Showed up promptly the first time, and unclogged driveway drain for $250. He was missing a cap for the pipe, and said he would return the next day at 11:AM to both install the cap, and unclog all interior drains.

They did not show up. I could not reach them by phone. When I finally got through, they asked to reschedule for the following day. They did not show up again.

They did NOT provide me a receipt. Said they would email me one, and did not. I called twice about it, and got nothing.

Looks like they are prompt to respond to emergencies where they can likely  price gouge, and have no intention of honoring appointments or performing non-emergency work where they can't price gouge. Do not recommend.

Kudos to Bob, Jason and the crew who saved me from a $13,000 sewer repair bill.  

I had a less than reputable estimate from a company on a Sunday afternoon after our sewer backed up.  They used a camera in the line and told us that there were two areas that needed replaced and pressured me to sign for an emergency repair which included a water way.  

On Monday, my insurance company recommended that Precision Plumbing take a look too, they saw no breaks and took the time to do it a second time to explain their findings to me.  The culprit was a root or branch in the line which caused the damage and it was covered by insurance.  It was fixed Tuesday morning!

They were very professional, honest and caring.  The owners also stopped by to reassure me that the problems I was led to believe existed were not present, ran the camera again and were very helpful.  Thanks again for everything!

I used  Precision Plumbing to replace my ancient terracotta sewer line. The line wasn't even on my township's maps going back 100 years. Using their best judgement, Precision, partnered up with Staab & Sons, somehow nailed the location and finished quicker than anticipated and cut me a break. I'm not accustomed to this type of service, but I could very easily get used to it. smile emoticon Great job, guys!
