A & H Plumbing & Three Brothers Mechanical

I heard really good reviews about this company so I had them come out to replace an outdoor faucet, unclog a shower drain and fix a toilet that kept running.  The technician was here on time but was here for about 3.5 hours.  He was at his van the majority of the time talking on the phone or smoking.  He even came out from under my crawl space smoking a cigarette.  My house smelled like smoke.  It took him 5 minutes to unclog the drain and about 10 minutes to fix the toilet.  I believe it took him about 1.5 hours max to replace the outside faucet.  Also, when he turned the water back on, he had it at the max pressure.  I thought our pipes were going to explode when I put the kids in the shower that night.  He billed me for 4 hours and charged me $675.  Yes, you read that right.  I called other plumbers after that and they told me it is about a $300 job.  I have emailed and called the company several times to discuss this and they will not call me back.  I would definitely not hire them to do any work on my house.

First time I used A&H was for a whole house repiping with PEX. They got the job because Rick impressed me from the start, and that impression never faded.  Communicated before the job, fielded questions both before  and during, all around professional.  Rick and his crew paid attention to details (like cleaning/vaccuming up messes at the end of each work day) and though they encountered several challenges with this job, a few endemic to older houses, they rolled with it, and had solutions that demonstrated their decades of experience dealing with such things.  Couldn't be happier with either Rick, his crew, or the finished work.  Plumbing inspector wasn't here long at all - he knew quality work when he saw it, they didn't miss a thing.  Could not recommend A&H more strongly.

Called A & H to help my parents replace their hot water heater. My dad is under hospice care yet decided he would tackle the job himself. After convincing him to let a professional handle the situation, I called up A & H and they couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Tammy in scheduling was so kind - living halfway across the country from my folks is hard enough - but add in my dad's declining health and COVID-19 limiting my ability to be there with them - well, as I told Tammy, it was wonderful to have people like her and her company step in and help out my parents when I couldn't be there. Don't hesitate to give them a call if you have plumbing needs...they will take care of you like family.

Called the other day for a slow draining kitchen sink.  The lady on the phone was so sweet and worked with me on time scheduling.  The tech's came out the next morning and snaked the drain.  The charge was reasonable and the techs were professional and friendly.

These guys are fantastic. We have been doing business with them for about 10 years now at our home.  They come out right away and they charge a fair price. Their workers are very respectful and kind. Can't say enough kind words about them.

I can't say enough good about these folks. I called with a slight emergency and they were super helpful. The nice lady who answered the phone was very attentive and made me feel appreciated. I had a truck at my house within a couple hours and Mitch and his partner flew into action. They solved my issue as well as another small project I needed help with. They did everything to a tee for a fair and honest price. I have a new go-to plumber from here on out and will recommend them to anyone who asks. 5 Stars!

Would give more stars if I could! Called to have our spigot leaks fixed. They came the next day and were very professional and friendly. They didn't try to upsale or rip me off. They repaired the spigots and only charged the service fee plus 2 bucks for the parts they replaced. Will use them for all my plumbing needs in the future!

Since then we've had them back out two more times for other issues. Same great service each time. Can't say enough great things about this company!
