Best Electricians in Nashville, TN

This crew arrived early, worked diligently, and professionally installing my Rainbird irrigation system. I had a very pleasant series of communications and interactions with the office staff, workers (James, Mr. Vega), and Rick, the supervisor who gave me great assistance and instruction. There were no surprises except pleasant ones. Upon completion, the work site was cleaned and cleared. Where their equipment had rolled over in my neighbor's lawn, workers went out with rakes and groomed the grass. They even blew off my back covered porch despite not soiling or disturbing that area. Very impressive work done today by Nashville Irrigation and Lighting's team. Five solid stars!

My son had a 30 AMP post installed at his home so that I could park my travel trailer and have power at his home while I visit from Oregon.  The person from C & C made a mistake in installation.  I called the owner, Spence Creasey, who came out on a Sunday to correct the problem.  Spence did an incredible job of finding the parts needed on a weekend and went above and beyond what I would have expected.

Most service workers (or people, in general) would not have owned up to the error and would have told me to go pound sand.  Not Spence.  I have seldom been so impressed with a persons character and that is why I am writing this review.  Spence Creasey has integrity and I would not hesitate to use him again for any electrical work.

Christopher, from Kedron Electric, was fantastic, and maintained that quality even for such a big job. He worked on a 3,600 SQF house in Franklin, TN that we just bought, as well as our 3-car garage.

He changed all the electrical switches and outlets for the whole property, installed dimmers throughout the house, installed new under-the-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, and installed 3 new light pendants above the kitchen island. He then installed an IN floor receptacle for our home theater room and recessed lights in 3 of the hallways. He helped us change the doorbell and took care of a couple of small electrical problems we had in the house.

Christopher and his team were very fair in pricing, reliable, punctual, neat, fast, knowledgeable, always willing to help with anything we asked for, and were always very friendly. Christopher and his team are great.

Thank you for all you did for us. You will be our go-to electrician for any future electrical work we may need in the future.

Great contractor - we've used them twice for small and large projects and they were excellent.

These guys have done about 5 different things at my house; plumbing, remodeling, flooring, and yard services. They are my go to people for their efficiency, skills and personal friendliness to my wife and house needs.

Prompt, professional, and excellent service! We requested to have two electrical outlets installed and a tv hung above our fireplace. They were able to complete the job the same day we called, and they did exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend and will use them again.

Helton's Service was referred by my home warranty. Other than the home warranty not putting the service request in when I first called, David once got he got the request he was here in the time he said he would. I like that because in the years I hire a contractor most of them do not show up as they say.  David found the issue with my AC and it was repaired in no time and even made a suggestion to my benefit. I appreciated that and I believe he was honest about it.  I would call him should I need service again.

When he comes to give you a quote, he will tell you how good he is and that he will back up his work for a year.  He is easy to believe, since he is a very polite young man.  He did the work with a few hiccups.
This is what everyone thinking about hiring David needs to know!  

We hired him to install new propane lines, convert the new stove to Propane, install a couple electrical outlets, and put in a new Mini Split HVAC System.
He does not stand behind his work at ALL!
* The first problem was when we went to use the new oven.  It didn't work!  It was just before Thanksgiving so when we called to discuss the problem, he said that he had company and that he couldn't come until the following week.  Then he stated that it was a warranty issue with the manufacturer since the stove top worked fine, further stating that there was a blockage in the line to the oven, also stated he would charge us for the call.
After convincing the Manufacturer to replace the stove, the day before the new stove was to be delivered, we pulled the stove out to check the connection and Low and behold David Bryant DID NOT complete the work correctly! He failed to switch the gas pressure regulator lever to the on position!!!
* Second problem, we had to move one of the electrical outlets that he installed.  We already had the new wires in, he only had to put the electrical plugs in the new boxes.  When we opened the electrical outlet to move over, we noticed that the wire connections had not been tightened down properly.  We had to check all 4 outlets, only 1 of the 4 was correct.
* The biggest problem is the Mini Split HVAC system he installed is not working properly and he will not return our calls or text messages. So, we had to hire someone to come fix his work!  When he originally installed the unit, a factory flare fitting he connected blew off creating a mess. That he did not clean up.  His flare fitting connection was over tightened damaging the fitting and causing a leak.
So, in his business descriptions he states that he:
*  provides QUALITY heating and cooling and electrical services big and small.  
* What sets him apart from other contractors: Customer satisfaction is my job I just provide that through heating, cooling and electrical.
* We are best known for: Doing the job right and customer satisfaction.

Would I recommend Bryant Services to anyone?  Unfortunately, we did.  Hopefully they did not hire him.
We have found out the hard way that his work is not quality, he does not back up his work and if you have a problem with something he has installed he simply does not answer your call or return your text message.

Disappointed R & R

Eddy was awesome! Came out to our house did a full inspection. He was reasonably priced and checked tons of stuff without charging us any extra fees. We will definitely be calling them back for additional work!

This company (or this employee) is horrible!  Showed up for a dead outlet and did NOTHING but collect $75.  Immediately told us that it wasn't covered under the home warrantee program.  We were still having a problem with not only that outlet, but an adjacent bathroom, we weren't sure if the two were related.  Call them back - another $75 said it was not related and again did NOTHING, but collect another $75!  Finally we called back a third time - still the same problems - FINALLY replaced the switch in the bathroom and claimed it wasn't doing that when he showed up the 2nd time.  I said ok, you can go ahead and fix the dead outlet even if it's not covered, we understand, and want it fixed.  He stated that he didn't have time and left.  Seriously?????   I have lodged a complaint with the home warantee company and I will NEVER have them back at our house.  This company (or the one employee) obviously resents doing work for the warantee company.

Have your items delivered to your business. Don't waste your time going in to the City Pickup; the staff aren't nearly as personable in the store as they are on the phone. I'll pay for shipping before I do a pickup again.

This company gave me terrible service and charged me over 900 dollars to put 4 CO detectors on my walls. The service person claimed he had put 6 detectors up and it took 8 hrs. Well if thats true he is the slowest worker I have ever had in my house. Even after calling and talking to the manager 4 times they only corrected the bill and invoice slightly. I would suggest never using them for anything.
