I was very impressed with Jimmy; he returned my call within minutes, even though it was Sunday, came the same day and fixed the problem by 11am the next day. His price was a third of what the other plumber quoted.  I will definitely be using him again!

Had a broken water heater, Jimmy came out the same day to look at it and had a new one in the next morning! Was thorough in explaining to me how the old one broke and gave me the model of the new one he would be replacing it with in advance. Charged a fair price and finished installing it very quickly!

I had a new sink installed that was too low for the drain, totally panicked when I was told by another plumber over the phone that the drain would have to be moved! I called Jimmy, he was here in only a few hours and he was able to fix it be replacing the sink drain! He was very reasonable, professional and fast, I am SO glad I found him!

We had a leak/crack in our toilet over the weekend and needed fixed pretty quickly. We called 3 plumbers on Saturday. We left message with all 3 and this was the only one who called us back that day, actually within 2 hours to set up a time on Monday to repair the issue. He was on time for the appointment on Monday and fixed the issue quickly and for a respectable price. He was friendly and knowledgable. We would certainly use and recommend his services in the future.

We had a leak coming from the upstairs bathroom.  Not only did Jimmy arrive same day ,but within an hour of calling!  Best of all - he was quickly able to determine it was simply a caulking problem around the base of our tub, saving me money!  

Since there was no real issue, he didn't even charge for the visit!  Other plumbers wanted to charge just for showing up.

Mr. Cohen did not come when he said he would. He did not come at the rescheduled time either and did not return telephone calls! I chose someone else.

Jimmy has helped us out twice now for plumbing emergencies. First, he helped us identify and fix a leak after our ceiling fell due to long-term hidden water damage. He was able to fit us into his schedule the same day he came out to evaluate the damage, and quickly and efficiently fixed the problem. The second time we called him was when we were experiencing pooling water in our basement. He came and successfully snaked the sewer when others hadn't been able to in the past, which resolved the pooling water. He also removed our basement toilet and sink that had been partially causing the backups. He's great to work with but is a little challenging to schedule, since he is sometimes unable to give firm dates for when he'll return to do work. For our second repair he came out to assess damage on a Friday then said he could come back Monday or Tuesday, and showed up Tuesday. So, he's definitely reliable, but maybe not the best choice if you need work completed immediately and at a specific time. And he definitely is pretty pricy. However, we'll likely continue to use him for all our non-urgent plumbing needs since he gets the job done.

Gave me a time from 1 to 4 PM. rang my doorbell which has a camera waited less than 30 seconds and left.  Had both my wife's phone number and mine and could've called but I guess the 30 sec wait was way too much for them.

Jimmy runs a great family owned business. He always seems to get the problem fixed the first time I call him. I feel his prices are fair and I'm happy to pay a little more if I have to if it means he's on the job because I know it will be done right the first time. He always seems to go out of his way to make sure I'm happy!

Jimmy was absolutely great. We just bought our house and seems like we inherited a bunch of fun little problems. He gave us an assessment, told us what we needed and  gave us a fair price. Couldn't be happier.
