Easily the worst company I've ever worked with. Originally, very responsive, and extremely overpriced. I was OK with that because the first small job was done to spec. They replaced 1 outside AC unit for $9000. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.
Working with the plumbing side of the company... my downstairs shower broke, and I waited for 3 MONTHS for them to find a replacement part (supposedly the original shower handle kit... which ended up not being the original at all and cost $800 - which they told me was a bargain like I should be appreciative of getting screwed over by incompetent extortionists). They told me they'd need to rip out the tile, so I was forced to find someone that came out and was able to replace everything in 1 day - without touching the tile. Should have called that guy in the beginning.
Meanwhile (I hadn't learned my lesson yet) my upstairs shower lost the ability to change temperature, so they took that apart, assessed it, and ordered the part. This would be my last time working with them. I call a week later when they told me it would be in, and talk to the warehouse guy. He tells me it's getting in the next day and they would call me back and schedule an appointment... A MONTH LATER I call to check status, and they tell me I canceled the job (I didn't) and sent a new technician out, without the part I ordered, and he starts taking the shower apart because he doesn't know the problem. The saga continues...
...I'm back! So they took apart my shower so I was unable to use it, saying they would fix it the same day, whatever it takes. They realize they have the wrong parts, so go to the hardware store, and are unable to find the right parts. They then tell me they've overnighted the part so will be back the next day... a week passes and I start calling every day to check status because they don't call me to give me updates. I'm without a shower for a week because they broke one of the parts when disassembling it. I'm literally worse off than before because they came over to fix it -__-
Anyway, a week passes and they finally come back with the part. It's the wrong part. At which point I decide that seeing this through with them is only making matters worse.
Incompetence on a level I've never encountered before. I'm not even mad, just impressed!
