I wanted to replace the incandescent can lighting around the house with LED trim kits.  I called them for a quote since they were highly rated on Yelp.  They scheduled the appointment for 2 days out.  They had to reschedule the appointment but were able to come out the next morning.

It's been raining a lot recently so everyone's shoes are covered with rain and dirt. I was impressed that the technician wore shoe covers to prevent tracking dirt around the house.

The technician spent a lot of time going around the house with me listening to my requests and making suggestions as we went.  After our walk-through, he did a general electrical safety inspection and recommended a few additional optional fixes. The technician was very knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything that could to be done.  He also offered a few cost cutting tips, such as suggesting where to buy certain lighting fixtures.

Thomson Electric installed a new power drop and two chandeliers on our exposed beams.  The guys were knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything they needed to do to achieve our vision.  We love our new livingroom!

Jimmy has helped us out at our restaurant (Tributary Café) time and time again.  He is always happy to come out day or night and does an awesome job. He wired our entire patio, dining room fans, fixed our neon and ran new circuits for our kitchen all of which he did for extremely reasonable prices. Gary installed eight ceiling fans in my home. He did an excellent job! He paid attention to detail  and did the job within a reasonable amount of time. The price was much less than the other two companies I had look at the job. I would definitely use him again!

Keiser Electric installed a natural gas Generac generator after I had enough after a recent power outage from a recent big storm.  Alan Keiser came out and gave me a turn key estimate.  Stefanie kept me informed during the entire process even replying on the weekends.  The electricians and plumbers came out and finished the entire Installation over 2 days due to their busy schedules as a result of the storms. My only issue would be the turn key estimate, which had all of the line items but only showed the final turn key price. Otherwise, I was very happy with the entire generator installation, and I even had them replace my 2 Federal Pacific breaker panels with a single Square D breaker panel.

I had an issue with some can lights not wanting to stay in the ceiling and my dryer was flipping the breaker everytime I turned it on. I reached out to my home warranty company and they set me up with Clements Electric. The company called me the next business day and was able to get me an appointment the following day. Frank was assigned to my call and on the day of the appointment called me with his ETA. He arrived promptly as he stated and I showed him the issues. He was able to fix my breaker and explain what the possible reasons for the original problem could be. He also said to call him back if it tripped again after he replaced the breaker. He then fixed the can lights and even showed me what to do if it happened again. He provided great customer service and I'll definitely be calling Clemets again for some future electric work I have planned.

Rebecca was EXTREMELY short and RUDE to me! Cut me off on the phone and didn't even allow me to talk really. NO WONDER YOU ALL ONLY HAVE 1 1/2 stars. Get a clue people. Hire quality people.
