Robin came over in between the time he said he would and knew what the issue was right away. Robin explained what was happening with the heater and what was causing it to trip. He didn't try to sell me on buying any parts or getting any other work done and had my issue resolved in 10 minutes! Heater hasn't tripped since he came out.

This is an excellent company. They had my A/C repaired the same day I called, and in less than 30min. The technician even took time out to speak with my annoying home warranty company. Im very grateful to them.
