Could not have asked for better service! After purchasing an older home in Nashville and encountering a few electrical problems, I contacted multiple electricians/companies to get quotes. Many of the companies drafted outrageous quotes, attempting to sell us on things that we didn't ask for and do not need at the moment. As new homeowners, we want to aware of any issues our house may have -but be able to consult professionals honestly about what needs to be prioritized. John was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. He treated us with respect and answered all of our questions quickly, efficiently,  and positively. Beyond that, on the date of his service he confirmed his arrival before hand and was right on time. He handled the job on his own (when other companies doubled the quote due to needing multiple men) in 95 degree heat, in an unconditioned attic space. And beyond that, not that you'd need more, his rates were highly competitive. I could not recommend him enough! We will be using him for all of our electrical needs from this point onward.

Brad is amazing, and went above and beyond, including answering any technical questions I had and trying to be as quiet as possible while my daughter napped. The end result (recessed lighting, TV mount) looks amazing, with impossibly little drywall patching needed.  Oh, and Brad is incredibly nice and super professional - I will definitely be calling him again for future work.

Disciple Electric has completed 2 important jobs for us now - We added a large voltage hot tub and now a home pool that needed its own electrical outlet.  Extremely thorough, making sure we knew the process with quote beforehand, noting things during, and walking through the work completed after. Things are done properly, safely and professionally. Disciple Electric takes care of setting up codes inspections, etc. All inclusive. Our home looks great and, most importantly, the hot tub and pool area are safe. Having a child, safety is our #1 concern. We will use Disciple Electric again for any future electric needs. HIGHLY recommend.

Our garden lights had been out for quite a while.  We had tried to replace the bulbs and were convinced that the fixtures would need to be replaced.  The guys repaired one fixture and replaced the other bulbs.  Done in less than an hour.  They were very careful to avoid stepping on our plants.  Awesome.  will definitely call them again.

Flavius did a great job installing our super charger for our electric car!  The install is nice and clean!  His response time from initial call to install was very fast.  He treated my wife with respect and was very cautious not to cause any mess in our walk in closet (as this is where the attic access is).  I highly recommend this company!

When scheduling the appointment Steve answered my phone call right when I called and was able to give me a ballpark estimate. I was able to schedule right then instead of waiting.

Steve showed up on time and was able to fix my poor attempt at installing dimmers. He made sure it was installed safely, and gave me pointers on the best lightbulbs for my fixtures. The costs were fair and reasonable.

I was shopping at Home Depot yesterday, and saw this guy screaming at an employee. I do not know who was in the wrong, but I would not feel safe with this guy in my house after watching how poorly he treated the employee. I saw his truck and was able to catch the company name.

What a great experience.  How refreshing to have a service repair company be reasonably priced and stick to the plan without up-selling me every minute they service a piece of equipment after we already agreed on a plan of action. From the moment I called Allen to schedule a visit to the time Tyler was dispatched to fix my AC unit, the communication was courteous.  I was worked in same day and Lee has staff working round the clock.  Tyler did not try to bulldoze me with what needed to be done but patiently explained the plan of action after listening to the symptoms I was observing.  Tyler communicated when the issue was found, and what the solution was.  He did not try to sell me an entirely new unit when there was no need.  This was a great experience after having so many other service companies trying to hustle or pressure me into inflated sales transactions.   There is an upfront call-out fee but it was lower than the five other companies I called. Thank you Lee and thank you Tyler!

This company receives 4.9 rating on google and I cannot tell you why.  The ceiling my bedroom started to smell like plastic burning.  I called this company and they sent two people out and charged $125.  That would be fine except the transformer in the fixture was the problem.  They told me they did not have one and I would  have to order it online.  I did - another $50.  Then the guy said that  it would be another $125 service call to install.  So...I call when I get the part - take afternoon off from work ( frowned upon)  and wait. And wait.  No one comes...by 5 pm I called and he said that  they couldn't be there until 8:30 pm.  Because of the way they took the transformer out of the fixture, it cannot be installed without professional help.  The owner said Too bad.  Construction is up again and we don't have time for little jobs.  I ended up buying a new fixture...dont think I will call them to install it or fix the other one.

I always get really good service here, people are polite and truly helpful. It seems very good and safe during covid times as well.
