Every time I have used  Morgan Electric, I am completely satisfied. Friendly and knowledgeable electricians who took time to listen to my entire problem. Then promptly fixed them.

This review is purely based off Doug and his responsiveness when our home was experiencing electrical issues. He gave me a quick call, asked a few questions and gave me a suggestion on what could be the root cause of the issue, and he was absolutely right. The issue at hand was determined to be the electric provider, but Doug's quick response and helpfulness still deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

I hired this electrician years ago to replace my kitchen's fluorescent light bulbs and install lighting on my back porch.  He started on my kitchen lights, then told me I had the wrong bulbs.
He suggested I go to Lowe's to get the right bulb. Like a trusting fool I was, I left and went to the Lowe's in Mansfield to get the right bulbs.  When returned, he had finished the job and I paid him.  Later on, I found the coin collections I had out were missing, talking pedometers, and other valuables.
It definitely was my fault for trusting this guy, but don't be fool like I was and leave any valuables around. If you hire him, WATCH HIM!!!

If you're like us, you always feel like you're taking a gamble to invite someone to your home to perform a home repair. In this case, we are so glad we called Carroll Service Co. Not only were they personable and knowledgeable, they were efficient. They even pointed out some faulty work from another repair issue. We were very pleased with their work and would definitely call and use them again. Glad we have found our preferred electricians.

Ty and Johnny did a great job with my ceiling lights, installing ceiling fans and making sense of another person's intention with installing a light over my sink.  I highly recommend them!!

We used Fox Electric  to install some lights in the kitchen and fix some electrical items that had been rigged in the past.  What a joy to work with! They are professional and efficient and AFFORDABLE! This service provider was probably the least stressful experience we have had with a service provider in a LONG time!

We now have a favorite electrician ( group) and FOX  Electric is that favorite!

Update: The owner called to discuss my reasons for a previously low  rating. He agreed to waive the Service Call fee since I am willing to have my AC equipment at my properties serviced by his company. This reflects the willingness to talk with customers about their grievances and the company's integrity and its service commitment.

Previously: Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with this company. After reading the good reviews on Google, I was hoping that this company would be my go-to company; however it didn't turn out that way. My AC wasn't working so I called and they were very reasonable with their service call price and response; however, the technician didn't know how to fix the issue so he said he would send more experience tech out. In the mean time, I found out through my family that the EcoBee has a software glitch that was the  cause of my problem. I was able to fix the AC on my own so I called Enoch back the same day to tell them and left a message since no one answered the phone. Ten days later, I received a bill for the service call. I asked them to waive the service call fee since I was the one who fixed the AC and that they never even sent another tech out. Their reply was NO, I may pay the service call fee. I have to pay for the service call even though they didn't even know what the problem was nor knew how to fix it. Let me see, I have 4 properties that they could provide yearly maintenance on (and I told them this) but they chose to charge me $65 and forgo all future work on my 4 properties. Got a 220V wall outlet for Tesla charging from these guys and they were awesome. We had to pull wires from the panel in one garage into the other where I would park the car. James and Terry were very thorough and did a great job. I found them on the Tesla recommended list of electricians in our area.

Best of all, their prices were the most reasonable, almost a third of what the others quoted for a similar job. They took care of all the city permits as well.  

I would hire them again for any other electrical needs at my house.

We had a problem with our AC. We called Kevin to take care of it, he came as scheduled took the part over the weekend and replaced it with a new one, AC works perfect now, thanks to Kevin, reasonable prices, lower than most competitors.
Will defiantly use him again

Was told by another huge electrical company which advertises extensively in the DFW area that I needed ground rods and a new quick disconnect on my HVAC system. Dan, owner of AES, came out a couple of days after I scheduled the visit. He checked cold water ground on water heater, and current grounding inside the panel and concluded I didn't need ground rods as the electrical circuit met grounding code requirements. He checked the quick disconnect, made sure it was clean and screws tightened, and said it was in good working condition. He explained that some major advertisers pay their technicians to upsell, which he doesn't believe in. It's hard to find home improvement companies that aren't trying to rip you off by upselling products and services you don't need so I'm glad I found Dan and AES. I highly recommend him as he's prompt, courteous, reasonable, and won't try to sell you something you don't need.

No slight on All In One, but quoting almost 3x what another company gave me for the same job seems inflated.  They were quick to respond to my message on Yelp, but sadly disappointed with the price quoted.

I've hired a number of electricians in the past-- and I have never met a guy more honest, reasonable and passionate. I had a number of problems with an investment property we recently bought and Mike explained thoroughly what he had planned to do and was extremely reasonable. I also had to install a GFCI outlet and Mike walked me through the whole process and even offered to give me free guidance. I took him up on the offer and he was very quick to respond!

Everyone I have worked with at this company is very professional and friendly.  Arrived right on time to give me a quote and to do the outdoor lighting installation.  The job looks great and I highly recommend this company.  We are using them for other jobs as well.

I had a generator inlet installed and had several quotes. 308 was the most reasonable and within my expectations so I chose them. Based on other quotes, electrician companies are just trying to work off elevated rates so it was refreshing to finally talk to someone reasonable.

Great communication. I'm in client service too so it is also great to have someone that shares the same responsiveness. Too many times contractors blow you off.

Installation was quick and clean. They showed up a hour early. Can't knock for being there early but might've been difficult if I didn't work from home.

I would definitely use 308 again. They came when they said they would (and early), did the work they said they would and invoiced the amount I was estimated.

I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing.  They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done.  They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid.  The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday.  Friday morning came and went.  I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.  

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way.  I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that.  From my perspective,  as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.
