I cannot say enough about this company and more specifically, Teri.
I heard that sparks were emitting from the electrical panel at my rental property. Teri contacted the city on my behalf to shut off power and continued to text me throughout the process. As it turned out it was not the electrical panel, but some overhead trees that were touching power lines. The city remedied the situation, but it was Teri who monitored the situation until all was resolved.
I will use RAW Electric for any electrical issues!

If you are looking for a licensed electrician that does fantastic work at a reasonable price, look no farther than RAW Electric (Ready Able and Willing).  Jim (owner) does all of the service work himself and his work is top notch.  My need was quite simple, take down current light fixture and install a ceiling fan.  Arrived on time (actually a little early) and performed the install without issue.  I have saved his contact information, if I have a need for a electrician again, RAW electric will be the first one I call.

Jimmy and RAW electric is an outstanding business. Jimmy is a well experienced electrician and he takes the time to explain what is the current status and what the problem is and how to fix it properly.

Jim and Terry are extraordinary people who really care.  They are the quintessential small business that I do my best to support and that we have lost too many of in America. Terry was so great when I called with a problem with my dishwasher switch in my electric panel.   She gave me a great estimate after getting the specific information she needed from me and explained everything in a way that I could understand.  When Jim came by to make the repair, he was very knowledgeable and thorough.  I would definitely recommend this company for any electrical repair large or small!

Like I stated before, we hired this company again! You know how you remember an prior experience and then you go back a year later and it isn't quite how you imagined? Well, you won't find that with this group. We called Teri on Tuesday regarding our back patio light. The home builder had installed a flushed can light which we had issues with flickering and struggled to change the bulb when it went out. We had called the builder and were told yeah, there have been multiple complaints about that. Other homeowners have changed it out. (This was prior to being in our newly built home for less than a year.)

Teri got us booked that same week, even recalled the service area we were in, and explained the service technician would call us prior to arrival. Thursday morning, 15 minutes prior to our appointment, I received a call. Jim was in our neighborhood and would be here shortly. Jim arrived and greeted us like old friends. His customer service was nothing less than exceptional! He reviewed our issues, made some recommendations, installed the fixture we selected, and was finished with the area looking as if no repairs even took place in less than an hour.

I will ONLY hire this group for any electrical service work, based off my experiences. They value their customers and it shows! The work meets all expectations, and their service is fast, friendly, and affordable. For this Texan, there is only one choice and it's RAW Electric.

I highly recommend RAW electric. Although Jim mostly serves the Georgetown area, when I called him he was more than willing to talk me through the electrical problems I was facing in my home. He saved me time and more than 500 dollars worth of repairs. Most importantly, Jim taught me how to service my own home and save money on future repairs.

I had initiated a claim through my home warranty company.  They set up RAW to come out.  RAW called me to confirm my issues, and would up resolving my problem over the phone.  This is to me the ultimate in customer service.  I will definitely call upon the for any electrical needs, and recommend them to all.

I don't think I have ever worked with a more professional company! Jim and Teri are phenomenal! First of all, the communication is fantastic....secondly, Jim has got to be the most knowledgeable person I know in electrical and lighting. He gave us a great education on lighting and laid out our kitchen lighting beautifully. The great thing is you can't even tell he was ever there. He came in did the job cleaned up fantastic and left us a beautiful kitchen with the hanging light and canned lighting as well. Jim and Teri thank you so much for everything you do. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone that needs electrical work! Good to find a company who has that old fashion way still in putting your customers first and extending excellent customer service!

We were absolutely impressed with  Raw Electric! Not only did Jim know his business and fix our lighting problems in our kitchen, he taught us a lot about how to save electricity. He took the time to explain and demonstrated how to replace our old ceiling lights for newer LED recessed lighting. Plus encouraged how easy it is for us to do and not pay an electrician! That being said, Jim has a great personality and is very enjoyable to visit with. Honest, reliable l, local, and reasonable rate! He is our go to electrician.

Long overdue review! Jim fixed all our electrical issues from our home inspection report. It was a very big job that included going in our hot attic during the summer! Up to now, everything is working well with no electrical issues! Highly recommended, reliable and forthright! I've never had better service from a trade provider.

We called Jim and crew based on reviews to sort out a GFCI issue we had and also run a new line for our hot tub.

He spent a good hour on the phone with me, off hours, trying to sort it out on before coming out. He was trying to save ME money for a simple fix. We couldn't get it done and got scheduled for a visit.

He came out, spent a solid 2 hours sorting out the GFCI issue, which turned out to be a weird builder issue, and then hooked up our hot tub temporarily until he could come out for a proper fix.

He came out a few weeks later to run a 220 line for us for a permanent hot tub fix. His rates are very good and he cares about doing a great job.

I needed have some work done on my house like replacing a few receptacles and installing an outdoor outlet in my patio. Jim responded with a very fair quote. On the day of service, he showed up promptly and did an amazing job. He even took the time to educate me on the basics of wiring so that I could replace the other outlets on my own. Will definitely be a returning customer in the future!

We highly recommend hiring Jim for home electrical repair and installation of new outlets. We hired Jim to install a new outlet in the garage for our new Electric Vehicle. The installation was completed in a matter of hours. All electrical wiring was professionally installed and the outlet works as intended. Jim also helped with other electrical repairs around the house. We will definitely hire RAW Electric again.

RAW Electric is a great find.  Jim has many mnay years as an electician and has run his own company now for several years.  He does all his own work--just what I wanted-- a very experienced, honest, craftsman who cares.  The business is BBB Accredited and has excellent reviews.  I was having trouble with a fan; he came over and fixed it quickly.  His fee was very reasonable.  He also helped me with advice my kitchen lighting--I have been trying to convert to energy saving bulbs but was confused withthe options.  He told me the best way to do it, and was very specific about the Light colro levels.  I took his advice and did what he said.  Our kitchen looks GREAT--and with low power consumptionand no heat!  And I now can go about changing the other bulbs in the house with confidence that I know what to buy.  Really nice guy, Very Very knowledgeable and very very helpful   He is now MY electrician.  Thanks Jim!

Jim went above and beyond helping me with a circuit breaker I had an issue with on a recent inspection report. He was very informative and helped educated me on the issue at hand. Very honest electrician and highly recommend him!

Had an outlet out on the outside.  No power to the outlet.  Everything else worked.  Called Raw electric and Jim called back immediately and walked me through resetting the gfci. No charge

I used Jim Lockhart of Raw Electric to install 3 canned lights in our great room and he did a phenomenal job. He listened to what we needed but also made suggestions based on his knowledge and experience. He was thorough and went through measurements. He used plastic sheets and tarps to ensure his work area had protection from all the sheetrock and blow insulation dust. We are very happy with the quality of his work, his professionalism, and pricing is reasonable. We highly recommend him and will use him again for future electrical jobs.

We had a great experience with Raw Electric. We live in Sun City and needed a light fixture hung. Jim was very professional and knowledgeable, quickly hanging the new fixture. We will definitely call this company again.

Very honest, friendly and quality work! They came out and installed some electrical boxes in the kitchen and gave some recommendations for lighting to go underneath the kitchen cabinets that I could install on my own with ease. I felt like they had my best interest in mind and were not trying to over charge me. Most other electricians I contacted either didn't return my call or quoted me double what I paid with RAW.
