I've had Micah out a few times for different plumbing issues; he just installed 2 old water heaters that were leaking. Micah is the only plumber I will use; he guarantees his work for life, and has great customer service. I do not have any hesitation in recommending Micah.

Shows up on time, he does our annual cleaning of tankless water heater. He is polite, professional and explains what he is doing. I highly recommend.

In the midst of the tremendous stress brought on by the snow storm of 2021 this company went out of their way to be responsive, professional & timely.  In addition the owner went out of his way on social media to provide guidance for homeowners with helpful tips to address the issues being faced by the storm.

Where do I begin? The staff here is absolutely amazing. For me, customer service is everything, and these guys have got it going on! They're friendly, knowledgable and always do an amazing job. My husband and I have used Mullins Plumbing for years and have never been disappointed. For those of you looking for a good reputable company that you can always rely on (because let's face it, you never know when you'll need to call them, but when you do, it's often an emergency!) you can definitely rely on Mullins Plumbing. I've just moved into a new home and am hiring them to take care of all the plumbing repairs and installations, and I know fully well I'll be taken care of. :)

Had a hot water heater that wouldn't stay lit (gas). C&W Plumbing backed out of their scheduled appointment with only 4 hours' notice, so I called Absolute.

Brian came that afternoon. Great attitude and professionalism. He tried 2 ways to repair based on the manufacturer's directions, removed the repair that wasn't needed, and only charged me for the repair that worked. I'll call Absolute first next time!

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

They've helped my mom on two occasions and myself multiple times and they always come through. Plumbing leak, drainage on two properties for her and for me they've built a gate, repainted my bathroom, serviced my interior A/C on a hot summer day, changed out my thermostat to a new Nest and moved my outside A/C unit around the side of the house out of my earshot and view. I'll keep using them for all my projects.

My pipe burst in our rental house and the entire first floor got flooded. I needed a plumber right away. I first called Legacy Plumber, which I used several times in the past, but was always so put off with their up-front pricing. They wanted a $50 charge to come out, then a charge to find the leak at some $50 per quarter hour, then they'll give me an estimate for the repairs. I was looking at $200 already before they even touch anything.  Thankfully I found Key Plumbing. He responded quickly and came out promptly when he said he would, which was that day. He located the leak right away & made the repair. His pricing was reasonable and no-nonsense. He was very experience and knowledgeable, which I appreciate and will definitely use again in the future. If you care about his bedside manner- I thought he was super friendly (in a professional way). Overall a great plumber!

My faucet for the bathtub wasn't working properly & the faucet for the sink had low pressure. They came right out & took care of it in a timely manner!

Randy came out and look into my slab leak/plumbing and found no leak on my side of the townhome I live in. He was very nice and answer all my question and on top of that he wasn't brother by me hover around him the whole time. He did a leak detctor test, ran my washer, check main water and shut off valve and also check water pressure. He took his time look into the issue. He said the leak is coming from my neighbor

Had a leak in my garage of unknown origin. Called out Mark and his helper. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I was very pleased with their quick response and ability to find the source of the leak.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
