Called these people multiple times. Messaged them for a quote. Never could get ahold of them. The best ability is availability.

I must say when our A/C crapped out on us I was so nervous to call around getting quotes/appointments to repair it.
Cool Breeze was referred to us by a friend and I am so glad they were able to help us. The technician, who also happened to be the owner of the company came within the hour like he said he would. He did an assessment, replaced a part, and checked our Freon level in 1 hour!
The price was very reasonable and he was very kind, honest and informative. I feel VERY comfortable going though this company in the future for our heating and cooling needs!

This company is excellent! A couple of years ago, they were involved with a major renovation on our house and did a wonderful job (a BIG thanks, Greg)! So we called them again to service our AC unit and a plumbing issue in our bathroom. They sent Tyler, who was wonderful! He took care of both issues efficiently and professionally! He was very proficient at his job and very friendly and tolerant of hovering homeowners! We highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work and will definitely use them again!

This company was outstanding! We had 4 prior estimates from large companies who did not follow code for tankless installation. Not only did they do an outstanding job, we saved money. The techs were professional, communicated regarding the job and cleaned up after their work. They are now my go to for any future work.

I called yesterday based on recommendations from the Nextdoor app that they were able to come out quicker than other companies and I needed someone to come out sooner rather than later. I had the bathroom floor replaced and when the company went to put the toilet back, determined that the valves attached to it were old and should be replaced (and we decided to get the ones on our pedestal sink replaced also since they were likely old as well) and it needed to be done by a professional plumbing company. I called and was quoted $163 plus parts by the woman on the phone. I told her I would call her back after I spoke to my husband. I was told to ask her if that included putting the toilet and sink back once the valves were replaced when I called back, which I did and she said yes. I asked how they know what valves to get and she said he would come by, look at them, go to the store and get the parts and come back to do the work. What I was clearly not told was that the cost was actually $163 per hour and that includes his time to and from the store plus a $28 service charge which was not mentioned at all. I appreciate that they were able to come the next day (although I was also told 8:30-9am they would arrive and they were here at 10:30am), but I do not appreciate being scammed over the phone to get my service by not disclosing their price is per hour and that's going to include however many times the plumber goes to and from the store because he needs extra parts - I had all the parts that had been on the sink for years and were working, but he determined that one of my extension pieces was too short and he needed a longer one - so I paid the extra time for that trip as well. I did ask for extra work while he was here - one of my other toilets wasn't flushing properly - I asked him if he had time and if it was an easy fix, if he could do it. We talked about price and he said it would be about 15-20 minutes extra plus parts and quoted me roughly $80-$90 extra. Now once I got the bill that was $250 more than I was expecting and I asked him how and he told me it's $163 per hour, I told him that is not what I was told over the phone. He proceeded to tell me that the receptionist had done that before. So I called the company and a man answered (I'm assuming the owner). I explained the situation and he said the woman was on speaker phone so her heard her tell me $163. Then later, after some arguing about how long the plumbers were here (because they had to go to and from the store twice) when I said I don't appreciate being scammed to get my service, he changed his story to say he heard her say $138/hr plus a $28 service charge. So now the price has changed and the service charge has been added. He then asked me if I thought they should work for free. Of course not, however, and what I told him in my response is that I expect to get an honest quote when I call. As I was explaining how they should make sure their receptionist is quoting the correct price to customers because that is a huge difference, he hung up on me. Had the owner not yelled at me and changed his story over the phone and then proceed to hang up on me, this could have been handled appropriately, but he did both of those things and no one else should have to deal with being overcharged or that type of horrible customer service.

Buds always has exceptional customer service! We needed a new Hvac system and from the sales consultation right up to the completion of installation I was so impressed. They are knowledgeable and friendly and will be who we call when we need repairs in the future!

Platinum Plumbing came to my 86 year-old mother's home had a slow stopped up drain toilet . Never went under the house to see what the problem was. Ask him how much he thought it would be he never tell me so being in the situation I was in with my mother being as old as she was and had to have a toilet I went with it. He put a snake down the toilet to try to get it unblocked set in blocked and ran water in the sink and showed me that the water is going down. Long story short I called them back because it stopped up again they said they were going to come on Monday that didn't happen call them back trying to get some of my money back because I had to call another plumber they've been pushing me around on that never did see any money back charged me $500 which I thought was crazy said they have snake fee. That's because they went to Home Depot and rented it you would think establish company would have the own. I called the company to complain they would never do anything about it I'd already gotten someone else to fix it and cost me half the price. I asked for $300 back because they did not do the job correctly they would not give me anything money back. Secretary his wife said one of them wound call me back never heard nothing from them this is just bad business

Then last Friday when it's time to get Paid the owner Curtis Key tells his guys to tell me he's not paying! Apparently this has happened before! This guy treats his employees bad also! I stood and watch him call his plumbers mfer and stupid and many more choice words! He took advantage of my small company .. I have contacted an attorney and working on the lawsuit as we speak!

