Very professional. Willing to give multiple solutions for my plubing issue. Took time to point out and explain the options while answering any questions I had (at any time) throughout his work.  Any major work I need will be done through them. Couldnt be happier and the wife even loves the look of the work done. They were consistently working and got to work and diagnosing right away. Could not recommend them more. You get exactly what you pay for. Exceeded expectations

We used Citiview for our plumbing problem today and was highly pleased with Eric (the owner's) work!

He is a veteran and the company is family owned. We thought the pricing was very reasonable (and he was upfront/honest with us). Looks like they do heating/air too.

After calling around to numerous corporate companies, price comparing, and asking for next available appointment, CityView was the most prompt and affordable.

Jonathan and his worker did a excellent job installing our water heater.  From the receptionist making appointment, to talking about what my husband and I wanted done so very professional, courteous prompt service great pricing! We will use them for all of our plumbing needs for now on. We are so very happy with their service! A+++

Of course our plumbing quit working on a weekend. We called and left a message Saturday morning. David called back and scheduled a time for Sunday. He arrived early and worked diligently to diagnose and fix the problem. He's professional, personable and his rates are extremely reasonable. His number is now on our speed dial. Highly recommend - knowledgeable and honest.

I live in a home built in 1895, it has had 125 years of different plumbers and their different types of materials and all the broken remnants of past attempts of repair under it.  Every time it dipped below freezing we would spring a leak, we have spent $$$$ on repairs. We met Micheal in the winter of 21, he has been by far the best plumber I've ever met, his fee is reasonable (which is so hard to find) and after a couple of visit's he explained a plan for a real fix for our problems.
We had him out to fix a leak last Christmas and planned the big replacement! It took Micheal 2 days and I felt like he was fixing his own home, he was so thorough and pulled out all the mess! We have lived here for 4 years and this is the first winter event that has not cost us a fortune in plumbing repairs!!! Thanks Micheal you did it! Best plumber ever! Honest, kind, reasonably priced, clean, (I could go on and on)

I contacted them at 9am and they made a same day appointment for 2pm. Bobby and Bryson were polite, efficient, and gave me great options for my repair. At the end of the day, they saved me both time and money. Will be calling these guys again.

Tierney is so responsive! Our family has been using them for several years after having terrible plumbers that take advantage of you and have shoddy workers. We love Tierney! They are our go to plumbers for our rental property, our home and both of our businesses.

Clete and his team have done several projects for me from replacing water heaters to clearing clogged pipes to replacing outdoor faucets. He is very professional and his work is top notch. Don't settle for anyone less. When you have any plumbing needs give Clete a call.

I wanted to like them. Their response time is quick and availability is convenient. Everyone I've worked with has been nothing but professional. The problem though ... every time we have had them out they have found a problem. First time was a $3,000 fix. We didn't think much. My mom then used them because we had such a good experience. She was charged $2700 for a problem that she later learned wasn't. My antennas were up when they came back this week for our annual AC tune up. Much to my surprise (or not), I was quoted nearly $5,000 for plan B fix but they wanted to send out someone out to discuss plan A or replacement. The unit is 7 years old and we've never had any issue. We just received a second opinion from another company and guess what, not a thing wrong with our AC. There was no leak where BillyGo said, there was actually only 1 capacitor where BillyGo quoted replacing 2 compactors and all fans were at specifications and where BillyGo said we were extremely low in Freon - we were exactly where we needed to be. Probably in an emergency they are good because they will respond quickly but I would prepared to be scammed.

What a wonderful company. I needed a plumber to come to my house due to a clog in the bathroom pipes. It was already past noon on a monday and as a single mom I rushed home feom work to take care of the plumbing issue. I called 20 company and no luck having someone come over at the last min. THis was the first co that assured to call me back after they rearrange their schedule. Kathlyn called me back within 15 to 20 min to tell me someone will be at my house within the hour. They were on time and made sure everything was taken care of. Cant thank them enough! Will use their service in the future.

Unfortunately, American Home Shield needs to stop using this company. Guys came to look at my cracked toilet and proceeded to tell AHS that excessive force was used, therefore the replacement would not be covered. What?! Yes, my kids that weigh under 100lbs. and use the toilet every other week used excessive force and broke it. Please! These guys didn't want to be at my house and had no right to say something so ridiculous. AHS is crazy for working with them. Missed a day of work waiting on a less than 10 minute visit. Bad business. No stars! Only one given to be able to post this review.

Scheduled our followup appointment with Lone Star Water Service for today. Took the day off, and they were a no show because I didn't answer my phone despite me being the one to call them to inquire what time they were coming today and despite my husband taking the day off to ensure they would have access to our home to close out our work order. Now they cannot even answer the phone to reschedule, even though we are the ones who will need to take another day off work to meet them. I would use another vendor. As soon as we finally get our AHS warranty work order closed out, I will no longer seek them for services.

Charged me $75 for the service fee which I understand but he said the leak was not from the water heater. I called another plumbing company and they said it was from the pipe behind the water heater. Waste of $75.
