Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

I first used Benchmark Electrical when I needed an electrician to fix a job I'd had done by someone else that wasn't working. It was a holiday and I was leaving town. Sumar was the first person to get back to me and worked it so Taylor could help me that same day, so I could feel safe leaving my home. Taylor worked efficiently and quickly fixing the other job that had been done and installing 5 additional smart switches. I am so happy with the work and really grateful Sumar was able to make the schedule work for me. Taylor suggested that I install a serge protector.

I had the serge protector installed by Glenn. Glenn was on time, quick, and had a lot of information to keeping my home safe and things to watch for that I are related to weather in the region. I really appreciated Glenn's help me with something the builders should have done.

I love that this is a family owned business and the owners want to give great service at a fair price. This is a great team. I just watched this guy run a stop sign in heavy traffic. He followed the car in front of him without stopping at an obvious 4-way intersection off of an I-35 access road. He was driving illegally and unsafely in this company vehicle. I would never pay money to a company who blatantly disregards the simple laws.

After two days of delays to get someone to clean out my clogged sewer line-- Henry calls and tells me they/he can't make it because of all the emergencies, and I'll have to wait two-three more days. Is this not an emergency?!! Two days. I've been using him for over a decade and the quality of the workers and work has steadily declined. This is the last straw, Henry. I'm done.
