This is the best most professional  plumbing co I have ever used.  I highly recommend them.  They discount each bill and have the most reasonable prices.  They have done slab leaks and general plumbing issues for years.  Highly recommend.

We have had Smith Plumbing out for a few small issues, so when I noticed a leak from the foundation, I gave them a call. Mark came out and examined the problem and said it looked bad and expensive but also made a few suggestions. After examining the routing of my plumbing, he determined that the line that lead to my leak could be completely tied off and a new line from a different location could be created. He turned an expensive, time-consuming project into a short, less expensive fix. Even though the leak still cost a few hundred dollars, his knowledge and expertise saved me a few thousand dollars. I had this company install a new commode a few months ago.  The installer came very promptly and did an excellent job. I did not do any price  comparisons so I don't know about the price, but the work was prompt and  thorough.  I was told this is a family owned and operated business and has been around for a lot of years. When  a company is dependable and does excellent work, the price is not a reason to worry that much about. You usually get what you pay for.

This was the worst company my warranty company could have ever given me. Not only did they never reach out to me at all prior or the day of the scheduled appointment, but they had the nerve to text me and put the blame on me saying I should have called to confirm an appointment that was scheduled for me,  After I reached out to them to see why they never showed up to do the service they were hired for.
They didn't show up and continue to argue back-and-forth with me because they dropped the ball on their end. I explained to them to please not reach out to me that I would communicate through my warranty company and the guy had the nerve to call me ghetto and rude.
I Googled the company to see what kind of reviews they had and it seemed to be that everybody under choice warranty had the same issues with this company. They were so upset with the unprofessionalism from Smith's.   They are not even BBB certified but have tons of complaints on the website. DO NOT USE

These guys are crooks. They referred to me by my home warranty  company. The first guy they sent broke my shower valve. it took them almost a week to come back.

the second guy they sent over installed the wrong part and now I can't even utilize my hot water to full capacity.

I immediately called them and let them know and they stated they would be back out to finish the  repair.  After testifying with the tech for about a week he kept giving excuses and then stopped responding.

I hired these guys to do a job at my mom's house and they went out there and did the job for me on Father's Day Weekend! It meant the world to me as my mom is elderly and my brother is disabled. They were communicative, efficient friendly AND professional. Seriously 5 star service. I cannot thank them ENOUGH!

They fixed our leak and the guys they sent out were knowledgeable and very hard working. They had to remove lots of roots to get to the problem. Thanks Smith Plumbing.

My late mother-in- law used Smith Plumbing for many years. My son moved into her house and was having problems with the drain in the kitchen and laundry area. A person from Smith told him he would need to remove the concrete in the garage so they could replace the drain. I did not feel comfortable with this so I got a second opinion from my plumber. He told us Smith had given my son the WRONG information. If my son had dug the hole in the garage we would have had a real mess. I will never use Smith again. Not only did they give incorrect information, but they did not seem to do the work.
