Christopher with Desnina Electric took care of us and did a great job. We needed a residential repair that involved going in to our attic and working on our gfci outlet and panel in our garage. Christopher came out on short notice and was prompt. He walked me through each step he would take to repair after troubleshooting and then quoted us the price. After the work was completed, Christopher showed me that the problem was resolved and checked each effected outlet around the exterior of our home. Adding to my previous review. I had Hang Pros back to assemble/install an electric fireplace as well as instal a surround sound system. Again, they were able to get me in quickly, and overall just did a great job. I will continue to have them back!

Eric and David showed up on time with their masks and did a fantastic job. They're very efficient and wore their masks and shoe covers when working inside my hone. I definitely will be using them in the future. I definitely do recommend them and price was very fair.

We the service tech showed up to my home as scheduled. He troubleshot my tanlkess water heater and said it was shot. It would have to be replaced. The cost was $8400 for your unit. The warranty company was not going to pay for it. The tech did say they had financing if I wanted to get it fixed. So I waited and called another company the tech came out and said their unit was 1200.00! But he troubleshot and found two valves leaking. He replaced them in an hour and we havent had any issues. The problem that I have now with your company is that your business practices are unethical and suspect! During these times you decided to price gouge at this opportunity to help the community. I don't understand why it was such a huge difference in the work being done! I will be reporting you to the BBB and the state attorneys office. Thank you and have a great day!!
