Micah did some work for me last night. The name of his business says it all. Some people, you don't know if you're getting a good deal. Micah is honest and a real professional.

He fixed a leaking kitchen faucet, installed two shower heads, installed two toilet fixtures, tightened up a loose shower fixture, and taught me how to check the pump on my water heater. He didn't nickel and dime me. I paid a fair price and I'm very happy that I called him.  The business is just Micah and his wife. He's in high demand, so if you get their answering machine, leave a message. You'll be glad you did.

Had a great experience. I'm a new home owner and Prosper Plumber was patient to show me what he was doing while working on my water heater. He gave me tips on things I can do myself to prolong its life as well. Will call him back again if needed.

Called this morning and they were out by 9:15am.  Within 45 minutes the job was done.  Tech was friendly, professional and thorough.  I highly recommend this company.

Had an issue when I cut our main water line doing some fence work on a weekend (of course). I got Mullins to come out first thing on Monday morning and they got to work immediately. Got the water line flushed out and restored service to the house promptly. My only complaints were the lack of up-front pricing, and they dug a second hole to hook up their equipment even though I had a perfectly good hole already dug.

Called right at opening in need of a water shutoff valve repair (water heater) needed fast service.  Nice gentlemen asked for photos and would call right back. I tried two times over the next four hours leaving messages to no avail. Call another local plumber, Lewisville plumbing. (See excellent review). By the time the first gentleman called back to tell me they would have to completely re plumb the entire water heater (mind you for a 4 in inline shutoff valve) Lewisville had already been out and replaced it!

UPDATE: the owner called to explain (turns out he was the one I was talking to originally and didn't return the calls)  I do appreciate him reaching out and as small business owner myself I do understand that trying to run a business and working at the same time, things sometimes get missed.  Kudos for reaching out Mike.

Cooper D Plumbing did a fantastic job on replacing a water heater for me.  They were fast, courteous and very resonsably priced. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Had  2 backed up sinks that were over flowing. Tried to remedy the situation myself but was unable to fix it. I gave in and gave Bobby a call. He came around 10 pm and fixed my problem. Highly recommended for emergency after hours service!

My faucet for the bathtub wasn't working properly & the faucet for the sink had low pressure. They came right out & took care of it in a timely manner!

April, Jeff, and Jonathan were wonderful!! April got us put on the schedule in no time and they came to our house very quickly! Their communication was on point! Had a leak in my garage of unknown origin. Called out Mark and his helper. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. I was very pleased with their quick response and ability to find the source of the leak.

I had this plumber redo my sewer line from the toilet thru the front yard to the street, install a mud sink, a disposal, and fix a couple of leaks. On every task he did, I had to recall him at least once to return a fix a leak or other plumbing problem he caused. Lonnie left my front yard a huge mess--never removing the clay pipe pieces and other trash he or his workers dug up, and he left the washing-machine drain hose OUT of the drain so that when I ran the wash, water ran all over my laundry room and caused my hardwood floor to buckle. I found a 2-foot hole, full of water, around the cleanout on the side of my house after he was supposedly done with all work; and I could go on. He didn't show up at all on a couple of appointments and on some days he didn't arrive to work on the plumbing until evening time. It took several weeks to get what he was supposed to do actually done (though the yard is still a mess and my laundry room floor is jacked up), and I would NEVER use him again.
