Yelp'ers, Here we go. I reviewed all possible Electrician candidates & decided from the 5 Star reviews to hire services from Campbell Electric. Well first off Mr. Wade gives a very prompt appointment & came over the next day right away & very early 8:00 AM. Excellent I like early risers. Up front the service FEE including work is $125 an hour when the appointment is made. Mr. Wade was a very nice middle aged gentleman, who was a very knowledgeable in
his skilled profession. I had 2 very old bells replaced with new Victorian designs.

Also an old lighting unit with a pull chain. The lighting unit was prewar as Mr. Wade stated. He taught me a 2 valuable lessons. This family home is over 100 years old. Years ago this home ran on gas. Up in the lighting unit is a structure which was connected to this gas unit, which was converted but parts were left. I had previously purchased a chandelier one year ago & never had it installed. Mr. Wade could not install the new unit. He suggested a plumber inspect & remove the above ceiling gas unit, before he could install any new system. Also to never buy online lighting without knowing what is in the ceiling unit. This is only for very old homes. So the prewar unit was replaced with an updated similar model with the florescence large round bulb.  

Mr. Wade had 2 leave & go 2 the warehouse & purchase this item for $ 25 & the bulb. I really tried 2 update an older system & it did not work out. In the long run it will be very costly. The chandelier is medium but very beautiful. Extremely too late for a return & refund. I waited 2
long in finding a very good electrician. Overall the conversation & service was great.
My price was $ 275 & I gave a $15 tip. Oh well you live & learn. Thank you so much Yelp,

They are a first class operation all the way. I was amazed that they were prompt for the scheduled appointment time. Randy took his time taking the needed precautions to protect our marble flooring with clean drop cloth. The work area was immaculate after they completed installing all of the recessed lighting. Joe and his guys inspected a home I was purchasing with electrical issues. I was under a deadline and they went out of their way to help and come that day. I got a quote, AND a report noting all code violations. Huge help and saved the day!

Working with Sam created the best of a bad situation for me, I received quotes from several electricians and Sam's was not the best on dollars, but was able to work with me on things I could do in set up that made it the best option.

The work that was completed was neat tidy and efficient, with all work cleaned up after they left. Wires were re-run with limited damage to walls and ceiling.

Overall great experience and would not hesitate to recommend Sam in the future.

We had some outdoor electrical work needed and contacted Reamco via Yelp. Vlad was responsive and professional, giving us an estimate after requesting we send a few photos of the lights we needed fixed. Many other electricians we contacted wanted to charge a fee ($95+) to even just come out and assess the work to provide an estimate. Within a few days (he noted they were booking about three weeks out, but would send someone out sooner if something opened up), Vlad sent an electrician out and the work was completed just as requested. The cost was exactly what he quoted. The electrician, Sarge, was friendly, knowledgeable and observant and did a perfect job. I love when I find a business like Reamco that you know you can trust to do a great job at a reasonable cost and we'll be using them for any future electrical work we need.

First experience with a licensed electrician since moving to Hamilton, NJ. As with most things, checked Yelp where Michael J. Ross was reviewed as a five-star service provider.
Michael not only fit me in same day, but arrived on time.
Without embarrassing myself, the problem was a simple fix. He was courteous, engaging, conversational and efficient. I would not hesitate one minute to recommend him to friends or to personally seek his service again, if needed, in the future. Have an electrical problem, give him a shout. Great service! I've had John out on more than one occasion.  Each time I've found him reasonable, efficient and professional. He arrives on time, is pleasant and neat. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of electrical work.

Called Jay about fixing a connection issue with the light in the ceiling fan in our bedroom. He and his dad (partner) were able to come out early on a Monday morning, were friendly and helpful, identified the issue and fixed it that morning. The price was extremely reasonable and I was very pleased with the service. Would call them again and definitely recommend to anyone in the Manayunk/Roxborough area.

Adam is nothing short of outstanding.  His prices, craftsmanship, work and availability is second to none.  He will square you away.  If you are a veteran like me I highly recommend you give him a call for any of your electrical needs.  I am absolutely going to use Hummingbird for every electrical job that is required in my home.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars!  Having several small electrical projects we wanted completed before the holidays, I contacted several of the same old same electricians in the area. As expected, I got the same old same responses, over pricing and even ignored calls.  I reached out to a company I never used before.... GreekTek - and the response was immediate!  The quote was professional, fair in price and our repairs were completed quickly! George and John are a great team. I called Tom because half of the lights and power outlets stopped working in our home last night.  He came over the very next day at the exact time we agreed upon.  It took him five minutes to locate the root of the problem, and he fixed it within ten minutes.  I asked him how much I owed him, and he said not to worry about it.  He is a consummate professional with a deep understanding of electrical wiring.  I higly recommend him to anyone!  Awesome guy!

Excellent service at a reasonable price. Can't beat it. Needed some random electrical odds and ends done around the house.  He came on time and took care of everything at a reasonable price.  Cares a lot about quality and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Over 2 weeks ago I submitted a request for a line to be rerun for my Tesla wall connector as the original electrician used NM-B line and it needed to be swapped with THHN line.  I sent pictures of the setup as requested the same day of the call and was told that they would schedule an estimator to come out.  After this initial contact and text I've been ghosted by this company.  If this is the business practice I guarantee I'll never ever use them and absolutely will warn all away from them.
