LP3 Electric

I called LP3 about a bathroom exhaust vent install (started myself, but then I decided to call in the professionals) Tuesday afternoon and Leonard (Leo) and Pete made it out to my home on Wednesday morning.  I was so impressed with the price, professionalism, and courtesy, that I had Leo install a ceiling fan and update the wiring for my garage lights and garage door openers.

Leo provided great input when I discussed what I wanted done in my garage and completed everything to extreme satisfaction.  LP3 will be the only electrician I call in the future.

LP3 was professional, friendly and prompt. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom went out on 1 Sept. I called around 1p on 2 Sept and they came out between 2-3p to assess the problem. They left to get the necessary part and the fan was fixed by 4:30p. Can't beat the service! I highly recommend them.

I used LP3 electric to do a big job on my house.  We were a bit scared because we wanted a very precise job done for our lighting and he didn't have many reviews.  They measured everything out and made suggestions.   It was almost 20 pot lights, pendant lights, rewiring, adding and moving switches.  My wife and I could not be more happy with Leo's professionalism, quality of work, and punctuality.  He even found a wiring issue that was a potential hazard for my family.  I almost hate to give him such a good review so that he is available when I need him again, but he definitely deserves praise.

Highly recommend! Leonard was very helpful in determining what I needed and a very nice person.  I purchased item and Leo installed with no issues. I will hire him again in the very near future for more electrical jobs.

I called LP3 and they scheduled my repairs, showed up on time, did excellent work and at a much cheaper price than another residential electric company wanted. LP3 did the work for 75% less than the other company's estimate. Go with LP3, and rest assured you will not be ripped off. Thank-you LP3, I've got more work lined up for you later.
