We had a breaker that kept popping.  Ken came out quickly and diagnosed the issue (which was not easy to do).  Ken explained everything extremely well, corrected the problem, and charged us a very fair price.  I couldn't be happier with the service we received and I will recommend Ken to my friends and neighbors.

I had a great experience from the beginning with customer service and was able to schedule an appointment a day or two out. Eric went through the whole home and looked at my recent inspection report. He was very informative and thorough on explaining what needed to be repaired now and helped me come up with a list that fits my lifestyle and overall will greatly modernize and improve the value of my home. He was not pushy at all and suggested we accomplish what matters most first with some nice-have's down the road. Excellent job and could not be happier! Thomson Electric installed a new power drop and two chandeliers on our exposed beams.  The guys were knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything they needed to do to achieve our vision.  We love our new livingroom!

He wired our entire patio, dining room fans, fixed our neon and ran new circuits for our kitchen all of which he did for extremely reasonable prices. We had an unexplained electrical issue and I called B&C to see if they could come out today (Saturday).  Peter, whom I've never met, quickly diagnosed the problem over the phone and told me that I should call Oncor and relay the information that he told me.  The result, good and accurate advice, a quick solution, and no service call.  

It is no wonder why B&C has such a high rating on Yelp.   Peter is definitely OUR electrician going forward.

Josh went above and beyond. He answered all of our questions, was very upfront with pricing, and went above and beyond with his time and expertise. I had used Elite Electric NTX back in March of this year to install a ceiling fan and was extremely happy with the service.   On Sunday 12/11/16 I started experiencing problems with lights flashing on an off and the heater and a/c stopped working.
I called Jonathan at Elite Electric NTX and he suggested that I call ONCOR first to make sure they weren't having problems in my area.   ONCOR sent out a truck and could not find any problems on their end so I called Jonathan back and he immediately came out to my house.   After testing all connections Jonathan determined that the electrical panel was the problem and spent most of his Sunday replacing it.  I feel Elite Electric NTX went above and beyond to correct my problem and the labor and cost for the new panel was very reasonable.
Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this Company for anyone needing electrical services!

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.  They do not tell you  what time they're supposed to be there. JUST the day. So when they showed up aggressively knocking and ringing the doorbell. The. We rescheduled for Saturday  at 12:00... they showed up at 11:20!!! It was my day off and I was still asleep. Then when he actually did work he punctured my wall and apparently he did to other people's walls in the neighborhood. Never said anything. Horrible!
That same day he lives his drill at my apartment and I planned on calling this awful company and returning it on Monday to be a good person. But he aggressively knocks and rings on the doorbell on a Monday morning ... 9 am!!! I wish I wasn't home so I wouldn't have to give it back. Can I give this company zero stars?
