HISTORY

Established in 2019.
Our founders, Cathy & Scott Burrows have worked in the mechanical industry in the DFW area for over 25 years. In fact that is where they first met volunteering on the North Texas Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) board of directors, helping to improve the trade industry. Promoting education, training and safety for contractors were key objectives in their role with the association. The importance of education, training and safety remain in our core values today. After many years working in Corporate America they took early retirement with the desire of offering tailored services to both homeowners and commercial business owners who are tired of impersonal service companies selling to the masses. We will never undervalue the importance of asking the right questions and then LISTEN to you, our customer!

Fantastic, solid and reliable service! Was referred to SNBC from a home builder friend. Our water pipe under the house had a leak and our tiles felt really hot. Scott Burrows was very quick to respond, extremely thorough in his analysis and offered details and recommendations. Our repair involved a major excavation (24 foot dig) under the slab to fix a pin prick hole in the copper pipe. However, the alternative was to rip up tiles, hardwood and dig through concrete foundation (more intrusive). When it came time for the actual plumbing repairs, Scott did NOT overcharge. Since fixing our leak repair, we've used SNBC for 2 other repairs and are very satisfied!! Highly recommend for plumbing needs.

I was looking for help with a clogged drain. SNBC responded extremely quick (pleasantly surprised to get a response very early morning when I called) they were very straight forward with pricing. We scheduled the work for later that same day. Scott showed up on time, asked a few questions regarding the issue, explained what he was planning on doing and resolved the issue.

definitely recommend and will use SNBC again.
