Very professional and knowledgeable plumber. I was impressed by the way he explained everything. Price was very fair too

I got back into town from the Christmas holiday to find an outdoor faucet leak. No clue how long it had been going...could've been days! I called and they were able to get a plumber out and finished (!) within 2 hours time! Wonderful customer service, particularly for a holiday (New Year's Eve), AND a reasonable price!

Company came out quickly but were dishonest and not knowledgeable. Did not fix my problem, but still billed us like they had. We had to call another plumber out the same day and the problem was fixed immediately. Don't recommend this company.

Bathrooms clogged up all of a sudden Wednesday night. Tried everything from snake to cleaner to plunging and nothing would work. Called one of the places I found on google to get an estimate and came out to give an estimate and was extremely high. Had seen the reviews for Ron's on yelp and gave them a call. They were able to give a price over the phone before scheduling the appointment which was great. The guys appeared and were done in less than 5 minutes and was more than 50% less than the first company. Very knowledgable and polite. Both guys were extremely professional and offers a 30 day guarantee on their work. HIGHLY recommend them for anyone looking for work needing done. Fast, local, and professional all in 1.

John came to our home after hours due our kitchen sink backing up. He worked into the night refusing to leave until he resolved the issue which turned out to be more severe than either of us anticipated. He has an excellent work ethic, worked in an orderly manner and cleaned up after himself. I can't say enough good things about this man and his business. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Sad to have to say that he knows how to do the job, and ends up being a jerk. He is rude, condescending, evil, and swears he knows everything. He as a person is very ugly and revengeful. If you get someone else to do the job because you are tired of dealing with him, he will make your life miserable. He will report you to the city, your homeowners association, I had to call the police and tell him I wanted on record a no trespassing on file with them. Hire him at your own risk not worth it. He has made many enemies within his community where he lives by harassing residents and being ugly. Not a nice person. He must have a very sad life.

$450 was the quote to snake a shower drain clogged with hair!! IKYFL! At max, it should have been half that, average a quarter of that price. The technician was nice and arrived on time.

Overall I give them good ratings. Prefection in life and in plumbing are non-existant. However, the service folks they send out are at least pretty good to good.
On a second call-out to fix a waterleak, the techs overtighened a pvc fitting. The fix lasted for a day, started leaking again.
Ended up contacting another plumbing firm.

If you have tough issues in an old house, Joe Rushing Plumbing provides pricy work that solves difficult problems. Reading some of these reviews, I can understand the frustration people feel as the tab increases as additional problems are found, and less expensive solutions tried initially, don't work. We've had the same experiences in our own home but don't feel like it's the plumbers fault, it's the situation. In our 30-year old house, thanks to West Texas water, we've had slab leaks multiple times in different parts of the house which required jack hammering up the floor and replacing lines in the floor with PEX run overhead through the attic. We've had most of the long runs in the house replaced and after 5-years or so, everything is holding up with no new issues. We've been using Joe Rushing Plumbing for many years and wouldn't hesitate to contact them again when having difficult problems. The stress melts away, soon after we've made the call, knowing from experience that they will resolve our problem, no matter how difficult. The deduction of 1 star is due to the cost of fixing difficult plumbing issues.

The plumber was angry when we met at my rental property because he was waiting for me for 25 minutes. It was not my fault. He had my cell number but he never called me. I told the company clearly that it was my rental property and asked them to call me before they were on their way. He told me he was going to be rock n roll. He finished the job within 25 minutes. I received my bill that was $46 higher. I called the company, they agreed to credit me the over-charge, that is good. They do have additional gas charge.
They quoted me to add a water line to refrigerator for $285. I called DJ plumbing (817-538-1941) and they did it for $150.
