Cody Jones is a literal miracle. I hired 24/7 Electric because my normal electrician was in the hospital. I just had a new hot water heater installed and it suddenly stopped working after a few days. The thermostat was replaced and then the breaker starts tripping. Long story short I was frustrated and without hot water for a week. Cody replaced the breaker and tightened some connections and the breaker was still tripping. The whole time the plumber kept saying it was electrical but wouldn't come out and take a look. The plumber finally came out and I got Cody on the phone with him and Cody pointed out some rusting at the top of the unit where the connections were. That finally made the plumber realize it was a faulty heater and not electrical. Cody was professional, helpful and a total sweetheart. If he is single - y'all should date him.

Nothing but good service so far. Techs come out at their appointed times and the pricing has been high but fair.

You're hiring a professional here so I guess its worth the extra cost in my book. Work was done a month ago and its still going strong.

Turner Electric is always my go-to for electrical work. They are knowledgeable and professional, and they have a great vision for lighting design in any part of your home, inside or outside. I rarely give 5 stars anymore. Doug deserves 10. When I say he was God sent, that is the truth. I needed an honest, reliable and heaven sent vendor today. Long story short, prayers answered. Beyond being one of the nicest people I have met in a long time, he was so incredibly kind & generous.

I reached out last night for a breaker issue. He responded first thing this morning, made time for me in his schedule to come and look at my issue without a cost.

He gave me an honest assessment of my issue, told me what next steps would help in the event that I have another power surge and he fixed my outlet box.

To top this off, he saw an issue with my electrical box outside and stayed with me while I called Oncor to fix it. I am blessed to have found him. If you need an electrician, look no further.

We called Gabe on Friday afternoon and he was here first thing Saturday morning! He was so nice and came wearing a mask. Larry and Logan were great. They are friendly and professional. Checked all aspects of the problem to make sure all bases were covered, gave every effort to solve it, communicated well throughout and finished up with a clean work site. Just nice people you would want to see do well. Would refer to anyone and call again if any electrical need arises.

Mike & Tim are flat out wonderful!  They are honest, professional and the charges were more than reasonable.  I hope they stay this good when they expand their business because I am referring them to everyone I know!
