Best Businesses in Virginia Beach, VA
I don't know if many renters vs home owners rate home businesses, but working plumbing is equally critical to both. This home was built in the 70s, owners died and adult kids renovated, and then it sat empty for a year before I rented it. I am grateful for it, but just 1 month in, I was standing in 2 of shower water routinely and the tiny toilets barely flushed. When plunging one toilet resulted in flooding the floor in the other bathroom and tubs quit draining, I made the panicked call. Mike and his associate came, assessed, worked from the insides and roof, worked straight for hours, and even involved the city to clear my old lines. These 2 men were informative all along the way, and were honoring of my privacy, my pet, my property. I would call them again and first. The best!

AMAZING company! They don't price gouge and they do great work! Saved us over $4000 from other quotes and the work has lasted and he guarantees it too! He has actually checked back in with us to be sure everything is working right! Where else can you get that kind of customer service these days?? Extremely knowledgeable! The work was done flawlessly in the quoted amount of time even after running into multiple unexpected issues he found once he got digging (literally) into it. Chris is an amazing human being who actually cares about people not just making a buck. We will trust him for ALL our future plumbing work! Do yourself a favor and give them a call and you'll find your plumber for life! Thank you so much, Chris!

An absolutely great job done. Had gotten a few quotes and listened to their plans on getting a new gas line to a range, but Vic was clear with how he wanted to do it and was much more reasonable with price. He was quick to respond, showed up fast to assess the project, and was available to do it with very little wait. Everything turned out great and we will be using him again in the future for other projects.

Have used John for several years now and he is an upright guy.
My husband and I are older and of modest means.
John always gives us great, honest service.
He fixes the problem and when he leaves, we don't feel like our pocket has been picked.
Highly recommend him!

Petit Plumbing is an outstanding company to work with. The owner Chuck was a good listener and very understanding to my family's situation. They gave me an affordable rate and worked with me. They weren't about just getting my money upfront. Instead, he never brought it up until I asked him. He assigned my job to Harold, who had over 25 years of experience. Harold was very friendly, and he communicated well. He was very detailed, very competent, and very skilled in his work. He repaired the tankless water heater in a short span of time. And he even gave me some tips at the end of his visit. The office manager Vikki was also very good about documenting payment details and messages I had to give to Chuck and Harold. And Harold's assistant Jorge was also very helpful and friendly. They are a true example of excellence in the service business. And I highly recommend them.

This is my second review for Norfolk Heating and Air. This time I needed a section of my cast iron sewer line replaced. Justin and Mike arrived on time and were friendly and eager to get to work. After the section of piper was removed , Justin showed me a picture of the inside of my main drain line . OMG! It was just about completely blocked with 30+ years of ?????. Even though this wasn't scheduled , they offered to come back and pressure clean the drain . Even though my drains were working fine , they didn't t want to leave knowing that I had an issue. These guys are first class. They cleaned up like they were never there. I give them 5 stars .

I called to get an estimate on repairing pipes. They told me that it was too small a job to warrant an in-person estimate but that a plumber would call me back and discuss it with me on the phone. Nobody ever called me back. I guess they only take jobs that cost a lot of money.

But late as hell I' was under the impression if.we gonna b charged a service charge.
But I was trying charge me $95 but the office told me to pay $70so I did that 70 was a lot easier then $95 After that I was broke being a member doesn't mean anything I don't know why They charge that fee It's crazy!

We had them out to fix for 3 leaking toilets', they were expensive but recommended by neighbors. days later, one is still leaking and water is on the floor of another bathroom they serviced. They came out and offered to fix the upstairs toilet for a hefty charge. Stay away.

A guick Google search of Matt Arbas's name will yield his very shady criminal history including being suspected in his father's disappearance as well as drugging and kiddnapping. This guy doesn't have a clue and didn't pull the first permit when he remodeled my home. Shady, dishonest, and lacking the skill to water a house plant

BEWARE. I thought I would share my experience (which was the second negative experience)........my renter called to let me know his shower handles were leaking again as Premier was out there earlier this year and replaced the stems for me. Premier showed up and called me to let me know that the shower handles really needed to be replaced. Apparently the shower diverter pipe was rusted out and they really needed to replace the entire thing. They said the good news is there was access to the back of the shower thru an access panel and they make a replacement kit that was around $40. They also recommended I go back with a single handle versus the three separate handles so that less can go wrong in the future. I asked if that was cheaper and they said yes, if nothing else it would essentially be the same price. I told them to go for it. My tenant told me that once I gave them the green light they left for a couple of hours to go back to the shop to pick up the replacement kit and then returned and replaced everything in the shower (i.e. handles, diverter, cut offs, and sprayer). The technician later called me to tell me what he had done. He basically told me everything I already knew (above) and also told me all about the cut off valves that he added in the back that he was not going to charge me for. I got the impression he did not want to give me the price but after asking him a couple of times he finally told me my total came to $1,680. After discussing with the technician he had the manager call who agreed to drop the price to $1,275. Still seems way too high for an afternoon job with what should have been less than than $300 in parts. I will never be using them again.
