Called these guys and scheduled an appointment based on their good reviews and they didn't bother to show up during the window they gave us or call us back.  Very unprofessional.

Update:  Almost an hour after the window and less than ten minutes after I posted this review, I received a phone call from the business owner's wife letting me know that they were running late. When I told her that we scheduled someone else to come out she started getting very angry and told me that she is not perfect and she's not Jesus.  I have never experienced anything this unprofessional and would not recommend this business to anyone.  Perhaps Micah is great, but he should get someone else to handle his office and customer communication.

Shows up on time, he does our annual cleaning of tankless water heater. He is polite, professional and explains what he is doing. I highly recommend.

I called Absolute this morning and was told they were booked up for the next 4 days straight.  They were kind enough however to direct me to my town's website for a list of plumbers.  She even took the time to walk me through the website to find the list.  I wasn't able to experience their plumbing expertise, but I'll definintely call Absolute again for any future plumbing needs!!

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

While searching for a Dallas Plumber in Google I found Circle-E at circle-e.com.  I called them right away and I could not be more pleased with the quality of their service and the professionalism of their staff.

I spoke with the owner Daz and his employer led me to believe that my pipes had burst and It needed to be replaced for the amount of 3500 but he didn't do anything but dig up my yard. So he decided to charge me 2500 for coming out and the issue wasn't with my home sewer line it was the city sewer which will be fixed for free. The pricing didn't match the job. I feel that the company owner is a scammer. Be careful dealing with Daz Plumbers.

I had a great experience with these guys. After dealing  with another company that gave me an exorbitant quote to replace my tankless water heater, I gave these guys a call. Kent Milberger showed up at the exact time he proposed the next day to asses the situation. He was very helpful, experienced, and informative. His guys, Bryan and Julio, were quick, efficient and skillful when doing the install.  The best part about this experience was that I knew I was not being taken advantage of on the price.  I would use these guys again and recommend them to whoever may be interested. This is a well run company.

Bobby key is a great plumber. We had a main line clog at 2:00 on a Saturday and he was here and had it all fixed by 3:30. Easy to work with. Did a good job and was very reasonably priced. Will use again.

My faucet for the bathtub wasn't working properly & the faucet for the sink had low pressure. They came right out & took care of it in a timely manner!

I had a major leak in my water line between the meter and my house.Due to an ice storm, and lots of rain, it was impossible to detect until I called Staggs plumbing.  They were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable, and got right to work.  Even through standing water they found the leak and repaired it.   These guys were awesome--will never call anyone else when I have plumbing problems--thanks so much!

I needed a shower fixture replaced so I called Binion Plumbing who was referred by a friend.  I bought the fixture at Home Depot that was very similar to the one I wanted replaced.  The plumber showed up with an assistant who looked fairly new to the job and replaced the fixture in about an hour.    I had an easy access point to the plumbing behind the shower and it seemed like a fairly routine job. When he finished he presented me a bill for $340.56.  When I asked why it was so much he just said it was for the service charge and parts.  The service charge was $262.50, $72.11 for parts which included $2 for pipe dope and $1 for grease and tax of $5.95.  I assume the service charge included the labor.
I didn't ask for an estimate but I guess I should have.  I probably would have gotten the standard answer of  we won't know until we get in there and see what we need to do..  Next time I will at least get the cost of the service charge and labor.  Even if it took  two hours,  I was charged $262.50, that's $131.25 an hour.  It seemed to be a one man job but there were two people working  and one of them seemed to be someone who he was training.  I guess they did a satisfactory job but next time I think I'll try one of those on-line services where you can get referrals and a couple of bids.
I initially wasn't going to say much about it but when I was telling the friend who referred Binion she said that was outrageous and I ought to complain about it.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
