I had an electrical issue with a property I own.  The tenant was really nervous that there was an electrical issue with wiring, etc.  I contacted SG and Steve answered my call and he was able to find time to come out to diagnose the issue later in the afternoon that same day.  

Not only did Steve diagnose and fix the issue, he was aware of our current times with COVID.  He wore a mask, gloves, etc. and most importantly made my tenant feel comfortable.  

Issue is now fixed and at a fair and reasonable price.  I will without question use Steve again on future electrical jobs.

I have used Tom Sullivan several times. He has installed a toilet & done other jobs for me. He is always competent & professional with fair prices..

I am an electrical contractor and Generac retailer with Safe Circuit Solutions, Ltd. I had a question about a business procedure and I looked for a larger company to reach out to to ask. The company I found was GenPro Power Systems. I called and spoke to Kelly and explained who I was, and what I was wondering, and even though they are also electrical contractors, she took the time to help me, even though she knew I was not calling as a client. That speaks volumes of this company, and while they are not in my area to give them my business I want them to get everybody else's business around them simply for the kindness they showed me today. Located in the back of a market, so look for the sign on the curb. Super nice and accommodating employees and had a ton of accessories so it was able to be a one stop shop. Fixed my iPhone 6S in less than two hours. Felt like new.

Frank did great work on my home and promptly as it was faulty hardware that needed replacing immediately.  He was available within 24 hours and charged an honest price for the work.

I also appreciated the amount of information he offered me.

A leak formed under our kitchen sink so I reached out to a few plumbers. Luna Brothers responded within minutes and said they could come by for a free quote. They came the next day and fixed the leak. They were helpful, super friendly, and answered all my questions. I will definitely be using them for any future plumbing/maintenance needs.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences of my life.  I had them install a new HVAC system (which they recommended) at the end of sept 2016.  It has been an unseasonably warm winter so we have not had to use the furnace much yet but in the 2 cold spells we have had it has not worked.   That is frustrating enough.  But the poor customer service, lack of technicians' knowledge and no communication has been the worst of it.  I now sit here AGAIN with no heat and no call backs.   The tech who came out told me it's my thermostat....the day before the install manager who came out proved it is not.   They do not show up when expected, do not tell you they are running late and have no interest in resolving anything.
If I could get my money back, my old 30 yr old furnace I replaced back and undo the whole deal I would, and erase the name Lowry from my memory.   Home Depot recommended them and I guess my next step is to tell them about this ordeal so they don't keep sending customers their way.   Fed up beyond belief, and I am generally a reasonable person.   I just want working heat.  You would think a $8k+ system might get you that....
