Jeremy was communicative and professional. We had a leaking hose bib that needed to be replaced. It got to the point we could hear water running all day long and it was clear we really needed to get it fixed. Not only was he quick, he was the lowest quote we received by far. I didn't realize that they're located in Murfreesboro. If I had, I probably wouldn't have considered them for the job, but I'm so grateful it worked out the way it did because we couldn't be happier with their work. We will definitely keep them in mind for future plumbing needs.

We have had several pin holes leaks in our water pipes from 1995. Once we discovered another active leak we decided it was best to replace the existing pipes. Mr. Rooter came out immediately to give us a quote. The quote was equilivent to other quotes. The guys were quick and professional. They were willing to come the next day, but due to our schedules we set it for the next day. They finished in one day, and we could not be more pleased. When leaving They were concerned enough to mention we should get hose bibs, or wrap the outside water spighats to protect them from the cold pending cold weather. The peace of mind is priceless and would definitely recommend this crew. ​

We are so grateful for Arty! A trustworthy guy who did a great job servicing and installing our A/c units and hot water heater almost 2 yrs ago now. We highly recommend him. He took his time to explain what was going on with our hot water heater and was able to help us get a few more months out of an old unit. Then when it was time to replace he discounted the fee we had already paid.

He even came out to help me change a battery on the wall thermostat because I had no idea how. Such a nice guy!

This place is filled with a bunch of drug addicts, they're quick to lie about nothing just to make their next dollar. Not really a costumer friendly place they'll tell you one thing then do the complete opposite. Wouldn't recommend no one to them at all.

I was thoroughly impressed with Parthenon. As a first time home owner, I have no idea what I'm doing, but its comforting to know that someone else does. It's even better when they are kind and courteous especially after answering all of my questions.

Bellevue 1st Plumbers: Excellent!  I had a leaking toilet. Tried to fix it myself but failed. Mr Weylin Costa came and made the repair. Cost was very reasonable. Give this my very best review!

Very overpriced for a filler valve replacement.  Wow,could've watched youtube and saved $200. Part was $20. He was 120.00 an hour plus 50.00 service charge
What a ripoff. Not to mention  they had serviced same thing a year ago. Not a good track record. I should have learned, I guess

I heard really good reviews about this company so I had them come out to replace an outdoor faucet, unclog a shower drain and fix a toilet that kept running.  The technician was here on time but was here for about 3.5 hours.  He was at his van the majority of the time talking on the phone or smoking.  He even came out from under my crawl space smoking a cigarette.  My house smelled like smoke.  It took him 5 minutes to unclog the drain and about 10 minutes to fix the toilet.  I believe it took him about 1.5 hours max to replace the outside faucet.  Also, when he turned the water back on, he had it at the max pressure.  I thought our pipes were going to explode when I put the kids in the shower that night.  He billed me for 4 hours and charged me $675.  Yes, you read that right.  I called other plumbers after that and they told me it is about a $300 job.  I have emailed and called the company several times to discuss this and they will not call me back.  I would definitely not hire them to do any work on my house.

Was given a window between 12-2, at 200, I hadnt heard anything so I contacted the office. They said they didn't know where their guy was but said they could contact him if I wanted. Heard back at 230 that could be there at 330 but had to leave at 400. Just an absolute embarrassment of a business.

I had a yearly contract with them, but they cleaned my air conditioner with some kind of white acid that kept flowing out and off the roof down the down-spot and making a long white line across the condo parking lot. I asked them four times to do something about it and they refused. It has been  more than a year and it is still staining the parking lot. I fired them! When you ignore your customer's needs, you lose your customer! The workers had a set routine and this was not in their routine. Bad!

Ron Gomez, walked in, wire scrubbed the rubber flap added out loud sixty five, seventy...eighty dollars!  Managed to write the ticket AND walk out the door within 10 minutes. When I stated wow, eighty dollars he said and I quote I've got a big truck that takes a lot of gas, (he claimed he took my old flap out to his truck to get rid of it even though he left ALL of his other cleaning stuff on the toilet) when he called he said he was right around the corner at the school waiting to pick up his kid an hour from now, and his truck is a new model chevy by the way.

I can't stand liars and this guy is definitely not a truth teller.

Buyer be aware, he doesn't pro rate his hourly charge of $65 for an actual 10 minutes of work...in my opinion, not an honest man.

I purchased a service package through a competitor, and on the first visit I was told that the A/C was extremely low on R22, and it was leaking and the unit was to old to be fixed and needed to be replaced. I called Mid-State Air Conditioning to have a 2nd opinion on the unit and to get a 2nd quote for a replacement unit which was $10K when Brendan Donegan showed up he asked me why I wanted a quote on a new unit, he respectfully disagreed with the other company and even took the time to show me the levels of R22 on the unit which was not leaking and doesn't need to be replaced! I am so glad we found this company which will be the company I use for all my future service! Affordable, fair, but most importantly HONEST!

This company does not hold to their word of doing a job. Did not bother to call back after repeated inquiries to when would they start work. Their motto is you can count on us!.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
