Justin was friendly, had excellent communication and prompt. He went above and beyond when he fixed a flood light that had stopped working. I would definitely recommend and will use them again.

Came early and discussed problem which involved several plugs no working. He professionally reviewed the situation and the pricing of how to proceed. Then he went from plug to plug until he found a loose wire in one. Having found the problem he fixed it. We have been unable to get this fixed with Handymen, neighbors, etc. Really great job and worth the money to get it done.

Big Dan is the Man!! He is a Jack of all trades! He was able to help me with my HVAC, then fix some plumbing issues, and even jumped in on an electrical issue. Talk about a one stop shop!

I would HIGHLY recommend KS Electric. We bought our home in Brentwood just a year ago. While the electrical passed inspection, we later found numerous issues issues left by the previous owners who had some handy man do their electrical. We had three way switches not working, lights flickering, unsafe wiring outside. After our dimmer went out in the kitchen I needed someone fast. KS Electric was prompt to communicate and provided a very competitive bid. He came out the same day and completed the work. He even fixed some additional items that were found once we opened up the outlets. He communicated at each step of the way and held the pricing to our original bid even though he did more than what was quoted. He was extremely reasonable and I will he using him for some additional. It's not often I say it was a pleasure when working with tradesman but I can't say enough good things about the experience. My wife is happy to have lighting again.

We are new to the Clarksville area and Tyler from Clarksville electric was highly recommended to us. He quoted a job last week and returned on the promises day to complete the work. He was very professional and explained things to us. We definitely would recommend Tyler Maddox and Clarksville Electric Service. If we need more work done in the future he will be the first one we call!!!

A&F isn't the most expensive electric company, and they aren't the cheapest. Budget wise they are middle of the road - and extremely reliable. Consistent, easy to contact, and local.
Their efforts to bring our 1950's home current have been quite successful. Highly recommend A&F to anyone needing electrical upgrades or installs.

I have brought this company lots of business since 2/2016 but there were issues with part of their work that was eventually taken care of only after months of contact without response in return and hassles. Such as the redo of the generator pad that had to be completely uninstalled and the concrete pad redone. The outstanding repair is the outside line guard cover that is separating in which someone came to look at on 4/2017 didn't have the items to fix it and said they would return and never did nor have they gotten in touch with me.
We had issues with the HVAC system from the beginning where they installed a different unit then I requested and proposed, but was convinced the installed unit was of better quality. Because of poor workmanship quality suspicion I hired a few companies to come out and inspect the work to find out later there were things not up to code (such as having to re-wrap the duck work and re-run the gas pipe) and a permit was never pulled. Even though the things that ended up not being up to code were eventually fixed by the company it was a hassle to get them to come back out and they made it seem like they were purposely waiting until the 1 year warranty expired so they did not have to bother with anything. It would take months before I would receive any response. Then they would not have all of the required parts to finish the job and never show back up or take months to come back out. And they kept trying to give excuses to postpone the return. It took almost a year to find our the main issue and for the unit to be worked on.
Two weeks after the installation of the unit a high limit switch code appeared when the second stage kicked in as the temperature dropped. After 3 months of no response they came out just to keep blaming the issue on the air restriction of the duck work in which they installed, or their own 4 inch hepa filter they installed, or anything else but themselves to find out the cause was a wire they lacked to install which was discovered supposedly by the manufacture representative who spent the whole day at the house leaving without speaking with me. B&M ended up fixing it according to one of their employees almost a year later. I felt like they were trying to gain time until the 1 year warranty expired to keep me quiet. That is when I ended up having to hire a reputable company to come in and replace the HVAC unit with the one I originally requested and redo the duck work. During the mean time my wife & I went to the office speaking with the owner, Beaman, in hopes to resolve this in a peaceful manner he agreed to take back the old system and refund me the money which the refund hasn't happened even though he already picked up the unit in July 2017. Nor a response from them in any way such as phone, text, call, nor have they been at the office the hand full of times I went by in person. Recently my wife called and the person refused to give their name and hung up on her twice.
Recently also noticed they posted a picture of our property on their Facebook page that contains my wife's vehicle. It seemed like once they received payment they didn't want to take liability for their workmanship. On top of this they tried charging me a service fee for something that was covered under the warranty. The co-owner Mike (who left during this ordeal to recently found out he came back to the company) has poor customer service and workmanship skills by trying to upsale on everything, never taking fault, and having a bad temperament by getting defensive. On top of this I requested an IQ whole home filtration system which they only installed a 4 inch hepa filter.
Resolution:
I am seeking the repair of the outside line guard cover. The refund of the original incorrect installed unit as agreed upon in the amount of $10,832. And now requesting the refund of the replaced duck work in the amount of $3,073.44 as well as the correct filtration system I originally requested in the amount of $3,823.51 that had to be replaced by another company.
