Best Electricians in Fort Worth, TX

I had a faucet that needed to be installed in my kitchen sink. I purchased the high-end faucet, soap dispenser and hole covers (I have a 4 hole sink but just 2 appliances to install). James came out and gave me a quote - he was very professional and friendly. The staff at the office was very communicative and friendly as well. I hired James to do the job and couldn't be happier. The price was competitive, the work was completed in a timely manner and looks great! He cleaned up all the mess (some that wasn't even his!) and left my kitchen looking great. I would definitely recommend Paschal Air and will use them again in the future. Thanks, James and Pascal Air for a job well done!

Simply stated.   AMAZING service.  Called CTX at 3:15 on a Friday afternoon with a water heater issue.  They were here by 4:30, diagnosed the problem and repairs were completed by 7:45.  Did I mention this was on a Friday?? Fantastic service.  I have used CTX several times in the past for other rental properties, and will NEVER use anyone else.  Thanks guys.  Truly appreciate your support.

Recently bought a house in Bedford. We needed outlets installed and a light replaced. George was able to schedule the appointment when it was convenient for us and completed the work in a timely manner even after we added a request for another outlet in the Master Bathroom. I chose Frisco Electric because I like patronizing local businesses whenever possible, and I was hoping I'd be able to get someone to come out in a day or so to check on an outdoor outlet that had been intermittently not working for no obvious reason--the urgency due to having contractors currently on-site working on my house. I got a fast return call from the message I left just after they opened, and better yet, was told the owner would be able to come out later that morning. How often does that happen?

Of course, by the time Vince got here the outlet was functioning again, but he took his time thoroughly checking for possible causes, and ultimately found a slightly loose connection in the breaker box that might have been the culprit. Even though he didn't have to repair anything, I appreciated all of the information about the way the houses of the same age as mine in this area are wired, which GFCI outlet is connected to the outdoor outlet (not remotely one I would have suspected), and which breaker it belongs to, so I was happy to pay a reasonable fee for all that.

It was also very refreshing to not get a sales pitch for things I don't need. I'll be calling Frisco Electric for all of my future electrical jobs.

We had a tenant without electricity & couldn't find anyone that couldn't look at the problem for several days. Doug's crew got out to the house within a day & had the problem fixed (including the permit & inspection) with 2 days.
I found their pricing to be very reasonable.

I had Tioga out to my house a few months back to do some plumbing.  They we're great!

I needed some electrical work done.  They were supposed to come on Thursday to give me a bid.  The tech got caught up in a job that took longer than expected so I got pushed to Friday.  Friday morning came and went.  I called and was told that due to on demand scheduling they would be out to see me later in the afternoon.  

So at almost 2 pm on Friday afternoon, I got the call that the tech was on his way.  I voiced my frustration to the lady but she gave my the company line that this was on-demand scheduling and I was free to go about my day and they would gladly give me a 30-minute advanced notice.

I obviously don't understand how on-demand scheduling works but I am ok with that.  From my perspective,  as a customer that was supposed to be helped on Thursday, I should have been helped first thing Friday morning.

The tech mission was a very kind and considerate man, if it was simply due to the technician only they would've been hired. He did seem a bit concerned about how to raise the chandelier, but the company we hired said it was super easy and designed to be shortened.

The problem is that when I called Mr. Sparky to schedule an appointment, I asked about starting prices and or ballpark prices and the lady on the phone said they don't have any preset prices, it's a case-by-case. I knew I was going to have to pay for the estimate, but because they had good reviews online, I decided to have them out for an estimate anyway, fully prepared to pay for their time. The first thing the technician said when he arrived is that they have straightforward prices and he shows me a complete pricing list. I told him that their scheduling team was completely unaware of this, and in fact told me that was not something Mr. Sparky offered. The problem is that had she shared that with me and provided me the 'straight forward' pricing, I would have been able to rule them out by looking at their straightforward pricing list as compared to the other 3 professional electrician companies that offered bids... and no one else charged me a service fee to come and offer an estimate.

The company I went with, was Mr. Electric, they were amazing! It was half the cost and when the technician looked at the job, said easy Peezy I got this. He was quick he was efficient, very professional, he knew exactly what he was doing and didn't seem confused by the job at all and was half the price as Mr. Sparky.

First of all, this is family run business.  Todd (the master electrician) and his wife run the business. I always enjoy doing business with small family own companies.  

Two of his technicians came out to help with an outlet/breaker issue we were having.  They conferred with Todd prior to finalizing the fix.  Price was reasonable, and I feel more comfortable with them compared to our past electrician (who decided to move on to roofing!).  

I will use again, if needed.

My initial experience with them was good, so was disappointed when I tried to use them again, but can't get them to come out. I was the first person to give them a review, shared their contact with lots of others, and disappointed that the loyalty has been forgotten. I've been tried calling, emailing, and texting....can't get a reply.

Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They texted me when they were on the way, as well as a reminder the day before. That is great customer service! I feel their prices are good and I will definitely use them again.

Had GFCI outlets inspected.  Six needed to be replaced.  Very satisfied with their service, and price was about what I had expected.  I would use them again.

I am a single mom with 2 young children. So I don't have a lot of funds. I needed a couple of outlets, nothing major. First estimate came from Miles Electric, they wanted to charge me $400 EACH! Halo Electric came out and I couldn't be happier. Very affordable rates!!!!

I do not recommend this company to anyone and would like to share why. I was a first time customer of Mr. Electric Ft. Worth recently. I had an electrician install a ceiling fan in place of a flush mount light fixture and replace some bulbs in tall ceilings. Aaron was on time and courteous, however shortly after he left I realized he took the original flush ceiling mount light fixture as well as the box and papers that the ceiling fan came in with him when he left. He did not ask me if I wanted him to dispose of the trash and must have done so without me noticing otherwise I would have stopped him. I called the company to notify them that I wanted my original light fixture as well as the manual for the new fan installed from the box. They said they would contact Aaron to see if he still possibly had the items on his truck but likely not. I said if not, I would appreciate my bill being credited for the value of the light fixture at least. The representative without hesitation said well we can't do that because it would come out of Aaron's commission but we can replace the light- it was only worth $15-20. I was shocked. As someone who works in the customer service industry it also offended me. She did not ask me to provide a model number for my light fixture, description, picture, etc. to attempt to match it but instead made an assumption. Also, it has been a week since that phone call and I still have not received a follow up call with an update on when they plan to return to my home with whatever light they assume I owned... not professional at all nor the right thing to do. Clearly they are more concerned with their electrician's commission checks over their customer service protocols.
