How I found Black Tie Plumbing...
We have a slab foundation, our house was built in 1964 with cast iron sewage pipes.
Foundation work was done to our house before we could buy it in 2006. Perma Pier did the work and gave a life time warranty- 2 years ago they came back because we had some foundation issues, they honored the warranty and fix the problem.
While looking for a plumbing company to find out, why for 10 years we kept having problems with drainage in the north end of the house I discovered Perma Pier has a plumbing subset for problems like ours. So that's how I found their sister(?) company Black Tie Plumbing.
It was gut wrenching and depressing when they gave us the estimate to replace the corroded pipes causing the problem. We decided to get several estimates and explore other options like pipe lining. Baker Brothers gave us an estimate of $60,300.00, several others ranged from $35K down to $18K for partial replacement and/or partial pipe lining.
The initial diagnostic estimate from Black Tie was $360 to put the camera down the pipes and locate the problem. After considering a partial fix and looking at estimates for a complete replacement (the 112 feet of tunneling is the biggest expense) we chose Black Tie.
Black Tie provided several options from replacing the entire sewer drainage to partial replacement to help us reduce the costs. (Ranging from $11,000 to just under $30,000) We decided on the total replacement, knowing it will increase the value of our home. All the sewage lines were replaced with PVC. They pulled the toilets and even took pictures of the work as it progressed for us. The workers accommodated us fully, not leaving us without drainage for more than a few hours and never overnight. The guys were all very courteous and clean and left the yard in very good shape afterward.

BravoCan't recommend Harry and his crew highly enough!!! Knowledgeable, courteous, more than fairly priced and made the extra effort to get here quickly for an emergency situation, especially given the fact that so many others are also experiencing bursting pipes too during this unprecedented winter storm. I also appreciated that he followed Covid protocol. Will only use HFC Services for future plumbing needs.

Jeremy took care of a hot water leak under our slab, He talked through multiple solutions with us and got the job done efficiently despite the challenges our house presented. We would recommend him for value, integrity, and quality.

I own a property management company and finding reliable and knowledgeable plumbers has been the single biggest obstacle we have encountered. However, when we found Professor Plumber, we knew we would have a great vendor partner. Several days ago, I personally experienced a plumbing issue at my own home and when I called, they were here within a couple of hours, cleaned the line, ran the camera and determined the cause. Tyler was diligent and did not give up until he located the problem. With this old house, it's always with great anxiety that I have a plumbing issue because I do have cast iron but working with Professor Pipes, my mind is at ease knowing they're going to be honest, thorough and with reasonable pricing. This gives me comfort also knowing they are servicing my property management clients with the same level of care. Highly recommend.

I called at 8:00 am and they showed up by 9:15 and even called before arriving. They fixed the problem very fast and were very reasonable. Eddie came out, he was very up front about everything and gave me options and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Called Friday night at 9 PM, they said they could someone out on Saturday morning. Next morning, received a call at 7:30 AM saying they will be late 2-3 hours. received another call at 10:30 AM saying they will be late another 2-3 hours, at 11:30 AM received another call saying they could not make it that day. they put me on queue for Sunday. Sunday morning, got a call at 7:30 AM saying they will be late 2-3 hours, I was hoping it was not a repeat of Saturday's wait, but luckily I got a call at 9 AM saying someone is on the way. They got here around 10:30 AM
Once he was here, pricing was upfront, he does a very professional job of locating the leaking underground. once that was done, he quoted me a pricing to fix it. it was a good price. it took him and another person from 10:30 to around 3 to finish fixing the leaking pipe. They done a very good job and I would recommend to the friend and family. the reason I took off 1 star was that from the time of the call to the time they got here, we were without water, I have to shut it off because it was flooding my front yard.
I would definitely use them for future plumbing problem, but incase of emergency that need immediate attention, i'm not so sure since their timing if pretty far off.

I do NOT recommend this company at all! The lack of customer service is beyond unacceptable. I will not type a lot just read the texts and you can verify the phone number as being there's with screen shots attached.

I had a great experience with this company. Made an appointment for an estimate to repair a cracked sewer line, the day of the appointment the company called to let me know the tech was 20 minutes away. The tech was prompt, polite and quoted me a price that was 1/3 of what 3 other companies quoted. I scheduled the work for the next afternoon (they offered to start right then but I had an appointment).
The next day the tech was on time and completed the job in just a few hours. Price was right around the quote and they did a great job!

I am so very pleased with Joyner plumbing. I had two outside faucets that were leaking. The two man crew was on time, very courteous and competent. They have a reputation from way back in the 50's. I can fully understand why they are still in business. Prices were very fair, as well!!!

Excellent customer service! Was very impressed that I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The technicians that came to do the work, Jayden and Dana, were very thorough, explained everything that was needed and very professional. I've used another plumbing service in the Arlington area that charged me over $300 just to come tell me that nothing was wrong! So I will be using ABC Plumbing long term! Thank you for not price gouging us and for proving us what we needed!

Needed AC drainage checked in a new house. I was able to get a quick appointment and the technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. I found the service call price was extremely reasonable, and the quote for the repairs to be very fair.
