Peter is a refreshingly polite, soft-spoken, intelligent guy. We had a puzzling loss of power on one of the circuits at our house that required some creative troubleshooting. Peter worked us into his schedule the day after I called him, came to the house, and performed a series of diagnostics that pointed to the cause of the power outage. He then made sure the circuit was wired properly, and ensured me that he'd return if the circuit failed again. Some may misinterpret his shyness for aloofness, but he's a really nice and respectful guy who actually listens to what you have to say. I highly recommend him.

horrible service; worker is a thief; stole valuable things out of my home; took advantage of an elderly person; felt violated and basically ransacked my home while i was there; found things left open and missing in places he was working; owner did not care to discuss this had happened and ignored everything i said.  i would not recomment this place because they are dishonest and stand behind their workers not their customers.  they are for the money for sure and once they are paid they don't care.  too bad for me.  i dispise dishonest people and theives.  i had to change out all my bank accounts and credit cards.  he took valuable things out of my glass cases and by mistake left it open and took valuables out of my closet; he was putting a shelf in.   things were moved around and jewelry was also missing in my jewelry box, empty spaces.   it was very evident and christina the owner did not care at all to do anything.  cold hearted people here.

Amazing service.  Glenn is very professional and knowledgeable.  I had him install a new electrical out, a new chandelier, and a new ceiling fan.  Everything was top notch. I was so impressed, I even had him write out an estimate for another project.

Rico and Jason came after I received quotes from several Big Name McKinney electrians submitted unbelievable and outrageous quotes for my job. Don't let these other electricians try to scare you. In a day and time where it is hard to find honorable men, I found two with Rico and Jason. They came when they said they would. Completed the job without seeming like they were trying to catch a bus. They also did the job for what was originally quoted. By the way Rico did the job for $1,000.00 less than other electricians in McKinney.WHAT THE ..... yep. You heard me. So what are you waiting for?

Needed a new electric circuit in the kitchen to accommodate higher electrical requirements for a new electric cooktop. Kap-stohn reached out and schedule a time for an estimate. We agreed on his reasonable price quote and they finished the job on the spot within the estimated time frame. They were professional, knowledgeable and courteous

Duggar electric has been to our home many times. We moved into an older home 5 years ago. We've had outlets added, had a new panel put in. They are professional, on time, and do excellent work. Their rates are extremely reasonable.  We highly recommend them for any electrical work!

Tayler made his way out to my house during this past freeze, and redid 10 electrical outlets as well as moving over a breaker that kept flipping off my entire house.

He did great work, and I have him scheduled to come out and upgrade my entire breaker box in the next few weeks.

I had used Elite Electric NTX back in March of this year to install a ceiling fan and was extremely happy with the service.   On Sunday 12/11/16 I started experiencing problems with lights flashing on an off and the heater and a/c stopped working.
I called Jonathan at Elite Electric NTX and he suggested that I call ONCOR first to make sure they weren't having problems in my area.   ONCOR sent out a truck and could not find any problems on their end so I called Jonathan back and he immediately came out to my house.   After testing all connections Jonathan determined that the electrical panel was the problem and spent most of his Sunday replacing it.  I feel Elite Electric NTX went above and beyond to correct my problem and the labor and cost for the new panel was very reasonable.
Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, I highly recommend this Company for anyone needing electrical services!

Absolutely the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with.  They do not tell you  what time they're supposed to be there. JUST the day. So when they showed up aggressively knocking and ringing the doorbell. The. We rescheduled for Saturday  at 12:00... they showed up at 11:20!!! It was my day off and I was still asleep. Then when he actually did work he punctured my wall and apparently he did to other people's walls in the neighborhood. Never said anything. Horrible!
That same day he lives his drill at my apartment and I planned on calling this awful company and returning it on Monday to be a good person. But he aggressively knocks and rings on the doorbell on a Monday morning ... 9 am!!! I wish I wasn't home so I wouldn't have to give it back. Can I give this company zero stars?

Henry's techs, Korbin and DeQuan were great to work with. They helped diagnose the issue with my shower and completed the repair efficiently. They also tuned up our A/C and helped me locate where to change filters on my systems, as this house is new to us. All in all a great experience!
