We just moved to Texas and found out the new construction house we bought did not come with wiring for cable or internet. Why would anyone build a house these days without adding those in, right??

Anyways after reaching out to a few businesses on Yelp we went with Hang Pros. From the getgo Kwame was responsive and informative and punctual.

Long story short he hooked us up with what we needed to get online in just a day and I was super impressed with the speed and quality of work he performed. My first experience with a Texas business was perfect.

The Arc Angel Team did a great job installing our new battery home backup system. From initial quote to install and follow-up after the job, they  were incredibly professional , working through issues with a product that was new on the market and somewhat complex, and seeing the job through to a successful completion. After the horrible winter storm in Texas in 2021 we knew we needed a whole house generator. One company gave us a ridiculous quote. Thankfully when I called around Cantwell Power recommended Keiser Electric. Due to supply chain issues from the quote to install and everything being done the process took about 1 year for a 27kw Generac. Keiser periodically kept us updated on the order and wait, and when it came time for the installation process, Keizer's entire team from Fernando to Jacob to Alan (at startup) was phenomenal. A whole house generator is a huge investment and yes, half down to place an order does make you check a company out and read reviews. But Keizer's quote was reasonable, their install was phenomenal and they kept their word every step of the way. Our family wholeheartedly recommends Keiser and we will use them in the future for electrical work.

my air condition capacitor went out in extreme heat above 110 degrees
I called COMFORT EXPERTS INC ac services and they sent some one to my house first I tried to buy the capacitor at Home Depot and Lowes they were out of the one I needed I tried on line and found several but it took 3 days delivery and I couldn't wait because of the extreme heat the capacitor is 36 dollars they charged me 430 dollars for the part and 99 dollars for labor technician was here no more than 10 minutes it was an out side job don't deal with this company they are taking advantage of people specially in these hard times they know you have no choice but to pay they sucker you with 99 dollars service call but they rip you off  with the part prices they are not an honest business .

Rebecca was EXTREMELY short and RUDE to me! Cut me off on the phone and didn't even allow me to talk really. NO WONDER YOU ALL ONLY HAVE 1 1/2 stars. Get a clue people. Hire quality people.
