Wiggy's Plumbing

I've used Wiggy's twice and I have been very grateful to them for their honesty & reasonable rates. I got an estimate for a water heater tank that was substantially lower than a local competitor and for a larger tank.
Several years ago Roto Rooter quoted me $2000 to jack hammer out my bathroom floor to remove T- drain because it was backed up & said there was NoWay to ever unclog it now. A friend told me about Wiggy's - they unclogged the drain , told me to use Thrift periodically to keep it open & charged me $75! I nearly started crying in gratitude!
Need I say more? Oh yeah, there are still honest businesses around!

I had a front outdoor faucet that needed to be replaced. My neighbor informed me that he contacted Wiggy's for the same issue, and they charged him $175.00.

On May 15, 2023, I contacted Wiggy's for an estimate. They came out on May 16, 2023, and quoted me a price of $225.00, $50 more than what they charged my neighbor. I was okay with the price and approved them to replace the faucet.

After they left, I noticed that they left a huge mess on my house where they replaced the faucet. I googled things to clean up their mess and spent over $25.00 purchasing supplies to attempt to clean the mess, to no avail.
On June 28, 2023, I contacted Wiggy's and spoke with Bri. I explained the mess that the company left and explained that I couldn't clean it up, and asked if someone could please come clean their mess. She advised me that they would get someone out.

On July 1, 2023, I called and left a voicemail informing them that no one came out to clean the mess.

On July 12, 2023, Bri advised me that someone would be out and that they had been busy with new customers.

On July 13, 2023, and July 14, 2023, one of their techs called and left a voicemail stating that they were trying to come to clean the mess.

On July 14, 2023, I called and spoke to Bri and informed her that they did not need to keep calling and didn't need me to clean their mess. It was accessible.

On July 14, 2023, 2 men showed up with an attitude and attempted to clean the mess but left it just as it was previously and left my water running. I didn't realize it was still on until July 18, 2023.

Now, I have to pay a company to power wash my home. I'll be sending them the bill and suing them if I'm not refunded.

My neighbor is a Caucasian man. I'm an African American woman. I feel that they overcharged me and did a half job because of this. There is no way they would've left my neighbor's home in this condition. He wouldn't have referred them if they did.

Also, they only gave me a one-year warranty on their work, and the water barely came out of the faucet.

I wouldn't allow them to do free work. They were incompetent and beyond unprofessional.

I've attached pictures of what my home looked like before they came and did the work and what it looks like now. It looks like a child did the job. From the reviews, others have complained about them leaving a mess.

After repair work was completed a mess was left in the bath tub. Also, the replaced the valves for the washer and did not secure the drain hose so the first load of laundry dumped water all over the floor.

The work wasn't done correctly and they tracked mud all throughout my house . They did respond quickly to the call

My new go to plumbing company. I had a water leak in my bathroom and the water shutoff valve wasn't working. From my initial call to request someone, to them coming and fixing was less than an hour! The price was fair and they were also courteous.

I've had the occasion to use Wiggy's Plumbing several time this past year. The service I received was beyond excellent.  I didn't know companies still used the courteous, honest and reasonably price practices.  This is the place to use.  They will be my go to plumbing services for any issues I might have.  Thank you Wiggy's for the excellent customer service and over the top workmanship.

Best plumber in the state do I need to say more. Fix the AC  and had a leak in the floor that I though would have to Tera the floor up. They fix the leak and saved us money.

Yes, I am a fan of Wiggy's Plumbing. I have used them several times and was pleased with their workmanship every time. Their technicians were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Best of all their prices were reasonable. Additionally I have called them to make an appointment only to be told that they were booked, however they asked me what type of problem I was having and they made time to accommodate me. One thing when making an appointment you might request that the technicians wear footies over their boots or shoes. This is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars,
