Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

There is a reason this husband and wife team has only 5 star reviews.  Wow! Customer service is the name of their game. Glenn is very personable, knowledgeable, takes time to explain things and think through things with you, reasonable costs and reliable. They call before arrival with a very accurate estimate of timing. And his wife....the one who answers when you call. She is one of the sweetest people and will help lay out all of your options and work with your schedule. I called back multiple times with questions and her friendliness and patience never wavered.

Rico & team were great!  Needed a garage heater installed, which required a new circuit on the panel and wiring run to its location.  Rico was very responsive communicating, easy to work with, provided an accurate and very reasonably priced estimate, and was able to get the job scheduled and completed very quickly.  They informed me they would have to cut out drywall near the panel in order to run wiring through the attic, but did a very clean job which made patching & painting a breeze.

Will definitely use them again!

Great place to do business with. Always on time and the prices are reasonable. Located in arlington and they have many techs to get things done on time.

John knows what he's doing and doesn't overcharge. I am happy with the rewiring and fixture installation he did for us.

We had Chris install our ring doorbell. He is beyond kind and professional! He responded right away and came out the same day!! So grateful we found him to help us and definitely will not hesitate to use him again!

Jose responded very fast and was always very professional!  Him and his team came early and stayed late to get everything done! They went above and beyond what was requested and saved me a lot of time. I would highly recommend them for any of your electrical needs! They hung my TVs as well. Robert came out to the house and took the time to understand what I was wanting to do. He made suggestions that made sense, some of which would result in him getting less work.
That means a lot - he cares more about the customer and doing the right thing than just making a quick buck. That means we will be repeat customers, knowing we can trust him to care about our bottom line and listen to our needs. You may not need an electrician often but when you do, it is nice knowing someone like Robert. Cool guy, great demeanor and pleasant. A rare find. We found our forever electrician.

BEWARE OF OVERCHARGE.

I own rental properties and my usual plumber was not able to make the service that day so I called HSA thinking that they would address the issue immediately. They sent a technician the next day and he didn't have the parts to complete the job and rescheduled for a later fix. The tech still had issue with finding the correct shower cartridge and charged for the hours of his/her time figuring out the correct one. A total of 7 hours was charged for that simple fix and correcting lines under a sink. I've had these services before with other plumbers and it took half the time and cost. Gave them 2 stars because they did fix it, but it took them longer than it should and they charged for their own lack of knowledge/inventory.
