Kitchen faucet was leaking water and bought a new faucet to replace old one. Family member is immune compromised so decided to use him because he was vaccinated and had good review over Yelp. Waited a day. Said he could not give me a price over phone for job which was okay but did not give me his hourly rate either. When he came to my house, said it would be $220 to replace faucet (I bought a new one from Lowe's not him) and $440 total because dishwasher and water for sink controlled by one on/off switch and good idea to split into  two (to make it according to code) would cost $440. He finished job in ONE hour and charged me $440! Highway robbery because he did not charge me by the hour but I had no option because my faucet was leaking.

I called Rezzetano Plumbing to look at several issues in my home. I don't know a lot about home repairs and am always nervous to have work done for fear of being taken advantage of. Rezzetano Plumbing has a customer for life after his excellent service. He was honest, professional and extremely generous with his time for the rate.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I called Frank based on the reviews posted on Yelp and Nextdoor.  As many have stated, he is the one who personally answers the phone. Frank is a one man operation, which I actually love. I told him the problem we were experiencing (water gushing out of our downspouts during heavy rains) and he explained to me why that was happening.  He even spoke to my husband and repeated everything to him.  Frank recommended not doing anything.   Although Frank did not make any money from us today he did make a new client!!  I wanted to write this review because he was so kind, patient, and knowledgable.  The reason Frank impressed me is although he knew he was not going to be making money on our downspout problem he still took the time to explain the how's and why's.  They don't make them like that anymore!  Thank you so much, Frank!  You made customers out of us!!

We've had a leaking shower that leaked in multiple areas. He fixed the problem, replaced what was needed, and also told us what was optional to save us money. He was responsive, professional, and quoted us a very reasonable price for the work he did (we got another quote from another company that was much higher). We are very pleased and highly recommend him. We will definitively use him again for any future plumbing needs.

In my working career, I have lived in six states and eight cities and finding qualified professionals is always a gamble.  When I returned to Pittsburgh, I bought a dishwasher and was given the name of Rezzetano Plumbing for installation.  That was in 2002.  Frank has not only been my plumber but also the plumber for my mom and my sister.  Whenever a problem arises, Frank will let me know what part of town he is in.  If local, he will stop by to look at the problem.  Chances are, he will fix it while he is there.  If there's a parts or schedule conflict, you can always count on Frank to be there the next day.  He is a knowledgeable professional who is easy to talk with, is considerate of your home, and is willing to recommend a friend if he is out of town.  Frank donates his time as a plumber to help out Appalachian families with plumbing and water supply and sewage issues along with other trained professionals.
For me it will always be Frank that I call for help!

Frank is a fantastic plumber, customer service at it's best. Timely communication, professional and great quality of work, combined with a very fair pricing.

Not long ago we had a pretty concerning back-up issue in our home. As this was our first major plumbing situation in the area, we weren't entirely sure who to call and, more importantly, who we could trust to do the job. Too often, we've heard stories of plumbers coming out to diagnose what appears to be a simple clog and end up suggesting you have your entire front yard dug up!

Based on other online reviews, we took a chance on Rezzetano and were extremely happy with the experience. You're not getting an answering/scheduling service when you call - you're speaking directly to Frank who was very prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable during the entire process. He was fortunately nearby and quickly came over to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue.

It was a relief to find someone who was so informative and helpful instead of just trying to rake us over the coals and make some easy money. Based on our experience and Frank's knowledge, I will only be using Rezzetano moving forward.

Unlike some other local services, Rezzetano does not spend tons of money on advertising and promotion. That being said, please leave a review online or tell your friends and family if you have a positive experience with Frank. These days it's harder than ever to find someone who is both trustworthy AND has expertise!

A friend knows Frank and called him when I had my hot water tank die. He was at the house within the hour and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. We had to have our water tank replaced and since it was under warranty, he was able to replace it in no time. Work was all done in the same day. Honest service!

I call Frank anytime I have a plumbing issue. He comes over quickly, gets the job done, and charges a reasonable price. In the past year he's come to my house on 3 different occasions and I've always been very satisfied with his work. I highly suggest using him.

We needed a plumber quickly and a friend referred Frank. He actually answers the phone when you call.  Not only that, he came by the next morning to assess the problem. Promised to be back before I had to leave for an afternoon appointment and was. Took care of the problem. Was reasonably priced. He really knows his job and how to take care of the customer. He's a 1 man show. I highly recommend him and will go back to him in the future.
