When I came home from Christmas, I had some kind of leak. They called me right back, came during the window of time they promised, and did not overcharge me. I will use them again. This company applies the initial fee of coming to the house to the repair. I really appreciate that.

I replaced a refrigerator and the copper wire from the wall did not have the right connections for the water line to the icemaker. I tried a universal kit and found the copper wire did not have the connections either. After waiting 2 days for another company and having to reschedule, I called H and H. Scheduling was easy and quick. They arrived at the beginning of the window and were very polite. As soon as they looked at the copper wire, they realized it was a dead line and easily connected from the proper outlet. It took them minutes. They did not laugh at my ignorance but were understanding. They also did not charge as it was literally minutes. I will not hesitate to call them in the future or recommend them. The ease of scheduling, timely arrival, and honesty were so refreshing!