This is probably the worst plumbing company in the entire world! If your home warranty send these chumps out to your house send them back. I had a clogged bathtub and toilet. Call the home warranty they sent these clowns out to my house. They say they tried to find the access cover to my sewage drain so they can clean it and they couldn't find it. There for it will cost me $1600 to have one installed. LOL! So I called another company not only did the other company find the access to my sewer drain they cleaned it and treated it and was gone in 25 minutes. Just to let anyone know don't do business with these clowns. If you have a home warranty they will just take your $100 and not do a single thing. The access to my sewer line was in plane sight but they said they didn't see it. Just so they can try and charge me $1600!!!! Scammers!

I'm happy to share with you why I cancelled my maintenance contract with Bell Cow.
First, several times I complained to Bell Cow that I kept smelling a sour/dirty sock smell whenever I turned the A/C on with my HVAC unit (which I bought from them!). They'd send people out, but never did solve the problem. Oh, they'd clean the coils alright, then leave. But, the problem has persisted now for over two years. So, I turned to others for help and learned there is a bacteria that will grow on the HVAC coils and cause the odor (supposedly a common problem with Heat Pumps/HVAC) until specially treated. I also learned Bell Cow technicians failed to point out and address other issues I was having with my HVAC unit, such as the caulking on the apron needing to be replaced to prevent water intrusion, some ducting tears that need to be fixed, etc.
Lastly, at no time during my 4 year association with Bell Cow did any of their people ever circle back with me to see if I was satisfied with their service, had any questions, or had any other needs. In addition, they never provided me with the name of a single point of contact who I could call if and when I did have a need, problem, or question.
So, I finally decided to take my business elsewhere. Like the old saying goes, Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! Bell Cow is just another big company that talks the talk, but doesn't walk the walk.

What a terrible experience and a HUGE rip off! DO NOT HIRE!
A neighbor recommended this company and when I called the man was very friendly and assured me that someone would come out to my home to take a look at a leaking supply valve on my toilet. I asked for someone to call me before they came out to my home so I could make sure to be there.
A few hours later I receive a call. It was a different person and he said he was at my home and I said I was 5 minutes away and to please wait there. When I got home, the guy had parked in my driveway and I thought that was a little rude but whatever, I parked on the street and asked the young man how he was doing that day, he replied with, Oh, I just wish this day was already over. It was about 1 p.m. and that's just something you don't tell a customer.
He went to look at the toilet and I told him that the valve probably needs to be replaced and he said he'd look at it. It took him no more than 5 minutes and he came out and said the bolt just needed to be tightened. I said that my husband had done that before he left on deployment and that we're pretty sure the valve needs to be replaced - it's old. His response was that the tightening of the bolt should do it but he agreed it did need to be replaced, just not today but to call them back when it does. WHAT?! So I have to wait until water just rushes out and floods my bathroom and then call them?! I asked him how much I owed him for tightening a bolt - $90 for the hour. I told him it wasn't even an hour and he said he had to charge me the hour.
I didn't have a check so I was charged 5% extra and when the young man was charging me he had zero idea how much 5% of $90 was for the total so I had to do the simple math for him. I joked that this was an expensive lesson for me to learn and he replied with, I've had even more expensive lessons - like $2,000 expensive - I'll never make those mistakes again. OK. What?! Did he commit some kind of crime?! I'm not sure I'd be throwing that info out but then I also thought this guy might be some petty criminal and I've just let him into my home.
I then called the owner and told him how excessive a cost it was for such little work and time and he graciously (sarcasm) removed the 5% charge. I also told him the valve really needed to get replaced but he said he would come out again and I said not if he is going to charge me again when it should have been done that same day.
I let my husband know what happened and he decided to call him from his deployment station and Mr. Barnett assured my husband that he would replace it at no cost and would come by the house at the end of the week. Well, the end of the week came and went and no valve replaced and no word from Barnett. I did call him and he must have my number flagged because there was no answer. I left a message and I received no call back or text.
What type of company is this guy running? The previous review is evidence that this guy is probably doing more stealing and lying than actual plumbing work. I would not recommend this business to anyone and would give it ZERO STARS because he's not worth even one.
