They came to my home and spent 5 minutes fixing the problem. The price was outrageous. Even the workers said it wouldn't cost much since they were only here a few minutes. We were shocked to receive a bill for almost $200.00. Never again will we use them.

Great service and quick turnaround. They also have given good quotes when we have had to bid on work.

I have used these guys a few times now for random plumbing/HVAV needs. Always very professional. And always very reasonable. Will go back when needed!

Valley was recommended to me after I was complaining about another local plumber. So I called Valley to do a gas line at an investment house I have. The owner, Dennis came out to give me an estimate and explained everything that needed done. Erin from the office called me immediately to schedule and was so nice and helpful. And the day of the job Ted came out, got the work done sooner that he had planned, the work was done in a professional manner, he respected my property and did a great job. And the following day the owner called to make sure I was satisfied and thanked me! I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely be giving them all of my business!

Called them last Monday for my toilet that kept running, came out that day to look at it, found out I needed a new one and they were able to install it that same day! Very honest and did exactly what they said they were going to! its very hard to find a good reliable plumber in this area and we finally found one!!!! Thank you!

Valley plumbing has been my go-to place since I had a bad experience with another company. They did the replacement furnace and AC years ago and they are presently doing AC and Furnace. I have to commend the worker bees, Keith and Evan who aren't adverse to climbing the long steps in order to do the furnace work. The AC had to be done thru a close neighbor's house. The new head honcho ain't bad either.

Ted and Bill came to my home today to help identify what was wrong with my well, find my well (ugh!), and then replace the pump. I can't say enough nice things about these two guys. It was cold and raining. They were patient with me and my ancient well. They were clever and excellent problem solvers and VERY hard working. To sum it up. Ted and Bill are awesome and employees like that make Valley HVAC worth calling. As for the cost. I didn't have water so I didn't do any price comparisons. But I do know that they opted for manual labor to help save me money on an excavator. Stand up guys!! I will call Valley in the future and so should you!!

We had the unfortunate need to hire a plumber for an emergency situation and were very pleased with the repairs completed by Ted at Valley Plumbing. Everyone I spoke with from the answering service to the office staff was very accommodating especially Dennis and we are completely satisfied customers. I highly recommend this company and would most definitely hire them for any future plumbing needs.

Dennis and his team are very professional especially the Erin and Angel who handle the phone calls and scheduling. We have used Valley for major and minor plumbing work from installing new power flush toilets to replacing the main sewer line under the basement floor.
Great group of people!
