Mister Sparky's website boasts that they maintain the highest degree of customer service to encourage repeat business and enduring relationships with our customers. Unfortunately in my experience with this company, nothing could be further from the truth.
After hiring Mister Sparky Electric several times before and signing up for their Power Club membership, I was generally pleased with their work (although it can be on the expensive side). However, I recently scheduled an appointment for an electrical inspection on a new home I am buying and two hours before the inspection I was informed that an electrician would not be coming to inspect my home. When I inquired further as to why my appointment was canceled I was transferred to speak with the company's owner. The owner was extremely rude and constantly interrupted me to the point where I couldn't finish a sentence. After several minutes of sarcastic and dismissive responses to my questions, the owner told me that she was hanging up because there was no point talking to me any longer.
Because of the short notice of this cancellation, I am now unable to hire a replacement electrician to perform an inspection within the inspection period of my contract. Needless to say I will not be hiring Mister Sparky in the future.
