Scott Young came to my home for my estimate.  He was a sweet man who was very informative, experienced, and helpful.  I ended up adding the high voltage plug to my garage so I could use a second dryer in my garage and also putting in a light fixture in a small closet.  Scott was able to give me a price estimate during the visit, and also emailed me a copy to approve.  When the time came for the work to be done, two crew members came out to do the job.  They were both very capable and polite, and I was very pleased with them, turns out, one of the service technicians was Scott's son.  If I ever need any electric work, I will call them again, and I am so glad they were able to offer service all the way in Spring Hill.  Thanks, guys!

Our garage door shorted out trapping the cars inside.  I was scheduled to work on the holiday with dire consequences for missing my shift.  Even though Bo was 30 miles away and it was after hours, he offered to head my way.  When he did arrive, he fixed the problem in five minutes with some electrical tape!   Then he didn't even charge me!  All the while he was friendly and informative.  By far the best I've been treated on an emergency call!

Being a new home buyer brings a lot of joy and then anxiety!  When the heat wouldn't work on our HVAC I called Watson Electric, after getting a a great recommendation from a friend.  I'm SO glad I did, because Mr. Watson (the president) came out himself to check it out and gave me an honest assessment.  He said I may just need a new piece instead of getting a whole new system.  He sent out Wayne that very day to inspect and showed me everything he did and was patient in explaining his work and how to care for it...and gave me so many more helpful tips.  It was a very pleasent experience and I HIGHLY recommend Watson Electric Co - an honest and ethical company!

Zips is awesome! Wayne came out to out home, evaluated the problem and got to work right away. All was said and done in 30 minutes, all for a fantastic price! We can't thank him enough!

I called with a minor electrical issue, and Aaron honestly told me he likely couldn't have someone come by my house soon. He asked what was going on, and when I explained the problem he walked me through a simple fix over the phone -- even though he didn't earn a dime on the call. THAT'S service. I'll definitely call again for bigger projects when they come up!

UPDATE: After Aaron's helpful instructions, I wound up hiring him a couple years later to run power through my attic to motorized shades I was having installed in my living room. He was very professional, worked with my other contractor, and his crew got the job done right. 5 stars!

Arranged to install 2 ceiling fans, Shane was right on time and on budget, which was 50% lower than our now ex-electrician. He explained everything about the wiring, assembled the fans, installed them, and then explained how the remotes work. Very nice person and excellent service. I am going to have him do some outdoor lighting work and install a new microwave. I can't say enough good things about this experience. This level of service is what we expect but seldom get.

I came home to find my water heater had started leaking hot water all over my basement. Coming home after work hours several other companies quoted me more than $125 per hour to come look and figure it out. I called Hiller and they told me it would be $60 to come look and if any work gets done they waive that fee. Well, we had to replace an 80 gallon hot water heater, it wasn't cheap, it never is.  However, 5 hours after I got home I had a new hot water heater. Greg, our emergency tech was great, he was awesome to have in our home and loved our pups. Great overall experience.

On May 13 2014 I had an appt. to meet a Hiller plumber at my sisters house in White House Tn. He arrived on time and was a clean cut young man. Too bad he wasn't a good plumber. I explained to him she was having a low water pressure issue and needed 2 new outside hydrants. He went under the house for a few minutes and then came in to give the estimate. He said the hydrants would be 249.00 and he would bypass the pressure regulator valve because the pressure delivered by the water company was so low and the total would be 497.00. I said ok do the work. It took about 30 minutes to replace the hydrants then 3 hours later he emerged to say he could not fix the pressure. That was the main reason for the call then he pulled out his tablet and said 497.00. I told him since he didn't fix it I am not suppose to pay and he told me that was for the hydrant and no charge for the other. But you said 249.00 for the hydrants. He said that was each then the argument was on after calls from the office allI got was The worker sets the price I eventually got a manager to knock off 100.00 bringing the total to 397.00 for 1/2 hour of work. But wait today someone called to see if I was happy with the service. When I said no she hung up on me prompting me to write this review.

Poor customer service:
1. Staff knowledge about bulb and needs
2. Inaccurate information regarding purchase
3. Will not make good on product return and/or exchange
4. Quick to push back on customer without offer a resolution (s), the customer is not right, from their view.

Find a alternative for your bulb needs or beware...

Work electrician EVER! Came back a week after his first work day because he did not have enough of the fixtures we ordered and paid for a month in advance. Dropped dozens of screws and garbage all over the yard and driveway and did NOT clean up after themselves. Caused a tenant to have a flat tire and refuses to even acknowledge responsibility. They had to come back another time because the lights all stayed on 24/7 instead of shutting off during the day. He ran out of the right light fixtures and claims he installed a different kind so tenants would not hit it with furniture when they moved, which NEVER happened. The fixture he used instead shines in a tenants window and lights up half their apartment all night long, it is awful. Travis REFUSES to come back and install the fixture we ordered! They were suppose to leave our old bulbs and fixtures but didn't, Travis now claims they left them by the complex dumpster, not by the office or near the store room door where they were working out of so apparently they were thrown away and he refuses to replace them or take any responsibility. Travis also refuses to come back and fix one light fixture that still stays on 24/7. He claims it is cheaper to run the LED light 24/7 then the old light we had. But we do not care, we want the lights off during the day and THAT IS WHAT WE PAID FOR! We never should have paid him before the job was complete. Now we have to take him to court.

We called Kimbro Air on Memorial Day and they were out and fixed our HVAC. The bill was very reasonable and the tech was excellent! Great job!
