team were great. There were two main jobs to fulfill - changing out shower cartridges and water heater in our apartment home. Prices were fair, responsiveness was quick and installment was seamless. Hire them!

Great company to work with reliable, efficient and integrity. To sum it up, I had to repair a about 80 feet of sewer line at my restaurant that has been there since 1980. It was a big job new check valve, 65 feet of pipe liner and 15 feet new abs pipe. It was a lot of work the majority of the pipe was deteriorating badly. They adapted to the circumstances of our restaurant and did a big part of the job over a couple long nights. The whole crew was great with or without supervision. They respected all COVID protocols even at night when they were the only people in building. The owner Jose is a solid stand up man of his word. Would not think twice about hiring them again.
Called two handyman places to try to replace my shower handle but no response. I bought the replacement from homedepot and I thought it would be easy but it's more complicated than what I expected. Jose was friendly on the phone and I sent over pictures and described the issue. Very responsive. Freddy and Miguel came with mask and booties. Fixed everything in five mins. Handyman might be cheaper but time is money. They came to fix it right away so no complaints! Will definitely call them for my future plumbing issues

Jose did a great job fixing our garbage disposal in the kitchen and replacing a broken faucet in the bathroom. He and his coworker showed up in face masks, gloves and shoe covers for Covid Safety. They were professional and thorough and charged us the same price as quoted during the pre-visit estimate. Also they were able to come within 24-48hrs after the initial contact through Yelp. Great Westside plumber.

The night before Thanksgiving we came home from to a clogged drain. At 630pm Jose picked up the phone and promised to be at our house Thanksgiving morning.
As promised he showed up and within in minutes unclogged our kitchen drain...just in time for all our family dinner.
Jose was a champion and true professional...he will be our family's plumber from now on!!

Jose at Real Plumbers is a 5 star GEM! Covid safe, super skilled, and a really nice person. Oh yeah, he did a fantastic repair on our old shower valves and a couple of problem toilets. He also took the time to explain the nature of the repairs, and was a complete professional. I'm really impressed and will use them exclusively from now on. We cannot say enough about what a great job Real Plumbers did on our renovation project. Amazing value for our money considering the professionalism, punctuality and above all excellent workmanship. They presented us with multiple options and helped guide us in an honest and responsible way. Their recommendations helped save us thousands of dollars that other contractors were trying to charge us for extra work that our small house did not require.
We contracted them to replace the old and outdated plumbing, they re-routed all drains, vents, water and gas lines to accommodate our specific design in the kitchen and laundry room. We could not be happier with the end results. In the kitchen, they installed our sink fixtures, drain, garbage disposal, and set up a recessed waterline for our refrigerator. They also roughed in a water line for a pot filler to be installed when we finish tiling the backsplash. In the laundry room, they recommended and installed the appropriate tankless water heater and water softener for the size of our house, set up the recessed laundry hook ups and installed our utility sink fixtures and drain.

Showed up for same day service and replaced my garbage disposal. Great friendly and fast service. Jose took the time to try and fix my current garbage disposal and save me money but that thing was long gone. They had a replacement on hand and it took them no more than 10 minutes to complete the job. No mess left after either. Great job on short notice

Needed to find someone who could help with a plumbing emergency during Covid, and Jose was responsive, professional, and super safety conscious! He quickly diagnosed the problem with our leaking toilet and was able to obtain the parts and get it fixed within a few hours. I was so impressed with his work that I hired him for a few bigger jobs, one of which involved dealing with permits and the city. Jose answered the phone immediately, and was able to make it to my home in under 30 minutes as he had some availability in between jobs. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and fixed our leaking pipes in a manner of minutes.

We had a issue with our shower where the divider was not working and also the shower temperature was hard to control. They were very responsive and came right away to give us a free quote and then came back to fix the issue promptly. I was satisfied with the experience that I would recommend them to anyone.

Superb......discovered a major leak under our slab and thanks to fellow Yelpers on this site decided to call Jose of Real Plumbers.....he contacted me almost immediately, met on site, gave me a very fair quote and we agreed by a handshake he would start the next day
Jose arrived on time, with his son Alberto, and what followed was one of the best examples of contractor/ client service i have ever personally experienced...and believe me with 3 buildings i have used many of them!!
No fuss, no mess, polite, respectful, arrive when they said they would, cleaned up afterwards and did a great job ( actually did some extra without adding to the bill)
I want nothing more and 5 stars is the minimum this father/son, local business deserve....if you have any plumbing requirements, call Jose, you will not be disappointed and needless to say he is now my plumbing contractor of choice

Jose was fantastic. He was able to arrive quicker than any other company I've called (and I've called every one listed on Yelp within a 10 mile radius from Santa Monica). He fixed my dishwasher leak in a flash and his price was a mere fraction of what competitors quoted me. Thank you Jose! You are my go-to plumber from now on.
Had my disposal replaced, project finished in the same day called for help. Gloves, booties, mask on through out work, I do not care though. Work looks good so far.
I had a leaky water heater and called Real Plumbers. Jose promptly returned my call, came out to look at my heater the same day, gave me a quote, and returned two days later with a new heater, installed it and took away the old one. I definitely plan to call him again with any future plumbing issues.

