My technician was Ryan Nunez and he did an amazing job.  He was on time and let me know what was going on every step of the way.  The repairs done were very reasonably priced. I would recommend CTX plumbing to everyone.

Reasonable fees for same day service call in the afternoon after speaking with Ally.  Julio(I think) and Tony arrived promptly on time as schedule.  They were very experienced and professional. Explained in details the work and also confirm my electrical circuit was hot before they left.  Overall satisfied for same day server.  Also that's the biggest van I've ever seen :)

I needed them to connect the 10/2 wire to the 220v/40 amp breaker in my breaker box.  I ran 10/2 wire but was informed it's only rated for 30 amp and it should be 8/2 wire.  Looks like I need to rerun the wires and get it reconnected again.

Is there a way to give 6 STARS?  Because that is what Cassady Electric deserves.  Let me give a little back story to our encounters with Cassady Electric.  The Polar Vortex is hitting Springtown, it's Icy and snow is falling, we are in a new build home (so of course we have a warranty for all the new work) and our septic system starts to back up.  My husband and son soon determine that it isn't a septic problem- it's an electric problem.  A call is made to the company that did the initial work but they can't come out because of the previously mentioned Polar Vortex.  
After reading Yelp reviews we called Cassady Electric to see if they could make it out.  Nope...the roads weren't allowing that- BUT John spent the next 2+ hours walking my husband through the steps until they MADE it WORK!!!!  This is why I love Texas, small towns, the American spirit, and great people!  John is truly an amazing guy.  We are so grateful and appreciative.  We will only use Cassady Electric from now on.  THANK YOU!  THANK YOU!  THANK YOU!

George was able to troubleshoot my concern and install three flood lights and a porch light. Was very professional.

She gets thorough information on what your request is so there is no miscommunication and then diligently works you in for the fastest response time. Cole was my electrician this visit and he was excellent. He completed the job very efficiently. Cole was polite, courteous and left the area he worked in very clean. Christopher with Desnina Electric took care of us and did a great job. We needed a residential repair that involved going in to our attic and working on our gfci outlet and panel in our garage. Christopher came out on short notice and was prompt. He walked me through each step he would take to repair after troubleshooting and then quoted us the price. After the work was completed, Christopher showed me that the problem was resolved and checked each effected outlet around the exterior of our home. I had a property that I was purchasing and had some electrical questions come up during inspection. Jeff was very knowledgeable about the code requirements specific to the location of my property and was able to explain the differences and why the issue was brought up in the inspection report. Jeff was very quick to respond to my request for help and very quick to assess the issue and provide feedback and I will be going to Jeff for all electrical issues in the future.
