Lady answered the phone and let me know she would call the plumber and tell him what I conveyed to her as my issues. Ten minutes later she called back letting me know he could be here at 4:30 since he had other jobs going on. Gentleman called at 4:15 saying he was 10 minutes away....I was thrilled!  He arrived and took care of my sink problem, was coming back to fix a leaky faucet since there was a part not available everywhere. He was honest telling me there may be a cheaper route to go and he would let me know both options.  Another issue with a valve and too much air in the line will also be corrected. The price for everything was very reasonable. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need which I've heard other companies try to do. Highly recommend them!!!

Called them last Monday for my toilet that kept running, came out that day to look at it, found out I needed a new one and they were able to install it that same day! Very honest and did exactly what they said they were going to! its very hard to find a good reliable plumber in this area and we finally found one!!!! Thank you!

Our hot water tank died. We used the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless system. We got 4 quotes. Keptco was the lowest quote and they were able to rearrange their schedule to do it the next day. The work is good and I would call them in a plumbing emergency again.

Great experience with this company! Had them come fix my toilet on Monday the 25th of July 2022! Now I had a running toilet that for some reason I could not fix. I tried to repair it but was unsuccessful with the replacement guts I purchased.So my wife had to call a plumber!! The two gentlemen showed up on time as promised( isn't that rare nowadays) After trying to fix my toilet they surmised that my new guts were faulty! They were very respectful and even had the part in their truck!! AMAZING! In no time at all the toilet was fixed, no more turning off the water supply after use! Wonderful! Price was good to reasonable and they even took the time to look at my spa tub and find a leak!! I do hope they have the time again soon to come back out to my home in Burgettstown and further diagnose and repair this jetted tub? If I could lift it it would be a great paper weight right now! Thank you kind plumbers for coming to my home promptly when promised and solving my toilet issue! Your boss or bosses are very lucky to have you gentlemen as employees. You 2 are truly an asset to your company! ( Oh by the way your rates and service were outstanding)! I can now get up in middle of night for the bathroom and not have to wait for the tank to fill after flushing

These guys are great. I use them for any plumbing needs.  Last year I used them to plumb a few gas lines under my deck and it makes life so much easier for the gas grill and fire pit.

We are so pleased with D Campbell Plumbing! We remodeled our bathroom and when we got our new vanity none of the piping was lining up right. The D Campbell team was quickly able to help and we had our new bathroom up and running in no time!

Tim is great.  Good guy that does great work.  I see him all over the neighborhood, and there is a reason for that.  Word spreads.  There are a lot of bad plumbers out there that take advantage of people.  Tim is not one of them.  Highly recommend, and he'll be my first call next time we need help.

Randy and Tony are excellent! Very knowledgeable and super nice and honest. We highly recommend them. Very responsive too, we called in an emergency and they came right over!

I have had food plumbers and bad ones, and Sturm Plumbing is a great company with amazing customer service and they guarantee their work. Had some minor issues with some of the work due to me on the fly making additional requests and they still owned the repairs.

If you don't want to break the bank, and want as close to a plumber friend coming over and hooking you up go to Sturm.

Gary was recommended by my HVAC man and I am so glad I called him. He's extremely helpful, a master plumber with many years experience and has installed quite a few gas logs, which is what I needed. After looking over my home he found the easiest and most cost effective way to run the gas line to the fireplace was outside. The job was done perfectly, Gary explained everything in terms I could understand. I couldn't be more pleased and will be calling him when it's time for our new bathroom sink to be installed.

I would not recommend this company for plumbing services. Originally there There was a slow drain. No communication whatsoever the employee told me that I needed to replace a pipe that would cost $300 didn't explain or breakdown the charges. It looked like a $30.00 pipe so I said shouldn't I just purchase a new sink for that cost? He agreed and said yes. told me in the meantime everything still worked but i would still have a slow drain. He didn't put sink back on properly so water leaked. Had to come back to put sink back on properly so didn't tell me snaked it and then handed me a $300 bill I said didn't we just go over this I just ordered a new sink. He said but you called and said you wanted me to come back and fix the sink. Manager then called to explain the charges. So then ceiling started to leek because while snaking they broke the pipe which they explained later could happen with an old home. I think i should have been warned of that. Called other plumbers and other plumbers said yes they usually warn people if they think house is older and this could happen but A-comfort said thats just not how they operate. I said oh thats right because there is no communication. So I Called another plumber! I can't even write the rest of what happens because there is just not enough room....But I would compare this company to Gillece..

Kudos to Bob, Jason and the crew who saved me from a $13,000 sewer repair bill.  

I had a less than reputable estimate from a company on a Sunday afternoon after our sewer backed up.  They used a camera in the line and told us that there were two areas that needed replaced and pressured me to sign for an emergency repair which included a water way.  

On Monday, my insurance company recommended that Precision Plumbing take a look too, they saw no breaks and took the time to do it a second time to explain their findings to me.  The culprit was a root or branch in the line which caused the damage and it was covered by insurance.  It was fixed Tuesday morning!

They were very professional, honest and caring.  The owners also stopped by to reassure me that the problems I was led to believe existed were not present, ran the camera again and were very helpful.  Thanks again for everything!

No one answers when you call or won't take a message. Maybe out of business? Do not recommend

Mike is a great guy, has always came through for me throughout the years, his prices are fair, his integrity is great, case workmanship is definitely a master plumber,, I recommend this plumber to everyone,..

Horrible horrible horrible. These guys did work for my neighbor. Instead of putting the enormous pile of dirt in his unused driveway they covered a third of my lawn and it is totally ruined for the summer. This is a nice quiet neighborhood and all day the men were screaming cuss words loudly and constantly - incredibly profane and completely inappropriate -eff this and eff that and b**** sh** everything. One worker repeatedly walked down the driveway to pee in the back yard/on the back of the house and was loudly talking to himself saying this job is bullsh** this job is f*****g bullsh** over and over. They left every day no later than 1pm despite pleasant temperatures and dry weather. I'm sure the job would have only been a few days if they had worked full business days instead of half days with days off when it clouds up. They dug the very deep hole on a Friday, so that it would sit all weekend with a plastic orange fence around it filling up with rain and not being worked on, and the giant pile of dirt sitting that much longer killing a third of my lawn. Their boss apparently showed up one day and asked them why they didn't just put the dirt in the driveway instead of causing such destruction (so I was told by another neighbor)...I hope my neighbor/their client didn't pay too much because he is now having to pay for my lawn to be repaired as well

These guys are loud, profane, slow at work, and apparently make horrible decisions on the job...I would stay away from any type of work with these guys until he restructures his crew in a serious way.

Justin K was our technician for our furnace checkup.  He was prompt, explained everything very carefully to me and performed all of the work quickly and efficiently.  We have a preventative maintenance agreement for our dual furnaces and the checkup they perform is very thorough.

Great company! During my one experience with them, they get top marks. During our most recent Polar Vortex where it went to -8 degrees here in PIttsburgh, I had a pipe burst in my tenant's unit. I had to shut down the water to the whole building. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came out that same day, even though half of Pittsburgh needed a plumber, and he found the crack in the pipe and repaired it on the spot. I had initially thought they would just come out to give an estimate, but when he priced it out it was very reasonable. Not a cheap fix, granted, but came in a few hundred less than I anticipated. Will be my plumbers for life!

I wouldn't recommend them because one of their drivers hit my wifes car driving down the road, gave her their insurance card but now they won't follow through on the claim when they admitted it was their fault. I've called the office numerous times, left messages and they won't call back.