After multiple plumbers wanted to grossly overcharge me, missed their appointment times so I decided to call Real Plumbers after looking on Yelp!
So, they first gave me a very reasonable estimate and then told me when they would show up. So, soon thereafter they showed up on time but the job was way more difficult then both them and I expected. I thought it was just a simple clogged drain but it was cooked rice that was down the kitchen sink and clogged the entire line. It was very possible it would have entered the next door neighbors pipes and perhaps even the garage area piping. So it was a complicated job without a certain outcome and I thought the estimate would really not cover the job. The work did take a reasonable long time with multiple procedures but at the end Jose was quite successful, even though, again the outcome was uncertain. Well he finished and did not raise the price at all and he cleared the line! I could not be happier. Jose was very friendly, very clean and professional, an excellent plumber, bright and with a very good sense of humor. There is no way I would hire any other plumber moving forward. Thank you Real Plumbers!
Could hear water running in the wall/under house but no visible leaking anywhere. Intensified so had to turn off water main. Called Real Plumbers because of their high reviews on Yelp. Found the problem, fixed the leak and were done within 30 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. We had a nice conversation on top of the great service, which was an added plus. Would definitely recommend their service and we have found our plumbers from now on.
This company is fantastic! Jose is very responsive, timely, transparent, and efficient. He has now worked on multiple plumbing projects in our building and I will call on him again if/when the need arises. He will also point out any weaknesses that could become issues down the road, but does not pressure you to make the fix immediately...only if you want to. He will also let you know what he can do and what he can't. We will continue to call Real Plumbers if/when the need arises.
Like all the other reviewers have mentioned, Jose and his son Alberto are very courteous and genuine. Very fast response time regarding setting up an appointment and very efficient in diagnosing my leaking faucet and installing a new faucet. My hot water tank has not been working properly for some time it's taking 10 minutes to heat up hot water. Called several plumbing co and Real Plumber came gave me an estimate and came back to fix it. Jose was knowledgeable and fix the problem. And made sure my exhaust pipe was working properly as well and will cause no danger to my family. And just like magic I have instant hot water now. He called me at 12:30 asking if he could come at 3:30 - 4:30 instead as he was stuck on a job. Fine. I thought how nice of him to let me know. I waited. And waited. 3:30 came and went. 4:30 came and went. Not even a phone call.
Needed some emergency pluming work done on a Saturday. Real Plumbers were timely, speedy and pleasant to work with. Great communicators which is helpful too.

Our tub spout diverter wasn't working and shower wasn't draining so I sent Real Plumbers a message over the weekend. Instant response and they were here first thing Monday morning and had everything fixed within an hour. Fantastic experience and would highly recommend!
Our toilet wouldn't stop filling and I hunted for a plumber on line. It's an odd high-class toilet with a mechanism that isn't easily found. I called Jose and he came and checked it over that afternoon and as I guessed didn't have that particular mechanism in his truck. But he went to three supply house until he found something similar and came the next morning to install it. Two trips to my condo and several trips to supply houses and he charged me what I expected for one visit. And he clearly knew what he was doing. I'll never go to anyone else.

I contacted Real Plumbers after the first plumber I scheduled an appointment with flaked last minute. Jose promptly picked up the phone, gathered as many details about the job that needed to be completed and arrived ahead of schedule the next day. A true professional, Jose arrived with the replacement part and after assessing the issue, explained that there was a small possibility that more extensive work may need to be completed. He provided me with a quote in the event of the worst-case scenario, and I felt confident that the issue was going to be resolved properly. Rather than blindly removing equipment and trying to complete the job in haste, Jose really took the time to asses the drain, pipes and had the exact replacement on hand. Thankfully, no walls had to be opened to fix the pipes as we had anticipated. I was having trouble with my dishwasher not draining, and Jose and Alberto were super helpful in checking it out and getting it to drain, even though it ended up being an issue with the appliance itself and not the plumbing. Further, I had a question about the handle in my shower and Jose showed me the piece I needed to buy to fix it and explained how to install it. All of that and he didn't want me to pay! I had been putting off calling anyone for a very long time, and Jose and Alberto made me feel so grateful and relieved with their great communication, honest answers, and patience. We had a flood in our master bathroom due to a broken pipe hidden in the wall behind a built-in Jacuzzi tub during the holidays. Real Plumbers showed up when they said they would and were able to fix the problem pipes (capped with new valves) that had broken quickly and cleanly. Will definitely use them again if in need of plumbing services.

Other plumbers didn't answer my call or told me they couldn't come out for a week. Jose from Real Plumbers answered the call personally. He showed up on time, was friendly, completed the work quickly, and asked a fair price. We have a new go-to plumber!
They came fast and were at my house the sane day. They are great. Can't say enough great things about them.
Responsive, reasonable and professional. Jose showed up on time, answered all my questions about all things plumbing and got to work right away on installing an above ground brass water spigot in the backyard. He had advice on some larger plans I was considering for the backyard and couldn't have been nicer. I have finally found my go to plumber in Santa Monica. Call him.
