I had an electrical issue with a property I own.  The tenant was really nervous that there was an electrical issue with wiring, etc.  I contacted SG and Steve answered my call and he was able to find time to come out to diagnose the issue later in the afternoon that same day.  

Not only did Steve diagnose and fix the issue, he was aware of our current times with COVID.  He wore a mask, gloves, etc. and most importantly made my tenant feel comfortable.  

Issue is now fixed and at a fair and reasonable price.  I will without question use Steve again on future electrical jobs.

These guys are the best!!!  They've been our family plumber since the mid-90s and we've never been disappointed.  They arrive on time, provide excellent service, are always fair and go above and beyond - especially for little old ladies.  Thank you Tom & Mike!

I am an electrical contractor and Generac retailer with Safe Circuit Solutions, Ltd. I had a question about a business procedure and I looked for a larger company to reach out to to ask. The company I found was GenPro Power Systems. I called and spoke to Kelly and explained who I was, and what I was wondering, and even though they are also electrical contractors, she took the time to help me, even though she knew I was not calling as a client. That speaks volumes of this company, and while they are not in my area to give them my business I want them to get everybody else's business around them simply for the kindness they showed me today. Tl;dr - amazingly quick and cheap phone screen replacements.

Frank did great work on my home and promptly as it was faulty hardware that needed replacing immediately.  He was available within 24 hours and charged an honest price for the work.

I also appreciated the amount of information he offered me.

I highly recommend FJB if you are looking for an electrician in the Collegeville area.

This scumbag actually got mad at me for trying to get him to do some work. Wtf I'm PAYING YOU MAN.

If Daniels wasn't such a Jackass he would have made the money and had 4 other jobs to do just thru me. Then I would have recommended him to others when asked.

This guy is a joke.

They have installed lights twice for me and did a great job and prices seem right in line.

The service provider came and consulted on the problem I had. We set a time and date for the repair. On the day of the repair I called and messaged the provider, but there was no response. The provider did not show up nor return any calls/messages.

Had a leaky toilet, and called Lowry, who showed up the same day I called.  Great! Well, the work was done professionally, but the price kept going up and up.  What should have been a reasonably priced job turned into price gouging of the worse kind.  Had to buy a service agreement to take advantage of their discount rates, but will never use them again.  When the office called to see how the work went, I told them the price was way out of line. The woman told me to expect a call from a manager to discuss the matter.  That was 5 days ago, not holding my breath on this one.
Do yourself a favor, and save yourself some hard earned $$$ and look elsewhere.  

PS  I see where a representative from Lowry keeps responding to comments that they are not the lowest priced company.  You can provide a service at a reasonable price.  This is why your company will continue to get 1 and 2 star ratings from your (past) customers.
