Had a pipe burst in the evening. Did a quick search for a plumber. We found Ben. He was at our home within an hour and had us fixed shortly after arriving. After talking with him for a while we decided to hire him for other jobs around the house. All his work is done with care. He was patient and took the time to explain all of our options. He saved us a lot of money in the process of getting the work done due to his philosophy of making sure he helps the customer with their issues as well as saving them money. I will call no one else without consulting with Ben first. He has a customer in us as long as he owns his business.

They just replaced our water heater today. Good communication, stuck to their price, and were incredibly professional. They also unclogged a drain and replaced a valve, all within an hour.

These guys were fantastic. Very friendly, professional. We had a plumbing emergency, they responded very quickly to the call. Came out the next day and fixed the issue. The price was great, and the job was done really well.

He came the next day to fix my faucet and took the time to evaluate another issue we were having. Joe is a super friendly, honest guy. He's a true master at what he does. I highly recommend him for any plumbing need.

The service here is impeccable.  Not only is the service fast and efficient but the friendliness  is what sets this business in a class of its own. Their response time was fast after leaving a message on their voice mail, which I would recommend over filling out an online form. Nothing beats picking up the phone. I have a new furnace/air conditioner as of today, all successfully installed by Paul and Jeremy.
They were on time, polite, and professional and are employees of Restano, not sub-contractors, which is of huge importance to me.
The end price matched my on site estimate from an earlier visit by Perry and total elapsed time was under 6 hours.
They showed me how to work the new wifi programmable thermostat, showed me changes to the furnace setup, how to change the filter, where new holes were drilled to the outside and new water drainage.
They will come back in the Spring to check the air conditioner installed to ensure it is set up properly.
And, they cleaned up everything afterwards.
Happy and pleased.

Waterhester went on weekend. Called mr Waterhester Monday morning when they opened at 8AM they said they would be out the same day about 1 to 3. They called back and said would be able to get someone out around 930. And that's when they got here  2 men and looked it over gave me what I thought was a fair price and finished In under 2 hrs.  Did the job cleaned up after them and was gone.  Couldn't recommend a company more than them

Rob has done several jobs at our house as well as at my husband's office, and we can only say good things about his work. He has always completed his jobs in a professional and timely manner and stands behind his work.

no recommendation from me.  I was charged $240 hr for a snake on my downspouts.  The time starts from the time they leave their business till they get back.  Is this normal?  I did not ask the price up front but really at this price it should be disclosed.  I told them before they got here what was needed and yes I did not say how much is it to do that.  When I questioned this charge I was told well  you didn't ask and many times when we do this job we break things and nothing was broken at my house but it is added into the cost for everyone.  I am totally dismayed with this company and fine it awful,

I wanted to like this guy when he came over to talk about a small upgrade to the bathroom. Install new vanity/sink, medicine cabinet and light which I had on the premises.
We agreed on his hourly rate and a start date, unfortunately everything after that was very disagreeable. He no-showed me 3 times, always calling at the very last minute to cancel. His wife runs the office and was very unresponsive to my growing frustration. This has dragged on for months and when we last spoke she said she would call back with a new date but never did.
If you value reliability and trust, keep going past this guy.

Just charged my grandmother $700.00 to unclog her toilet. They only unclogged it and reset it no parts or anything. They were there for less than two hours. They then said they actually waived the trip charge. Pathetic, I stand by my comment to the guy that they take advantage of people that don't know better. Unfortunately she still paid them because they had given her a quote. How unfortunate.

All this guy does is talk and talk but no action! Never hire this guy unless you want to call another qualified plumber to come correct his work. This guy should have plumbing license revoked for his lack of knowledge!

Extremely unprofessional. For a 10 am - 3 pm time block, he calls for the first time at 2:58 pm on a Saturday, to say 5 minutes. I literally waited 30 minutes, tried calling he did not answer, then i go to store around the corner then he calls and says he was on a call outside the house and couldn't answer and i have five minutes to return. Rude and unprofessional. He left before 5 minutes.

Very poor work, busted my gas and water line then charged me to repair it. Lied about the cost and taking to the town borough so that he didn't have to complete job. Left my ground open for over a week which was a hazard to neiborhood, then never gave me a promised warranty.  DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER​
