I was guided to Beacon Hill through home warranty which I was weary about given some other suggested vendors.  I cannot say enough praise about them.  They were fast, efficient and fixed every item I asked.  They were honest about things that need to be done in the future but were in no way pushy (we have an older house).
He was on time to the minute.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.  For once, customer service that truly delivers.

This company (or this employee) is horrible!  Showed up for a dead outlet and did NOTHING but collect $75.  Immediately told us that it wasn't covered under the home warrantee program.  We were still having a problem with not only that outlet, but an adjacent bathroom, we weren't sure if the two were related.  Call them back - another $75 said it was not related and again did NOTHING, but collect another $75!  Finally we called back a third time - still the same problems - FINALLY replaced the switch in the bathroom and claimed it wasn't doing that when he showed up the 2nd time.  I said ok, you can go ahead and fix the dead outlet even if it's not covered, we understand, and want it fixed.  He stated that he didn't have time and left.  Seriously?????   I have lodged a complaint with the home warantee company and I will NEVER have them back at our house.  This company (or the one employee) obviously resents doing work for the warantee company.

John was sent to fix an electrical issue in our home.  Called me to let me know he was on his way. Was very prompt.  Came in wearing a mask...answered my questions and went right to work.  Was extremely professional explaining everything to me and was also very personable and pleasant.  Went over and above checking additional outlets and correcting other issues!   Would not hesitate to give him and Beacon Hill a Glowing 5 star review!  We will definitely use again!  Thank you so much, John!

AC went out in the middle of June, needing an electrical fix.  We were assigned to Beacon Hill due to our home warranty, and it took them over a week to get it out to inspect the issue.  It took them another week and half to fit us into their schedule, and then a day before they are supposed to come out, they cancelled and said the next availability is another week and half away.

I eventually said enough is enough, and hired an actual electrician because they were just a circus.  So unless you are a masochist, I would avoid this company.

The tech didn't listen.  My husband said, I'll meet you downstairs when you get here.  He went up our deck and knocked.  My husband said one bad word and the guy left.  Whatever....ceiling fan isn't fixed.  We're calling Beacon Hill to get someone else to come out.  What a waste of time.

These guys are terrible...

Referred by home warranty, the tech arrived grumbling about time he spent driving!

Tech realized he can't change a lightbulb without having a supervisor on FaceTime to confirm basics, that a light? - Yeap... That's a light.

Tech lied to us then lied to home warranty company about what they could do.

Avoid these deadbeats because they are either:
Liars; or incompetent - probably both.

Horrific experience. Did not follow one of the simple instructions including calling in advance. 0 of 5 stars if it was possible. Front office staff is sub-par at best -- read other reviews (google and Yelp) regarding front office staff. wow!!

Beacon Hill was called out via our home warranty company to fix an old electric panel.  The job turned out to be more than anticipated but they got the job done and we were very happy with the end result.

Had an issue in my home and had the pleasure of meeting John and what an awarding, educational experience. John took the time to explain to me, in great detail, what the issue is and how things work, no one, I mean NO ONE has ever done that. It was quite refreshing meeting John, KUDOS to him and he's a great asset to your company. Thank you.

We were having issues with wiring in our basement and Justin came over over to take a look.  He was very professional and made sure to explain to me exactly what the issue was before fixing it which I really appreciated.   We will definitely be calling Justin again if we have any more electrical issues!

We were referred to Beacon Hill Electric through our home warranty program for electrical work. Great company with very professional and courteous staff. We were able to get someone to come out sooner than expected and went above and beyond to fix the problem. Will definitely use them in the future!

If/when we ever need an electrician, we'll call BEACON HILL ELECTRIC to do the work! James T showed up before the appointment time after calling to make sure it would be convenient for me. He was very professional, efficient, knowledgeable about what needed to be done, came in prepared & didn't waste time by making trips to get forgotten equipment. He made me feel better by explaining what needed to be done, & how he would do it. Thank you James!
