Best Plumbing Services in Tennessee
Did a good job of cleaning out a sewer line. Also ran a camera down it to locate approximately where the problem was and the route of the line( I always thought it went straight out to the street, but apparently took a dog leg to the side street.
Pleased with the service, I thought it a bit high on the pricing but they responded quickly and showed up on time, so I guess worth it.

Mr Mendoza was called to continue a job someone left started on rebuilding two rooms a and a bathroom. He came prepared looked around did some measuring and while he was doing so asking questions on what material and things. Did a couple of suggestions which I liked and accept and wrote an estimate on cost of project and by when will it be finished. I told him the house was going to be all his tomorrow since I was going out on a business trip. He came the next morning with his crew I handle him the keys and left. Two weeks later we met at my residence and he provide me the keys, I looked around everything was perfectly fine, not a thing was broken or missing and left everything good as new . I was very pleased with Mr Mendoza and will keep calling on him for other projects. He is trustworthy and sincere will recommend him to everyone.

I am writing this (5 Star) review after Green Hills Plumbing located in Madison TN completed their outstanding work on the extensive job of replacing every single water line in our entire house. Throughout our home renovation, my wife and I have dealt with dozens of contractors for all the various aspects of the project. Of all these contractors, I can say Green Hills Plumbing tops the list with their incredible customer service and dedication to the highest quality.
Jason, one of Green Hills Master Plumbers did most of the work and oversaw the rest. He is extremely courteous, professional, hardworking, and extremely talented at his art (I'm not using the term art lightly here). In addition, I'm a very detail oriented person, and he was extremely patient with me in discussing and addressing every single concern that I had.
Finally, Mark, the owner, is the type of person where if he says he is going to do something, you can count on the fact that he will. He is honest, and I can tell that the satisfaction of his customers is important to him. If you are looking for very high quality and reasonably priced plumbing work, I give Green Hills Plumbing my highest recommendation.

We've used Jewell Mechanical for a couple of years on our projects and have been very happy with the work they do. Our A/C quit on one of the hottest days of the year and Matt came out within the day to come repair the issue. I would highly recommend Jewell for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs.

Worked with Lee Company to add an outdoor junction box and an outdoor outlet to my house. They came out looked at what I wanted. Quoted me a price. Told me when someone would be out. They were there on time, got the work done quickly and without disturbing anything I had going on at home. They were done quickly, they did not have to even turn off the power! Everything looked perfect, very professional polite people. I would use them to do work at my house again.

I had to have leaking pipes repaired in my crawl space. I called Lee Co and they sent someone out the next day. Received a call from the plumber, Ian, when he was 15 minutes from arrival at my home. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. He looked at the pipes and took pictures, explaining to me what needed to be done. He explained the cost up front and there were no surprises or add ons. He had both leaks fixed within 90 minutes and then checked to make sure his repairs were working correctly by having me run water through the taps. He was pleasant and courteous. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks Ian and Lee Company.

American Leak Detection
Invoice 00152985
Work performed on 7/7/23
First I'd like to say the guys fixed my leak and were great professionals.
The job was $450 for leak detection. It was $2300 to repair. The water leak was stopped.
After they left my water feature on my fridge did not work. To come back would be $850. My plumber would do it for $400. My fridge had water and ice before and now it doesn't because they did not hook it back up.
Then my water heater malfunctioned. I called my plumber. He indicated when repairs were made water heater was moved to far and severed electrical wires to scorch and flip breaker, thank goodness or there would have been a fire. This repair was $137.
I do not recommend this company to complete their work or fix problems they created during repairs.

When my 10-month-old water heater, still under warranty from the factory, stopped heating well, this was the only company approved in my area to do the warranty labor. The first guy, Justin, who came out said I needed to turn up the thermostat. I told him that didn't make sense because it had worked perfectly last winter through much colder weather without a need to turn it up and because it was cold when we were still having 70 degree days, but could not force him to do anything else.
A few days later, I called the water heater company to get another visit approved. They informed me that their approved technicians are supposed to call them while on site and go through a specific trouble-shooting list. I mentioned this when I called Sullivan & Sons to schedule the 2nd visit, and the lady on the phone flatly told me, Oh, we Never do that. Not encouraging, but I hoped the second tech would be better.
Unfortunately, he wasn't, and Frank frankly treated me worse than anyone I've ever encountered in the service industry, especially in my own home. He was so rude that a worker who was at my home for a different issue later apologized to me for not having intervened.
Upon arrival, Frank quickly stuck his multimeter on the elements and thermostats, stuck his hand under the nearest faucet for 2 seconds, laughed, and snottily said he could turn the thermostat up for me to whatever temperature I wanted it to be. I told him that wouldn't cut it, that had already been tried and hadn't worked, which I had also told him before he started.
He then said my problem was that my 50 gallon water heater was too small to produce enough hot water for a single normal-sized tub. I explained why that was clearly wrong (although you'd imagine someone who's been working on them since they were 15 years old--as he told me 3 times during the visit--would have enough sense to know that).
He then said the problem was that the valve in the faucet nearest the heater needed maintenance, even though I had already told him the problem was house-wide, and even though he didn't actually inspect the valve.
He also suggested that the lines on the heater had somehow been swapped, even though the thing had worked perfectly for 10 months and the lines very visibly had not been touched since install.
After all that nonsense, he finally said the problem was because a cartridge had not yet been installed in a new shower fixture 2 floors away. That didn't make sense to me either, in part because of how the pipes run and in part because it took asking *eight* different times for him to have any remotely reasonable explanation of how that could work.
I was willing to try it, but as I suspected, 24 hours after the cartridge was in, the heater still did not produce adequate hot water for even a quick shower.
Each of Frank's explanations was delivered in a haughty tone, with admonishions that I didn't have enough faith in his obviously-ridiculous explanations, with him interrupting and talking over me, and clearly not listening to more than about 10% of what I said.
I was not about to have him or anyone else out from Sullivan & Sons to try to fix it again, so ended up doing various testing myself.
It turned out that the problem, very simply, was a faulty upper heating element, which Frank clearly missed. After I replaced it, the heater has been working flawlessly for a week now.

Came out quickly after I desperately posted on facebook looking for a plumber to come that instant. Hailey was here in 15-20 minutes. Solved the hot water heater problem and prices were reasonable.
The above was my initial review. I shouldn't have waited so long to amend, but here it is. The plumber left a tool in our storage area that houses the water heater, among other things. We received a text from him saying he left it. When trying to make plans with him the next day for him to retrieve it he let us know he broke into our storage area and already got it. Understandably creeped out.

CHR Renovations completed a walk-in shower for me. Initially, I was very happy with their work and even recommended his services to several people. Then, I found that some of the floor tile was sitting up where they could scrape the bottom of my foot. Mr. Campbell sent someone over to repair it. I waited 24 hours to use the shower. After a about a week, I noticed that one of the tiles was cracked. I notified Mr. Campbell and he responded, but did not send someone over to repair it. I waited about 4 weeks before sending him another message with pictures of other tile that was cracking as well and got no response. If he responds and repairs the cracked tile, I will remove this review. Until then, I cannot recommend his services.

Called to report broken AC unit on 90 degree day. Lee came same day w 2 techs. Did complete check on both zones for obvious issues...all looked fine. Went to attic it was a clogged line. Vacuumed it out and and got the air cold. Went under house to check for drainage and see about any issues. Went above and beyond and had complete confidence in them as professionals and their no nonsense approach. Will use again for sure.
