I cried when we got our electric bill in July of 2015.  It was $548.31!!!  Despite our two A/C units running nonstop, the house was unbearably hot (we had the thermostat set to about 74 degrees, but it was at least 80 at all times).  

We called Helton's to come out and help us.  After Helton's installed our new system, the electric bill immediately dropped to $184.43 in August--the hottest month of the year.  That's a savings of $363.88!

And if you compare year-to-year from our new system to the old one, we had a savings of $107.39 in August from when the old, undersized, contractor-installed system was working correctly.  The new system cuts our household electric usage almost in half.

We are extremely happy with the new system Helton's put in.  My dad was here when they installed the units because my husband and I were out of state.  He said they did an EXCELLENT job, which is high praise because my dad does everything with excellence and is a perfectionist!

The reason I rated them 4 stars instead of 5 is because we did have a minor issue with the attic vent fan they installed not shutting off they way it should.  It took two service calls after the initial installation to correct the problem.  I think it's because the techs are still learning, but the owner obviously knows his stuff.  Once the techs' knowledge gets up there with the owner, this will definitely be a 5-star company!  They are very friendly, were on time, and handled a very difficult installation situation very well.

We would definitely recommend them!

Shower stem valve thing broke and had a previous plumber come out and replaced it 3 different times said I was being hard on it . Ronnie from plumbing unlimited came out and saw corrosion inside the manifold that keeps ruining stems . Ronnie Replace the entire manifold and Everything needed . Works perfect now . Very fast and professional . Keep up the good work Ronnie

Eason was the second plumbing company we used in Murfreesboro.  Let me just say i'm so glad I found them.  Very professional, they get the job done, and you can trust theyre not going to overcharge or upsell.  I had them out recently to fix a leak and was pleased with the service and price.  Will use them again next time for sure.

We have had several pin holes leaks in our water pipes from 1995. Once we discovered another active leak we decided it was best to replace the existing pipes. Mr. Rooter came out immediately to give us a quote. The quote was equilivent to other quotes. The guys were quick and professional. They were willing to come the next day, but due to our schedules we set it for the next day. They finished in one day, and we could not be more pleased. When leaving They were concerned enough to mention we should get hose bibs, or wrap the outside water spighats to protect them from the cold pending cold weather. The peace of mind is priceless and would definitely recommend this crew. ​

Arty came out to look at our HVAC unit and took a lot of time to explain to us what was wrong and how it is supposed to work. He made it easy to understand and never appeared to be just trying to get our business. He really took the time to educate us. After we decided to just replace the unit, he was very prompt in returning a quote. Incredibly reasonable pricing and such a great guy to work with. As soon as we let him know we wanted to schedule the replacement, he scheduled us within 48 hours and they got the work done in 5 hours! Thank GOD for First Class Plumbing and HVAC. We would be miserable this summer if it wasn't for them and their business! I highly recommend him and his expertise to anyone! (It's finally back to 70 degrees in our house again!!! YAY!!!)

Best plumber out there! I feel confident calling R & A because I know I will be taken care of. We were having issues, Jeff came out just a couple days later and helped us at such a reasonable price. The customer service is top notch - you are treated as though you are their family. If you are looking for a plumber, look no further! Hands down the best in Middle TN.

The company does okay work, but every job they do for you they charge you $5.00 for gloves.  There is definitely some sketchy pricing with this company.  They also did a $1500 job for us for a filtration system.  Six months later we had issues and sent them to look at it, and they told us that that system should not have been put in as it wasn't big enough for the building.  However, they had no interest in paying for it as soon as I told them that it was their company that installed this.  They have some nice workers in the office, but some poor project managers.  They don't give two shits about the customer, just their profit

Called A & H to help my parents replace their hot water heater. My dad is under hospice care yet decided he would tackle the job himself. After convincing him to let a professional handle the situation, I called up A & H and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Tammy in scheduling was so kind - living halfway across the country from my folks is hard enough - but add in my dad's declining health and COVID-19 limiting my ability to be there with them - well, as I told Tammy, it was wonderful to have people like her and her company step in and help out my parents when I couldn't be there. Don't hesitate to give them a call if you have plumbing needs...they will take care of you like family.

Was given a window between 12-2, at 200, I hadnt heard anything so I contacted the office. They said they didn't know where their guy was but said they could contact him if I wanted. Heard back at 230 that could be there at 330 but had to leave at 400. Just an absolute embarrassment of a business.

On November 11, 2014  my 3 heating/cooling units received their  fall maintenance.  On completing his work the technician proceeded to inform us that we had a serious mold problem in one unit and needed to install a special light system (at $1300 ) in the unit and that this special light would correct the problem.  He also informed us that another customer with the same problem had just purchased  these special lights for all their units and were very pleased with the results. He informed us that it was just a question of time before our other two units would also be infiltrated with moldl   We were not convinced that we had a problem and consulted with a very experienced HVAC engineer. He informed us that t there was no evidence of mold in the unit and no need to install these lights.  He did add that these lights did prevent the growth of mold, however, there is a serious catch.  A single light ($1300) will only prevent mold on the side of the coil it is shinning on and that two or three lights would be required to prevent mold on all sides of the coil. Also the lights may burn out within a year or so.

I am of the opinion that this technician was poorly trained and seriously overstepped his boundaries by attempting to pressure us into purchasing this light.  I am now dubious as to the quality of his work/inspection of my units and would not want this technician  to perform services in my home again.  I should add that in the 12 years we have used Donelson Air Conditioning we never had a technician that did this sort of thing.and that we did not trust.  I will be exploring the Nashville area for another provider of HVAC maintenance service for my home and will discontinue using Donelson Air Conditioning.

Ron is a great plumber. But zero customer service skills. Will not return calls, not concerned about your timeline or your needs. It's basically his way or the highway. He did do some great work for me, but there is an issue now after a couple years and I have tried multiple times to reach out to him with no response. Is it too much to ask for someone to return a text?

They should really have their guys looking more professional. A guy showed up at my home and I didn't open the door because of how he was dressed. This company could indeed use some professional upgrade.

This company does not hold to their word of doing a job. Did not bother to call back after repeated inquiries to when would they start work. Their motto is you can count on us!.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
