I'm beyond grateful and satisfied with my entire experience with Matthews plumbing, from the customer service to the repairs. The owner was very quick to reply to my inquiry, and was very accommodating to my needs. He was readily available to answer any questions, and was very easy to communicate with. I live in a condo and don't have access to shut my water off, and he was able to work with my complex and their scheduled water shut-off. He was also very affordable, and worked with me on the cost of the repair. I had 2 leaky shower faucets, and Dalton repaired them quickly and properly. They went above and beyond to put me (their customer) first, and to make sure that my needs were met and that I was 100% satisfied. I was 110% satisfied, and I can't thank them enough.

Enco plumbing is outstanding. I had a pipe burst 2 days before Christmas, Enco was the only plumbing company to respond. Not only was the repair made it was improved. I would like to single out Jason as not only an outstanding plumber, but also as a good man. Having spent 40+ years in a service industry I have much respect. Thank you Enco, and Jason.

When one considers that the cost of replacing an entire HVAC system is comparable to a new car, one would think that the undertaking would include careful planning and expeditious execution.
Nope...
I cannot conceive of a more inefficient or absent-minded adventure than we had with Mansfield Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air. A seemingly unending series of errors, and 36 hours without conditioned air (starting the first 100-degree day) plagued the installation. Most of them, one wouldn't think an experienced company would make. Examples? Sure!
Not checking the existing fuse box or wiring, wiring incorrectly, delays in installation for lack of proper equipment... the list goes on.
Honestly, when all is said and done, I would have little issue with most of that, if it weren't for the lack of communication. When we would press to find out what the problems were, a flood of excuses and off-the-wall explanations, designed to defend rather than owning up to what amounted to inattention and lack of full competence.
To top it all off, not much effort was made to clean up messes made when cutting holes inside the house, and a swift exit any time they thought their work was completed; only to be called back 3-4 times because the system wasn't working.
To be fair, it is worth mentioning that one supervisor noticed a leaking spigot on the side of the house, and got someone to fix it, without another word. Zip, zap, done!
Also, the above-listed fiasco wasn't designed to nickel and dime extra charges because, although it resulted in an unbearable length of time that we endured without air conditioning (having to stick around due to a house full of workers), They didn't charge for the long list of do-overs.
Is the new system working? Yes... finally.
But, if offered to do it again, I'd rather put out a campfire with my face.

I hired these guys to do a job at my mom's house and they went out there and did the job for me on Father's Day Weekend! It meant the world to me as my mom is elderly and my brother is disabled. They were communicative, efficient friendly AND professional. Seriously 5 star service. I cannot thank them ENOUGH!

I usually leave positive reviews. I hate to leave negative reviews as I believe in second chances but here is what happened. We had a gas leak and Atmos couldn't find it so they wanted us to call a plumbing service.  My husband called them because they worked with our builder, they said they would be there TODAY, no one showed up he called and asked for manager they wouldn't let him talk to her. I called and I had no problem reaching my her  she said they had us scheduled for Monday I explained everything and she said our warranty was out and they didn't really come out to our area so we welcome to look for someone new. Very rude not reliable at all, they supposedly checked our property YESTERDAY and couldn't find the leak (that's why they said they were going back today) yet we hired another plumber and they found it within 10 minutes. Don't waste your time with them. I had one positive interaction with them in 2021 replacing a toilet seat.

These guys are a joke! They set an appointment for me to be home between 3-5PM. Waited till 5:20 then called to see if they were still going to come. Guy told me he would check with his guy and call me right back. An hour later I called again and was told they could not make it out. They didn't seem too concerned that they had an upset customer. I do not recommend calling these guys.

This company decided to ride my bumper to where I could only see his windshield out of the back of my Toyota Rav4 in a residential zone. I was going only a little under the speed limit because of the road conditions. I tried to call the company to advise them of one of their drivers to make a complaint and rudely got hung up on when I asked where I can direct my complaint to. Would not recommend especially if this is how they treat people. I can only imagine how they'd treat me as a customer.
