I found Micah's Honest Plumbing from a recommendation on my neighborhood Facebook page. I am so happy I made the call. Jenny, Micah's wife, answered my call and gave me more information than I could ask for. She was not only helpful but friendly. I felt like I was speaking to a good friend. Once Micah arrived, we talked through my issue and he fixed it quickly and replaced my kitchen faucet with a brand new one I had recently bought with no extra charges. Overall, I had a great experience with Micah's Honest Plumbing and will definitely recommend him to everyone in Collin County. Thank you Micah and Jenny!

Shows up on time, he does our annual cleaning of tankless water heater. He is polite, professional and explains what he is doing. I highly recommend.

Had a leaking shower facet, my house is an older home and didn't to make the leak worse. So after calling and checking around decided to do with Mullins.  
They came to my home check the problem gave me a quote which was fair that decided to have two toilets replaced, to ( remember older home).
They showed up the next morning and let me tell you amazing work. Showers is working great, since it was an older shower they had to go to the plumbing store to get the right part for that model. Glad I didn't decide to be a do-it-yourselfers.   For the toilets one needed extra work done to it, leaving it. Both are working great, they do a fantastic job, clean, professional, and they warranty their work.  
We talked about remolding my bathroom which will be a future project.

It has been brought to my attention that someone using my name or Robbins Restorations, my company gave bad reviews to Absolute Plumbing. I want to make it clear that we have had NO problems with Absolute, as a matter of fact Absolute Plumbing has been a premier plumber for me. I HIGHLY recommend them for your plumbing needs. If anyone comes across a bad review FROM our company please pass it on to me...thanks.

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

While searching for a Dallas Plumber in Google I found Circle-E at circle-e.com.  I called them right away and I could not be more pleased with the quality of their service and the professionalism of their staff.

We've used these guys twice. Came on short notice both times. Very nice, quality work, affordable.

Had them come out to our house two different times and even after saying what the problem was over the phone before they came out - they were not able to help us. So $180 down the drain just to figure out someone else needs to come out. Waste of time and money.

The tech was very nice though. He was confused he got the call to come out when he knew he couldn't help and say whomever answered the phone should of known better.

Kent and Julio are straight forward and genuine....just good guys.  They are determined to fix the problem and work with the situation.  Despite my mother's can-tankerous (sorry) ways they have worked with us to fix a very bad gas leak.  You better hurry if you want them though, because after this they may find another line of work.  haha!

Ok here's why I'm writing this review. Bobby key who is the owner did a wonderful job. I called other companies and they wanted to charge me up to 200 dollars just to come on the seen. Another Company was going to make me wait til tomorrow with no hot water. So the appointed time was 11 to 2  he showed up fix the heater and did some extra work on a water hose faucet. Well my water tank is back up now The work was affordable and he worked urgently. I would definitely call him again.

My faucet for the bathtub wasn't working properly & the faucet for the sink had low pressure. They came right out & took care of it in a timely manner!

What a terrible experience with this plumbing company. The plumber they sent to fix my sink leak came for 5 minutes and then said he'd return in an hour to silicone coat the leak. He then returned and said he had to order parts instead and would call later that day with pricing. He never called. I then called the office a few days later asking for an update, never got one. I then called again and finally the plumber called me and said he'd text me the quote and be there in 2 days to fix it. He never called nor showed up as promised. I emailed the owner as well with my experience, still no follow up.

After several weeks, sink is still leaking and no follow up from Staggs plumbing. I will never use or recommend to anyone, stay away from this company.

We called Binion Plumbing to clear the main line because our kitchen sink would not drain.  An older gentelman, whose last name is Binion, arrived on June 21st.  He snaked the line and partially cleared the blockage.  However, that night, our clothes washer backed up into the sink and our washer overflowed into our utility room.  We texted Binion that night and called Binion the next day. My wife received a response when she called.  On June 22nd, two younger technicians came out and snaked the line a second time. They also ran the clotheswasher through the drain cycle while they flushed water down the sink. When they were done, our kitchen sink drained faster than you could add water, but they charged an additional $ 78.00 for their time.  

These are the things I felt they did right:  Their scheduling was easy, and they communicated with me on their arrival time.  They cleared the drainage line.  On their second attempt, the sink drained faster than it had in a long time. Overall, the total amount I paid was reasonable.  

What they got wrong: They should have taken the time on their first attempt to make sure that the line was clear.

Overall, I would give this company a C.  Had they taken the time to do it right on the first attempt, I would have given them an A+.  If they hadn't charged me to come out on their second attempt, I would have given them an A.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
