Buyer be ware!! Asked pink plumber for a quote. They charge $45. The deal looked good enough on a hot water heater I thought I would give it a chance.
$220 for a Pan. Other guys were $99. Look up how much a pan costs.
These guys are scamming people. Classic Bait and Switch.
Watch out!!!

My experience with Tony and his apprentice was very good. They unclogged a toilet in record time, and were professional, pleasant in the process.

My mistake: I read reviews prior to buying a product or service and try to make a fair decision. I messed up big this time! I had a massive leak resulting in thousands and thousands of dollars! My ins company was blown away with the amount they charged. I had several companies after the fact agree! I needed help and couldn't wait the extra day and in a moment of despair made a bad bad choice! Then I called to have them put the water heater back together and was told $800 when all the others said $100! Pink plumber is a fraud! They play they are good by giving to charity but rip customers off to do so! They are sloppy and of no quality! Regret using them!
$609 to replace a garbage disposal; total service time approximately one hour. No receipt has been provided after numerous requests.
Charles has done work at my house twice now and I would recommend him to everybody. He's thorough and honest and an all around nice person.

Made it out the same day and did a good job at a high price for business. This company needs to learn how to do repairs on salon sink plumbing, this was the main reason I had them out today..$245.00 to repair a drip in the facet in restroom. This price is not trip charge included..
Customer beware...This company is a scam. They came out and quoted $575 to run a snake down the washing machine drain. Average cost from another plumber $135. We asked to call the office and speak to the owner and he is no where to be found. Did talk to a manager named Jerry and when we questioned the quote and he said they did not want to do the job because we had old pipes. I told him that his prices were a rip off. We are so glad that we were knowledgeable enough to know they were price gouging us. There are lots of other honest plumbers so don't call these guys unless you have a lot of money and do not care about the price.
Excellent Service by Charles T. He was on time, kind and very professional. I would recommend him to my family and friends. The service was rather expensive!
This company was hired after another company failed to apply for a permit in order to work on a damaged gas line. Charles was very professional, timely and was knowledgeable about the work he did. Thank goodness for this company, came to find out the previous company had completely fixed the pipe wrong and it was leaking. Charles was very courteous and explained the process I had to go through in order to get my gas line inspected by the city. The price was just about the same as the previous company who fixed the pipe the first time. I will gladly pay a little extra for work that is correct and of high quality. Charles even called me to let me know the city passed the inspection! Great experience and will be recommending them to friend/family.

Staff are very polite and nice. Prices are OUTRAGEOUS!! I thought over $600 was expensive for putting in a new supply valve for the refrigerator water line. But the plumber had to sweat in new lines and so forth. But today I needed a drain unclogged and it was nearly $400! They are give skilled tradesmen a bad name by their prices. On top of that they gave me a window for the appointment and never called to update it even after I called twice! They have lost a customer because of their pricing and scheduling.

These people are total scammers. The guy who came to our house was very nice and polite, but it is a scam. They told me on the phone it would be a $59.00 service call. When the guy came out he said it was going to be $400.00 just to open up the box to our gas tankless water heater and tell us what was wrong with it. He did that and then said it could not be fixed and we needed a new one with a quoted price of $5,800.00. It cost me $459.00 plus tax for his visit. To buy one at Home Depot it is $1,200.00.
BEWARE and find another plumber for your quotes! I wish I had read these preceding reviews on Yelp. I negotiated with the call center (yes they have a call center based out of Georgia) to waive the trip fee.
My request was simple: obtain a quote for extending a gas line a few feet above the ceiling to a front porch column and install a gas lantern.
The technician was nice, no concerns, until I saw the quote. Over $7k to install a gas lantern, y'all in a very convenient location!
I completed my due-diligence and had another quote from a reputable plumbing company in Dallas for less than 1/7th of the cost.
As a fellow Dallasite, I recommend you call somewhere else for your plumbing needs. This company felt wrong from the beginning of my call to the call center and definitely ended wrong with such a scandalous quote.
I feel sorry for anyone that has spent money with a plumbing company that is evidently marketing to women with their pink van while collecting trip charges left and right for ridiculous, non-competitive quotes.
PS: my quote appeared to also reflect incorrect services. A 1/2 line would not be run 20 feet nor does it include the use of a 1/4 line to the lantern.
They replaced exterior frost-free silcock valve on my home in January 17'. The faucet leaked every time it was in use, started as a small drip then turned into a steady stream from under the handle. As a busy Realtor - I finally called when I had time and could be home - they came in February 18', one year later and would not warranty the work they did previously because they said it had been longer than 12 months. This company will not stand behind their work! I will not recommend them to any of my real estate clients.

Had these guys come out for an estimate and it was not even in the ballpark of other estimates... I had 3 other estimates Ranging from $285 to $400... Yet their estimate was $600!!??!?
Great service by the technician but pricing appears very expensive.
I called the Pink Plumber to replace a Moen shower cartridge that had started leaking. Of the 5 plumbers that I called on Saturday afternoon they were the only ones to respond. The job was not complicated and took about 15 mins. Given a Saturday callout I expected to pay $200-$300 but the quote was in the $400-$500 range including their call out fee. The technician told me that they do not have different weekend pricing. I called their office on Monday and spoke to the manager who verified their pricing. He told me that price was the book price and typical for the industry given less plumbers were going into the business etc. I called another company and they quoted me $144-$256.

Unprofessional and Deceitful!
On Saturday one the technicians came to fix/replace valve. When asked how much will it charge he loosely said 69$ and went to buy items needed. He DIDN'T mention anything else and after the fix gave us a bill of 649$. Where he charged simple items which are available in home depot at cost of 40-60$ to 280-370. Called the company and registered my complaint but no response so far. These folks are THIEVES. Didn't mention anything kept us in dark and gave a hefty bill.
Stay AWAY!!!
